John 16
1 These thingis Y haue spokun to you, that ye be not sclaundrid.
ยุษฺมากํ ยถา วาธา น ชายเต ตทรฺถํ ยุษฺมานฺ เอตานิ สรฺวฺววากฺยานิ วฺยาหรํฯ
2 Thei schulen make you with outen the synagogis, but the our cometh, that ech man that sleeth you, deme that he doith seruyce to God.
โลกา ยุษฺมานฺ ภชนคฺฤเหโภฺย ทูรีกริษฺยนฺติ ตถา ยสฺมินฺ สมเย ยุษฺมานฺ หตฺวา อีศฺวรสฺย ตุษฺฏิ ชนกํ กรฺมฺมากุรฺมฺม อิติ มํสฺยนฺเต ส สมย อาคจฺฉนฺติฯ
3 And thei schulen do to you these thingis, for thei han not knowun the fadir, nether me.
เต ปิตรํ มาญฺจ น ชานนฺติ, ตสฺมาทฺ ยุษฺมานฺ ปฺรตีทฺฤศมฺ อาจริษฺยนฺติฯ
4 But these thingis Y spak to you, that whanne the our `of hem schal come, ye haue mynde, that Y seide to you.
อโต เหตา: สมเย สมุปสฺถิเต ยถา มม กถา ยุษฺมากํ มน: สุ: สมุปติษฺฐติ ตทรฺถํ ยุษฺมาภฺยมฺ เอตำ กถำ กถยามิ ยุษฺมาภิ: สารฺทฺธมฺ อหํ ติษฺฐนฺ ปฺรถมํ ตำ ยุษฺมภฺยํ นากถยํฯ
5 Y seide not to you these thingis fro the bigynnyng, for Y was with you. And now Y go to hym that sente me, and no man of you axith me, Whidur `thou goist?
สามฺปฺรตํ สฺวสฺย เปฺรรยิตุ: สมีปํ คจฺฉามิ ตถาปิ ตฺวํ กฺก คจฺฉสิ กถาเมตำ ยุษฺมากํ โกปิ มำ น ปฺฤจฺฉติฯ
6 but for Y haue spokun to you these thingis, heuynesse hath fulfillid youre herte.
กินฺตุ มโยกฺตาภิราภิ: กถาภิ รฺยูษฺมากมฺ อนฺต: กรณานิ ทุ: เขน ปูรฺณานฺยภวนฺฯ
7 But Y seie to you treuthe, it spedith to you, that Y go; for if Y go not forth, the coumfortour schal not come to you; but if Y go forth, Y schal sende hym to you.
ตถาปฺยหํ ยถารฺถํ กถยามิ มม คมนํ ยุษฺมากํ หิตารฺถเมว, ยโต เหโต รฺคมเน น กฺฤเต สหาโย ยุษฺมากํ สมีปํ นาคมิษฺยติ กินฺตุ ยทิ คจฺฉามิ ตรฺหิ ยุษฺมากํ สมีเป ตํ เปฺรษยิษฺยามิฯ
8 And whanne he cometh, he schal repreue the world of synne, and of riytwisnesse, and of doom.
ตต: ส อาคตฺย ปาปปุณฺยทณฺเฑษุ ชคโต โลกานำ ปฺรโพธํ ชนยิษฺยติฯ
9 Of synne, for thei han not bileued in me;
เต มยิ น วิศฺวสนฺติ ตสฺมาทฺเธโต: ปาปปฺรโพธํ ชนยิษฺยติฯ
10 and of riytwisnesse, for Y go to the fadir, and now ye schulen not se me;
ยุษฺมากมฺ อทฺฤศฺย: สนฺนหํ ปิตุ: สมีปํ คจฺฉามิ ตสฺมาทฺ ปุเณฺย ปฺรโพธํ ชนยิษฺยติฯ
11 but of doom, for the prince of this world is now demed.
เอตชฺชคโต'ธิปติ รฺทณฺฑาชฺญำ ปฺราปฺโนติ ตสฺมาทฺ ทณฺเฑ ปฺรโพธํ ชนยิษฺยติฯ
12 Yit Y haue many thingis for to seie to you, but ye moun not bere hem now.
ยุษฺมภฺยํ กถยิตุํ มมาเนกา: กถา อาสเต, ตา: กถา อิทานีํ ยูยํ โสฒุํ น ศกฺนุถ;
13 But whanne thilke spirit of treuthe cometh, he schal teche you al trewthe; for he schal not speke of hym silf, but what euer thinges he schal here, he schal speke; and he schal telle to you tho thingis that ben to come.
กินฺตุ สตฺยมย อาตฺมา ยทา สมาคมิษฺยติ ตทา สรฺวฺวํ สตฺยํ ยุษฺมานฺ เนษฺยติ, ส สฺวต: กิมปิ น วทิษฺยติ กินฺตุ ยจฺโฉฺรษฺยติ ตเทว กถยิตฺวา ภาวิการฺยฺยํ ยุษฺมานฺ ชฺญาปยิษฺยติฯ
14 He schal clarifie me, for of myne he schal take, and schal telle to you.
มม มหิมานํ ปฺรกาศยิษฺยติ ยโต มทียำ กถำ คฺฤหีตฺวา ยุษฺมานฺ โพธยิษฺยติฯ
15 Alle thingis `whiche euer the fadir hath, ben myne; therfor Y seide to you, for of myne he schal take, and schal telle to you.
ปิตุ รฺยทฺยทฺ อาเสฺต ตตฺ สรฺวฺวํ มม ตสฺมาทฺ การณาทฺ อวาทิษํ ส มทียำ กถำ คฺฤหีตฺวา ยุษฺมานฺ โพธยิษฺยติฯ
16 A litil, and thanne ye schulen not se me; and eftsoone a litil, and ye schulen se me, for Y go to the fadir.
กิยตฺกาลาตฺ ปรํ ยูยํ มำ ทฺรษฺฏุํ น ลปฺสฺยเธฺว กินฺตุ กิยตฺกาลาตฺ ปรํ ปุน รฺทฺรษฺฏุํ ลปฺสฺยเธฺว ยโตหํ ปิตุ: สมีปํ คจฺฉามิฯ
17 Therfor summe of hise disciplis seiden togidere, What is this thing that he seith to vs, A litil, and ye schulen not se me; and eftsoone a litil, and ye schulen se me, for Y go to the fadir?
ตต: ศิษฺยาณำ กิยนฺโต ชนา: ปรสฺปรํ วทิตุมฺ อารภนฺต, กิยตฺกาลาตฺ ปรํ มำ ทฺรษฺฏุํ น ลปฺสฺยเธฺว กินฺตุ กิยตฺกาลาตฺ ปรํ ปุน รฺทฺรษฺฏุํ ลปฺสฺยเธฺว ยโตหํ ปิตุ: สมีปํ คจฺฉามิ, อิติ ยทฺ วากฺยมฺ อยํ วทติ ตตฺ กึ?
18 Therfor thei seiden, What is this that he seith to vs, A litil? we witen not what he spekith.
ตต: กิยตฺกาลาตฺ ปรมฺ อิติ ตสฺย วากฺยํ กึ? ตสฺย วากฺยสฺยาภิปฺรายํ วยํ โพทฺธุํ น ศกฺนุมไสฺตริติ
19 And Jhesus knew, that thei wolden axe hym, and he seide to hem, Of this thing ye seken among you, for Y seide, A litil, and ye schulen not se me; and eftsoone a litil, and ye schulen se me.
นิคทิเต ยีศุเสฺตษำ ปฺรศฺเนจฺฉำ ชฺญาตฺวา เตโภฺย'กถยตฺ กิยตฺกาลาตฺ ปรํ มำ ทฺรษฺฏุํ น ลปฺสฺยเธฺว, กินฺตุ กิยตฺกาลาตฺ ปรํ ปูน รฺทฺรษฺฏุํ ลปฺสฺยเธฺว, ยามิมำ กถามกถยํ ตสฺยา อภิปฺรายํ กึ ยูยํ ปรสฺปรํ มฺฤคยเธฺว?
20 Treuli, treuli, Y seie to you, that ye schulen mourne and wepe, but the world schal haue ioye; and ye schulen be soreuful, but youre sorewe schal turne in to ioye.
ยุษฺมานหมฺ อติยถารฺถํ วทามิ ยูยํ กฺรนฺทิษฺยถ วิลปิษฺยถ จ, กินฺตุ ชคโต โลกา อานนฺทิษฺยนฺติ; ยูยํ โศกากุลา ภวิษฺยถ กินฺตุ โศกาตฺ ปรํ อานนฺทยุกฺตา ภวิษฺยถฯ
21 A womman whanne sche berith child, hath heuynesse, for hir tyme is comun; but whanne sche hath borun a sone, now sche thenkith not on the peyne, for ioye, for a man is borun in to the world.
ปฺรสวกาล อุปสฺถิเต นารี ยถา ปฺรสวเวทนยา วฺยากุลา ภวติ กินฺตุ ปุเตฺร ภูมิษฺเฐ สติ มนุไษฺยโก ชนฺมนา นรโลเก ปฺรวิษฺฏ อิตฺยานนฺทาตฺ ตสฺยาสฺตตฺสรฺวฺวํ ทุ: ขํ มนสิ น ติษฺฐติ,
22 And therfor ye han now sorew, but eftsoone Y schal se you, and youre herte schal haue ioie, and no man schal take fro you youre ioie.
ตถา ยูยมปิ สามฺปฺรตํ โศกากุลา ภวถ กินฺตุ ปุนรปิ ยุษฺมภฺยํ ทรฺศนํ ทาสฺยามิ เตน ยุษฺมากมฺ อนฺต: กรณานิ สานนฺทานิ ภวิษฺยนฺติ, ยุษฺมากํ ตมฺ อานนฺทญฺจ โกปิ หรฺตฺตุํ น ศกฺษฺยติฯ
23 And in that day ye schulen not axe me ony thing; treuli, treuli, `Y seie to you, if ye axen the fadir ony thing in my name, he schal yyue to you.
ตสฺมินฺ ทิวเส กามปิ กถำ มำ น ปฺรกฺษฺยถฯ ยุษฺมานหมฺ อติยถารฺถํ วทามิ, มม นามฺนา ยตฺ กิญฺจิทฺ ปิตรํ ยาจิษฺยเธฺว ตเทว ส ทาสฺยติฯ
24 `Til now ye axiden no thing in my name; `axe ye, `and ye schulen take, that youre ioie be ful.
ปูรฺเวฺว มม นามฺนา กิมปิ นายาจธฺวํ, ยาจธฺวํ ตต: ปฺราปฺสฺยถ ตสฺมาทฺ ยุษฺมากํ สมฺปูรฺณานนฺโท ชนิษฺยเตฯ
25 Y haue spokun to you these thingis in prouerbis; the our cometh, whanne now Y schal not speke to you in prouerbis, but opynli of my fadir Y schal telle to you.
อุปมากถาภิ: สรฺวฺวาเณฺยตานิ ยุษฺมานฺ ชฺญาปิตวานฺ กินฺตุ ยสฺมินฺ สมเย อุปมยา โนกฺตฺวา ปิตุ: กถำ สฺปษฺฏํ ชฺญาปยิษฺยามิ สมย เอตาทฺฤศ อาคจฺฉติฯ
26 In that dai ye schulen axe in my name; and Y seie not to you, that Y schal preye the fadir of you;
ตทา มม นามฺนา ปฺรารฺถยิษฺยเธฺว 'หํ ยุษฺมนฺนิมิตฺตํ ปิตรํ วิเนเษฺย กถามิมำ น วทามิ;
27 for the fadir hym silf loueth you, for ye han loued me, and han bileued, that Y wente out fro God.
ยโต ยูยํ มยิ เปฺรม กุรุถ, ตถาหมฺ อีศฺวรสฺย สมีปาทฺ อาคตวานฺ อิตฺยปิ ปฺรตีถ, ตสฺมาทฺ การณาตฺ การณาตฺ ปิตา สฺวยํ ยุษฺมาสุ ปฺรียเตฯ
28 Y wente out fro the fadir, and Y cam in to the world; eftsoone Y leeue the world, and Y go to the fadir.
ปิตุ: สมีปาชฺชชทฺ อาคโตสฺมิ ชคตฺ ปริตฺยชฺย จ ปุนรปิ ปิตุ: สมีปํ คจฺฉามิฯ
29 Hise disciplis seiden to hym, Lo! now thou spekist opynli, and thou seist no prouerbe.
ตทา ศิษฺยา อวทนฺ, เห ปฺรโภ ภวานฺ อุปมยา โนกฺตฺวาธุนา สฺปษฺฏํ วทติฯ
30 Now we witen, that thou wost alle thingis; and it is not nede to thee, that ony man axe thee. In this thing we bileuen, that thou wentist out fro God.
ภวานฺ สรฺวฺวชฺญ: เกนจิตฺ ปฺฤษฺโฏ ภวิตุมปิ ภวต: ปฺรโยชนํ นาสฺตีตฺยธุนาสฺมากํ สฺถิรชฺญานํ ชาตํ ตสฺมาทฺ ภวานฺ อีศฺวรสฺย สมีปาทฺ อาคตวานฺ อิตฺยตฺร วยํ วิศฺวสิม: ฯ
31 Jhesus answeride to hem, Now ye bileuen.
ตโต ยีศุ: ปฺรตฺยวาทีทฺ อิทานีํ กึ ยูยํ วิศฺวสิถ?
32 Lo! the our cometh, and now it cometh, that ye be disparplid, ech in to hise owne thingis, and that ye leeue me aloone; and Y am not aloone, for the fadir is with me.
ปศฺยต สรฺเวฺว ยูยํ วิกีรฺณา: สนฺโต มามฺ เอกากินํ ปีรตฺยชฺย สฺวํ สฺวํ สฺถานํ คมิษฺยถ, เอตาทฺฤศ: สมย อาคจฺฉติ วรํ ปฺราเยโณปสฺถิตวานฺ; ตถาปฺยหํ ไนกากี ภวามิ ยต: ปิตา มยา สารฺทฺธมฺ อาเสฺตฯ
33 These thingis Y haue spokun to you, that ye haue pees in me; in the world ye schulen haue disese, but trust ye, Y haue ouercomun the world.
ยถา มยา ยุษฺมากํ ศานฺติ รฺชายเต ตทรฺถมฺ เอตา: กถา ยุษฺมภฺยมฺ อจกถํ; อสฺมินฺ ชคติ ยุษฺมากํ เกฺลโศ ฆฏิษฺยเต กินฺตฺวกฺโษภา ภวต ยโต มยา ชคชฺชิตํฯ
