Jeremiah 1
1 The wordis of Jeremye, sone of Helchie, of the preestis that weren in Anathot, in the lond of Beniamyn.
| کلام ارمیا ابن حلقیا از کاهنانی که درعناتوت در زمین بنیامین بودند. | ۱ |
2 For the word of the Lord was maad to hym in the daies of Josie, the sone of Amon, kyng of Juda, in the threttenethe yeer of his rewme.
| که کلام خداوند در ایام یوشیا ابن آمون پادشاه یهودا درسال سیزدهم از سلطنت او بر وی نازل شد. | ۲ |
3 And it was don in the daies of Joachym, the sone of Josie, the king of Juda, til to the endyng of the enleuenthe yeer of Sedechie, sone of Josie, kyng of Juda, til the passyng ouer, ether caitifte, of Jerusalem, in the fyuethe monethe.
| و درایام یهویاقیم بن یوشیا پادشاه یهودا تا آخر سال یازدهم صدقیا ابن یوشیا پادشاه یهودا نازل می‌شد تا زمانی که اورشلیم در ماه پنجم به اسیری برده شد. | ۳ |
4 And the word of the Lord was maad to me,
| پس کلام خداوند بر من نازل شده، گفت: | ۴ |
5 and seide, Bifor that Y fourmede thee in the wombe, Y knewe thee; and bifor that thou yedist out of the wombe, Y halewide thee; and Y yaf thee a profete among folkis.
| «قبل از آنکه تو را در شکم صورت بندم تو راشناختم و قبل از بیرون آمدنت از رحم تو راتقدیس نمودم و تو را نبی امت‌ها قرار دادم.» | ۵ |
6 And Y seide, A! A! A! Lord God, lo! Y kan not speke, for Y am a child.
| پس گفتم: «آه‌ای خداوند یهوه اینک من تکلم کردن را نمی دانم چونکه طفل هستم.» | ۶ |
7 And the Lord seide to me, Nyle thou seie, that Y am a child; for thou schalt go to alle thingis, to whiche Y schal sende thee, and thou schalt speke alle thingis, what euer thingis Y schal comaunde to thee.
| اماخداوند مرا گفت: «مگو من طفل هستم، زیرا هرجایی که تو را بفرستم خواهی رفت و بهر‌چه تورا امر فرمایم تکلم خواهی نمود. | ۷ |
8 Drede thou not of the face of hem, for Y am with thee, to delyuere thee, seith the Lord.
| از ایشان مترس زیرا خداوند می‌گوید: من با تو هستم و تورا رهایی خواهم داد.» | ۸ |
9 And the Lord sente his hond, and touchide my mouth; and the Lord seide to me, Lo! Y haue youe my wordis in thi mouth; lo!
| آنگاه خداوند دست خود را دراز کرده، دهان مرا لمس کرد و خداوندبه من گفت: «اینک کلام خود را در دهان تو نهادم. | ۹ |
10 Y haue ordeynede thee to day on folkis, and on rewmes, that thou drawe vp, and distrie, and leese, and scatere, and bilde, and plaunte.
| بدان که تو را امروز بر امت‌ها و ممالک مبعوث کردم تا از ریشه برکنی و منهدم سازی و هلاک کنی و خراب نمایی و بنا نمایی و غرس کنی.» | ۱۰ |
11 And the word of the Lord was maad to me, and seide, What seest thou, Jeremye?
| پس کلام خداوند بر من نازل شده، گفت: «ای ارمیا چه می‌بینی؟ گفتم: «شاخه‌ای از درخت بادام می‌بینم.» | ۱۱ |
12 And Y seide, Y se a yerde wakynge. And the Lord seide to me, Thou hast seen wel, for Y schal wake on my word, to do it.
| خداوند مرا گفت: «نیکو دیدی زیرا که من بر کلام خود دیده بانی می‌کنم تا آن رابه انجام رسانم.» | ۱۲ |
13 And the word of the Lord was maad the secounde tyme to me, and seide, What seest thou? Y se a pot buylynge, and the face therof fro the face of the north.
| پس کلام خداوند بار دیگر به من رسیده، گفت: «چه چیز می‌بینی؟» گفتم: «دیگی جوشنده می‌بینم که رویش از طرف شمال است.» | ۱۳ |
14 And the Lord seide to me, Fro the north schal be schewid al yuel on alle the dwelleris of the lond.
| و خداوند مرا گفت: «بلایی از طرف شمال بر جمیع سکنه این زمین منبسط خواهدشد. | ۱۴ |
15 For lo! Y schal clepe togidere alle the naciouns of rewmes of the north, seith the Lord, and thei schulen come, and sette ech man his seete in the entryng of the yatis of Jerusalem, and on alle the wallis therof in cumpas, and on alle the citees of Juda.
| زیرا خداوند می‌گوید اینک من جمیع قبایل ممالک شمالی را خواهم خواند و ایشان آمده، هر کس کرسی خود را در دهنه دروازه اورشلیم و بر تمامی حصارهایش گرداگرد و به ضد تمامی شهرهای یهودا برپا خواهد داشت. | ۱۵ |
16 And Y schal speke my domes with hem on al the malice of hem, that forsoken me, and maden sacrifice to alien goddis, and worschipiden the werk of her hondis.
| و بر ایشان احکام خود را درباره همه شرارتشان جاری خواهم ساخت چونکه مرا ترک کردند و برای خدایان غیر بخور‌سوزانیدند واعمال دستهای خود را سجده نمودند. | ۱۶ |
17 Therfor girde thou thi leendis, and rise thou, and speke to hem alle thingis whiche Y comaunde to thee; drede thou not of the face of hem, for Y schal not make thee for to drede the cheer of hem.
| پس توکمر خود را ببند و برخاسته، هر‌آنچه را من به توامر فرمایم به ایشان بگو و از ایشان هراسان مباش، مبادا تو را پیش روی ایشان مشوش سازم. | ۱۷ |
18 For Y yaf thee to dai in to a strong citee, and in to an yrun piler, and in to a brasun wal, on al the lond, to the kyngis of Juda, and to the princis therof, and to the preestis therof, and to al the puple of the lond.
| زیرااینک من تو را امروز شهر حصاردار و ستون آهنین و حصارهای برنجین به ضد تمامی زمین برای پادشاهان یهودا و سروران و کاهنانش و قوم زمین ساختم. | ۱۸ |
19 And thei schulen fiyte ayens thee, and thei schulen not haue the maistrie; for Y am with thee, seith the Lord, that Y delyuere thee.
| و ایشان با تو جنگ خواهند کرداما بر تو غالب نخواهند آمد، زیرا خداوند می گوید: من با تو هستم و تو را رهایی خواهم داد.» | ۱۹ |
