Jeremiah 28
1 And it was don in that yeer, in the bigynnyng of the rewme of Sedechie, kyng of Juda, in the fourthe yeer, in the fyuethe monethe, Ananye, the sone of Azur, a profete of Gabaon, seide to me in the hous of the Lord, bifor the preestis, and al the puple,
És volt ugyanazon évben, Czidkija, Jehúda királya uralkodásának kezdetén, a negyedik évben, az ötödik hónapban, szólt hozzám Chananja, Azzúr fia, a Gibeónból való próféta, az Örökkévaló házában, a papok és az egész nép szeme láttára, mondván:
2 `and seide, The Lord of oostis, God of Israel, seith these thingis, Y haue al to-broke the yok of the kyng of Babiloyne.
Így szól az Örökkévaló, a seregek ura, Izrael Istene, mondván: eltörtem Bábel királyának jármát.
3 Yit twei yeeris of daies ben, and Y schal make to be brouyt ayen to this place alle the vessels of the Lord, whiche Nabugodonosor, kyng of Babiloyne, took fro this place, and translatide tho in to Babiloyne.
Két esztendő múlva visszahozom e helyre az Örökkévaló házának mind az edényeit, melyeket elvett Nebúkadnecczár, Bábel királya, e helyről és elvitte Bábelbe.
4 And Y schal turne to this place, seith the Lord, Jeconye, the sone of Joachym, the kyng of Juda, and al the passyng ouer of Juda, that entriden in to Babiloyne; for Y schal al to-breke the yok of the kyng of Babiloyne.
Jekhonját is, Jehójákim fiát, Jehúda királyát, meg mind a Jehúda számkivetettjeit, akik Bábelbe jutottak, visszahozom e helyre, úgymond az Örökkévaló, mert el fogom törni Bábel királyának jármát.
5 And Jeremye, the profete, seide to Ananye, the profete, bifore the iyen of preestis, and bifore the iyen of al the puple that stoden in the hous of the Lord.
Ekkor szólt Jirmeja próféta Chananja prófétához, a papok szeme láttára és az egész nép szeme láttára, akik az Örökkévaló házában álltak,
6 And Jeremye, the profete, seide to Ananye, Amen! so do the Lord; the Lord reise thi wordis whiche thou profesiedist, that the vessels be brouyt ayen in to the hous of the Lord, and al the passyng ouer fro Babiloyne, to this place.
szólt Jirmeja próféta: Ámen, így cselekedjék az Örökkévaló, tartsa fönn az Örökkévaló szavaidat, amelyeket prófétaltál, hogy visszahozza az Örökkévaló házának edényeit és az egész számkivetettséget Bábelből e helyre!
7 Netheles here thou this word, which Y speke in thin eeris, and in the eeris of al the puple.
Ámde halljad csak ezt az igét, melyet szólok füled hallatára és az egész nép füleinek hallatára.
8 Profetis that weren bifore me, and bifor thee, fro the bigynnyng, and profesieden on many londis, and on many rewmes, of batel, and of turment, and of hungur.
Azon próféták, akik előttem és előtted voltak ősidőtől fogva, prófétáltak számos országokról és nagy királyságokról, háború, veszedelem és dögvész felől.
9 The profete that profesiede pees, whanne his word cometh, shal be knowun the profete whom the Lord sente in treuthe.
Azon próféta, aki béke felől prófétál – midőn bekövetkezik a próféta igéje, megismerszik a próféta, akit az Örökkévaló igazán küldött.
10 And Ananye, the profete, took the chayne fro the necke of Jeremye, the profete, and brak it.
Ekkor vette Chananja próféta az igarudat Jirmeja próféta nyakáról és eltörte azt.
11 And Ananye, the profete, seide in the siyt of al the puple, `and seide, The Lord seith these thingis, So Y schal breke the yok of Nabugodonosor, kyng of Babiloyne, aftir twei yeeris of daies, fro the necke of alle folkis.
És szólt Chananja az egész nép szeme láttára, mondván: Így szól az Örökkévaló: ekképpen fogom eltörni Nebúkadnecczár, Bábel királyának jármát két esztendő múlva mind a nemzetek nyakáról. Erre elment Jirmeja próféta az útjára.
12 And Jeremye, the profete, yede in to his weie. And the word of the Lord was maad to Jeremye, aftir that Ananye, the profete, brak the chayne fro the necke of Jeremye; and the Lord seide,
És lett az Örökkévaló igéje Jirmejához, miután Chananja próféta eltörte az igarudat Jirmeja próféta nyakáról – mondván:
13 Go thou, and seie to Ananye, The Lord seith these thingis, Thou hast al to-broke the chaynes of tre, and thou schalt make yrun chaynes for tho.
Menj és szólj Chananjához, mondván: így szól az Örökkévaló: Fából való igarudakat törtél el, csinálj helyettük vasból való rudakat.
14 For the Lord of oostis, God of Israel, seith these thingis, Y haue set an yrun yok on the necke of alle these folkis, that thei serue Nabugodonosor, the king of Babiloyne, and thei schulen serue hym; ferthermore and Y yaf to hym the beestis of erthe.
Mert így szól az Örökkévaló, a seregek ura, Izrael Istene: Vasjármot tettem mind a nemzetek nyakára, hogy szolgálják Nebúkadnecczárt, Bábel királyát és fogják őt szolgálni és a mező vadját is nekiadtam.
15 And Jeremye, the profete, seide to Ananye, the profete, Ananye, here thou; the Lord sente not thee, and thou madist this puple for to triste in a leesyng.
És szólt Jirmeja próféta Chananja prófétához: Halljad csak Chananja, nem küldött téged az Örökkévaló és te hazugsággal bíztattad ezt a népet.
16 Therfor the Lord seith these thingis, Lo! Y schal sende thee out fro the face of erthe; in this yeer thou schalt die, for thou spakest ayens the Lord.
Azért így szól az Örökkévaló: Íme én elküldelek a föld színéről: ez évben meg fogsz halni, mert elpártolást beszéltél az Örökkévaló ellen.
17 And Ananye, the profete, diede in that yeer, in the seuenthe monethe.
És meghalt Chananja próféta azon évben, a hetedik hónapban.
