James 3
1 Mi britheren, nyle ye be maad many maistris, witynge that ye taken the more doom.
ஹே மம ப்⁴ராதர: , ஸி²க்ஷகைரஸ்மாபி⁴ ர்கு³ருதரத³ண்டோ³ லப்ஸ்யத இதி ஜ்ஞாத்வா யூயம் அநேகே ஸி²க்ஷகா மா ப⁴வத|
2 For alle we offenden in many thingis. If ony man offendith not in word, this is a perfit man; for also he may lede aboute al the bodi with a bridil.
யத: ஸர்வ்வே வயம்’ ப³ஹுவிஷயேஷு ஸ்க²லாம: , ய: கஸ்²சித்³ வாக்யே ந ஸ்க²லதி ஸ ஸித்³த⁴புருஷ: க்ரு’த்ஸ்நம்’ வஸீ²கர்த்தும்’ ஸமர்த²ஸ்²சாஸ்தி|
3 For if we putten bridlis `in to horsis mouthis, for to consente to vs, and we leden aboute al the bodi of hem.
பஸ்²யத வயம் அஸ்²வாந் வஸீ²கர்த்தும்’ தேஷாம்’ வக்த்ரேஷு க²லீநாந் நிதா⁴ய தேஷாம்’ க்ரு’த்ஸ்நம்’ ஸ²ரீரம் அநுவர்த்தயாம: |
4 And lo! schippis, whanne thei ben grete, and ben dryuun of stronge wyndis, yit thei ben borun about of a litil gouernaile, where the meuyng of the gouernour wole.
பஸ்²யத யே போதா அதீவ ப்³ரு’ஹதா³காரா: ப்ரசண்ட³வாதைஸ்²ச சாலிதாஸ்தே(அ)பி கர்ணதா⁴ரஸ்ய மநோ(அ)பி⁴மதாத்³ அதிக்ஷுத்³ரேண கர்ணேந வாஞ்சி²தம்’ ஸ்தா²நம்’ ப்ரத்யநுவர்த்தந்தே|
5 So also the tunge is but a litil membre, and reisith grete thingis. Lo! hou litil fier brenneth a ful greet wode.
தத்³வத்³ ரஸநாபி க்ஷுத்³ரதராங்க³ம்’ ஸந்தீ த³ர்பவாக்யாநி பா⁴ஷதே| பஸ்²ய கீத்³ரு’ங்மஹாரண்யம்’ த³ஹ்யதே (அ)ல்பேந வஹ்நிநா|
6 And oure tunge is fier, the vniuersite of wickidnesse. The tunge is ordeyned in oure membris, which defoulith al the bodi; and it is enflawmed of helle, and enflawmeth the wheel of oure birthe. (Geenna g1067)
ரஸநாபி ப⁴வேத்³ வஹ்நிரத⁴ர்ம்மரூபபிஷ்டபே| அஸ்மத³ங்கே³ஷு ரஸநா தாத்³ரு’ஸ²ம்’ ஸந்திஷ்ட²தி ஸா க்ரு’த்ஸ்நம்’ தே³ஹம்’ கலங்கயதி ஸ்ரு’ஷ்டிரத²ஸ்ய சக்ரம்’ ப்ரஜ்வலயதி நரகாநலேந ஜ்வலதி ச| (Geenna g1067)
7 And al the kynde of beestis, and of foulis, and of serpentis, and of othere is chastisid, and tho ben maad tame of mannus kinde; but no man mai chastise the tunge,
பஸு²பக்ஷ்யுரோக³ஜலசராணாம்’ ஸர்வ்வேஷாம்’ ஸ்வபா⁴வோ த³மயிதும்’ ஸ²க்யதே மாநுஷிகஸ்வபா⁴வேந த³மயாஞ்சக்ரே ச|
8 for it is an vnpesible yuel, and ful of deedli venym.
கிந்து மாநவாநாம்’ கேநாபி ஜிஹ்வா த³மயிதும்’ ந ஸ²க்யதே ஸா ந நிவார்ய்யம் அநிஷ்டம்’ ஹலாஹலவிஷேண பூர்ணா ச|
9 In it we blessen God, the fadir, and in it we cursen men, that ben maad to the licnesse of God.
தயா வயம்’ பிதரம் ஈஸ்²வரம்’ த⁴ந்யம்’ வதா³ம: , தயா சேஸ்²வரஸ்ய ஸாத்³ரு’ஸ்²யே ஸ்ரு’ஷ்டாந் மாநவாந் ஸ²பாம: |
10 Of the same mouth passith forth blessing and cursing. My britheren, it bihoueth not that these thingis be don so.
ஏகஸ்மாத்³ வத³நாத்³ த⁴ந்யவாத³ஸா²பௌ நிர்க³ச்ச²த: | ஹே மம ப்⁴ராதர: , ஏதாத்³ரு’ஸ²ம்’ ந கர்த்தவ்யம்’|
11 Whether a welle of the same hoole bringith forth swete and salt watir?
ப்ரஸ்ரவண: கிம் ஏகஸ்மாத் சி²த்³ராத் மிஷ்டம்’ திக்தஞ்ச தோயம்’ நிர்க³மயதி?
12 My britheren, whether a fige tre may make grapis, ethir a vyne figus? So nethir salt watir mai make swete watir.
ஹே மம ப்⁴ராதர: , உடு³ம்ப³ரதரு: கிம்’ ஜிதப²லாநி த்³ராக்ஷாலதா வா கிம் உடு³ம்ப³ரப²லாநி ப²லிதும்’ ஸ²க்நோதி? தத்³வத்³ ஏக: ப்ரஸ்ரவணோ லவணமிஷ்டே தோயே நிர்க³மயிதும்’ ந ஸ²க்நோதி|
13 Who is wijs, and tauyt among you? schewe he of good lyuyng his worching, in myldenesse of his wisdom.
யுஷ்மாகம்’ மத்⁴யே ஜ்ஞாநீ ஸுபோ³த⁴ஸ்²ச க ஆஸ்தே? தஸ்ய கர்ம்மாணி ஜ்ஞாநமூலகம்ரு’து³தாயுக்தாநீதி ஸதா³சாராத் ஸ ப்ரமாணயது|
14 That if ye han bitter enuye, and stryuyngis ben in youre hertis, nyle ye haue glorye, and be lyeris ayens the treuthe.
கிந்து யுஷ்மத³ந்த: கரணமத்⁴யே யதி³ திக்தேர்ஷ்யா விவாதே³ச்சா² ச வித்³யதே தர்ஹி ஸத்யமதஸ்ய விருத்³த⁴ம்’ ந ஸ்²லாக⁴த்⁴வம்’ நசாந்ரு’தம்’ கத²யத|
15 For this wisdom is not fro aboue comynge doun, but ertheli, and beestli, and feendli.
தாத்³ரு’ஸ²ம்’ ஜ்ஞாநம் ஊர்த்³த்⁴வாத்³ ஆக³தம்’ நஹி கிந்து பார்தி²வம்’ ஸ²ரீரி பௌ⁴திகஞ்ச|
16 For where is enuye and strijf, there is vnstidfastnesse and al schrewid werk.
யதோ ஹேதோரீர்ஷ்யா விவாதே³ச்சா² ச யத்ர வேத்³யேதே தத்ரைவ கலஹ: ஸர்வ்வம்’ து³ஷ்க்ரு’தஞ்ச வித்³யதே|
17 But wisdom that is from aboue, first it is chast, aftirward pesible, mylde, able to be counseilid, consentinge to goode thingis, ful of merci and of goode fruytis, demynge with out feynyng.
கிந்தூர்த்³த்⁴வாத்³ ஆக³தம்’ யத் ஜ்ஞாநம்’ தத் ப்ரத²மம்’ ஸு²சி தத: பரம்’ ஸா²ந்தம்’ க்ஷாந்தம் ஆஸு²ஸந்தே⁴யம்’ த³யாதி³ஸத்ப²லை: பரிபூர்ணம் அஸந்தி³க்³த⁴ம்’ நிஷ்கபடஞ்ச ப⁴வதி|
18 And the fruyt of riytwisnesse is sowun in pees, to men that maken pees.
ஸா²ந்த்யாசாரிபி⁴: ஸா²ந்த்யா த⁴ர்ம்மப²லம்’ ரோப்யதே|
