Hebrews 7
1 And this Melchisedech, king of Salem, and preest of the hiyeste God, which mette with Abraham, as he turnede ayen fro the sleyng of kyngis, and blesside hym;
ศาลมสฺย ราชา สรฺโวฺวปริสฺถเสฺยศฺวรสฺย ยาชกศฺจ สนฺ โย นฺฤปตีนำ มารณาตฺ ปฺรตฺยาคตมฺ อิพฺราหีมํ สากฺษาตฺกฺฤตฺยาศิษํ คทิตวานฺ,
2 to whom also Abraham departide tithis of alle thingis; first he is seid king of riytwisnesse, and aftirward kyng of Salem, that is to seie, king of pees,
ยไสฺม เจพฺราหีมฺ สรฺวฺวทฺรวฺยาณำ ทศมำศํ ทตฺตวานฺ ส มลฺกีเษทกฺ สฺวนามฺโน'เรฺถน ปฺรถมโต ธรฺมฺมราช: ปศฺจาตฺ ศาลมสฺย ราชารฺถต: ศานฺติราโช ภวติฯ
3 with out fadir, with out modir, with out genologie, nether hauynge bigynnyng of daies, nether ende of lijf; and he is lickened to the sone of God, and dwellith preest with outen ende.
อปรํ ตสฺย ปิตา มาตา วํศสฺย นิรฺณย อายุษ อารมฺโภ ชีวนสฺย เศษศฺไจเตษามฺ อภาโว ภวติ, อิตฺถํ ส อีศฺวรปุตฺรสฺย สทฺฤศีกฺฤต: , ส ตฺวนนฺตกาลํ ยาวทฺ ยาชกสฺติษฺฐติฯ
4 But biholde ye how greet is this, to whom Abraham the patriark yaf tithis of the beste thingis.
อเตอวาสฺมากํ ปูรฺวฺวปุรุษ อิพฺราหีมฺ ยไสฺม ลุฐิตทฺรวฺยาณำ ทศมำศํ ทตฺตวานฺ ส กีทฺฤกฺ มหานฺ ตทฺ อาโลจยตฯ
5 For men of the sones of Leuy takinge presthod han maundement to take tithis of the puple, bi the lawe, that is to seie, of her britheren, thouy also thei wenten out of the leendis of Abraham.
ยาชกตฺวปฺราปฺตา เลเว: สนฺตานา วฺยวสฺถานุสาเรณ โลเกโภฺย'รฺถต อิพฺราหีโม ชาเตภฺย: สฺวียภฺราตฺฤโภฺย ทศมำศคฺรหณสฺยาเทศํ ลพฺธวนฺต: ฯ
6 But he whos generacioun is not noumbrid in hem, took tithis of Abraham; and he blesside this Abraham, which hadde repromyssiouns.
กินฺตฺวเสา ยทฺยปิ เตษำ วํศาตฺ โนตฺปนฺนสฺตถาปีพฺราหีโม ทศมำศํ คฺฤหีตวานฺ ปฺรติชฺญานามฺ อธิการิณมฺ อาศิษํ คทิตวำศฺจฯ
7 With outen ony ayenseiyng, that that is lesse, is blessid of the betere.
อปรํ ย: เศฺรยานฺ ส กฺษุทฺรตรายาศิษํ ททาตีตฺยตฺร โก'ปิ สนฺเทโห นาสฺติฯ
8 And heere deedli men taken tithis; but there he berith witnessyng, that he lyueth.
อปรมฺ อิทานีํ เย ทศมำศํ คฺฤหฺลนฺติ เต มฺฤโตฺยรธีนา มานวา: กินฺตุ ตทานีํ โย คฺฤหีตวานฺ ส ชีวตีติปฺรมาณปฺราปฺต: ฯ
9 And that it be seid so, bi Abraham also Leuy, that took tithis, was tithid; and yit he was in his fadris leendis,
อปรํ ทศมำศคฺราหี เลวิรปีพฺราหีมฺทฺวารา ทศมำศํ ทตฺตวานฺ เอตทปิ กถยิตุํ ศกฺยเตฯ
10 whanne Melchisedech mette with hym.
ยโต ยทา มลฺกีเษทกฺ ตสฺย ปิตรํ สากฺษาตฺ กฺฤตวานฺ ตทานีํ ส เลวิ: ปิตุรุรสฺยาสีตฺฯ
11 Therfor if perfeccioun was bi the preesthood of Leuy, for vndur hym the puple took the lawe, what yit was it nedeful, another preest to rise, bi the ordre of Melchisedech, and not to be seid bi the ordre of Aaron?
อปรํ ยสฺย สมฺพนฺเธ โลกา วฺยวสฺถำ ลพฺธวนฺตเสฺตน เลวียยาชกวรฺเคณ ยทิ สิทฺธิ: สมภวิษฺยตฺ ตรฺหิ หาโรณสฺย เศฺรณฺยา มธฺยาทฺ ยาชกํ น นิรูเปฺยศฺวเรณ มลฺกีเษทก: เศฺรณฺยา มธฺยาทฺ อปรไสฺยกสฺย ยาชกโสฺยตฺถาปนํ กุต อาวศฺยกมฺ อภวิษฺยตฺ?
12 For whi whanne the preesthod is translatid, it is nede that also translacioun of the lawe be maad.
ยโต ยาชกวรฺคสฺย วินิมเยน สุตรำ วฺยวสฺถายา อปิ วินิมโย ชายเตฯ
13 But he in whom these thingis ben seid, is of another lynage, of which no man was preest to the auter.
อปรญฺจ ตทฺ วากฺยํ ยโสฺยทฺเทศฺยํ โส'ปเรณ วํเศน สํยุกฺตา'สฺติ ตสฺย วํศสฺย จ โก'ปิ กทาปิ เวทฺยา: กรฺมฺม น กฺฤตวานฺฯ
14 For it is opyn, that oure Lord is borun of Juda, in which lynage Moises spak no thing of preestis.
วสฺตุตสฺตุ ยํ วํศมธิ มูสา ยาชกตฺวไสฺยกำ กถามปิ น กถิตวานฺ ตสฺมินฺ ยิหูทาวํเศ'สฺมากํ ปฺรภุ รฺชนฺม คฺฤหีตวานฺ อิติ สุสฺปษฺฏํฯ
15 And more yit it is knowun, if bi the ordre of Melchisedech another preest is risun vp;
ตสฺย สฺปษฺฏตรมฺ อปรํ ปฺรมาณมิทํ ยตฺ มลฺกีเษทก: สาทฺฤศฺยวตาปเรณ ตาทฺฤเศน ยาชเกโนเทตวฺยํ,
16 which is not maad bi the lawe of fleischli maundement, but bi vertu of lijf that may not be vndon.
ยสฺย นิรูปณํ ศรีรสมฺพนฺธียวิธิยุกฺตยา วฺยวสฺถายา น ภวติ กินฺตฺวกฺษยชีวนยุกฺตยา ศกฺตฺยา ภวติฯ
17 For he witnessith, That thou art a preest with outen ende, bi the ordre of Melchisedech; (aiōn g165)
ยต อีศฺวร อิทํ สากฺษฺยํ ทตฺตวานฺ, ยถา, "ตฺวํ มกฺลีเษทก: เศฺรณฺยำ ยาชโก'สิ สทาตน: ฯ " (aiōn g165)
18 that repreuyng of the maundement bifor goynge is maad, for the vnsadnesse and vnprofit of it.
อเนนาคฺรวรฺตฺติโน วิเธ ทุรฺพฺพลตายา นิษฺผลตายาศฺจ เหโตรรฺถโต วฺยวสฺถยา กิมปิ สิทฺธํ น ชาตมิติเหโตสฺตสฺย โลโป ภวติฯ
19 For whi the lawe brouyt no thing to perfeccioun, but there is a bringing in of a betere hope, bi which we neiyen to God.
ยยา จ วยมฺ อีศฺวรสฺย นิกฏวรฺตฺติโน ภวาม เอตาทฺฤศี เศฺรษฺฐปฺรตฺยาศา สํสฺถาปฺยเตฯ
20 And hou greet it is, not with out sweryng; but the othere ben maad preestis with outen an ooth;
อปรํ ยีศุ: ศปถํ วินา น นิยุกฺตสฺตสฺมาทปิ ส เศฺรษฺฐนิยมสฺย มธฺยโสฺถ ชาต: ฯ
21 but this preest with an ooth, bi hym that seide `to hym, The Lord swoor, and it schal not rewe hym, Thou art a preest with outen ende, bi the ordre of Melchisedech; (aiōn g165)
ยตเสฺต ศปถํ วินา ยาชกา ชาตา: กินฺตฺวเสา ศปเถน ชาต: ยต: ส อิทมุกฺต: , ยถา,
22 in so myche Jhesus is maad biheetere of the betere testament.
"ปรเมศ อิทํ เศเป น จ ตสฺมานฺนิวรฺตฺสฺยเตฯ ตฺวํ มลฺกีเษทก: เศฺรณฺยำ ยาชโก'สิ สทาตน: ฯ " (aiōn g165)
23 And the othere weren maad manye preestis, `therfor for thei weren forbedun bi deth to dwelle stille;
เต จ พหโว ยาชกา อภวนฺ ยตเสฺต มฺฤตฺยุนา นิตฺยสฺถายิตฺวาตฺ นิวาริตา: ,
กินฺตฺวสาวนนฺตกาลํ ยาวตฺ ติษฺฐติ ตสฺมาตฺ ตสฺย ยาชกตฺวํ น ปริวรฺตฺตนียํฯ (aiōn g165)
25 Wherfor also he may saue with outen ende, comynge nyy bi hym silf to God, and euermore lyueth to preye for vs.
ตโต เหโต เรฺย มานวาเสฺตเนศฺวรสฺย สนฺนิธึ คจฺฉนฺติ ตานฺ ส เศษํ ยาวตฺ ปริตฺราตุํ ศกฺโนติ ยตเสฺตษำ กฺฤเต ปฺรารฺถนำ กรฺตฺตุํ ส สตตํ ชีวติฯ
26 For it bisemyde that sich a man were a bischop to vs, hooli, innocent, vndefoulid, clene, departid fro synful men, and maad hiyere than heuenes;
อปรมฺ อสฺมากํ ตาทฺฤศมหายาชกสฺย ปฺรโยชนมาสีทฺ ย: ปวิโตฺร 'หึสโก นิษฺกลงฺก: ปาปิโภฺย ภินฺน: สฺวรฺคาทปฺยุจฺจีกฺฤตศฺจ สฺยาตฺฯ
27 which hath not nede ech dai, as prestis, first for hise owne giltis to offre sacrifices, and aftirward for the puple; for he dide this thing in offringe hym silf onys.
อปรํ มหายาชกานำ ยถา ตถา ตสฺย ปฺรติทินํ ปฺรถมํ สฺวปาปานำ กฺฤเต ตต: ปรํ โลกานำ ปาปานำ กฺฤเต พลิทานสฺย ปฺรโยชนํ นาสฺติ ยต อาตฺมพลิทานํ กฺฤตฺวา ตทฺ เอกกฺฤตฺวเสฺตน สมฺปาทิตํฯ
28 And the lawe ordeynede men prestis hauynge sijknesse; but the word of swering, which is after the lawe, ordeynede the sone perfit with outen ende. (aiōn g165)
ยโต วฺยวสฺถยา เย มหายาชกา นิรูปฺยนฺเต เต เทารฺพฺพลฺยยุกฺตา มานวา: กินฺตุ วฺยวสฺถาต: ปรํ ศปถยุกฺเตน วาเกฺยน โย มหายาชโก นิรูปิต: โส 'นนฺตกาลารฺถํ สิทฺธ: ปุตฺร เอวฯ (aiōn g165)
