Haggai 2
1 In the seuenthe monethe, in the oon and twentith dai of the monethe, the word of the Lord was maad in the hond of Aggei, the profete, and seide,
Měsíce sedmého, dvadcátého prvního dne téhož měsíce, stalo se slovo Hospodinovo skrze Aggea proroka, řkoucí:
2 Speke thou to Sorobabel, the sone of Salatiel, the duyk of Juda, and to Jhesu, the gret preest, the sone of Josedech, and to othere of the puple, and seie thou,
Mluv nyní k Zorobábelovi synu Salatielovu, knížeti Judskému, a Jozue synu Jozadakovu, knězi nejvyššímu, i k ostatkům lidu, řka:
3 Who in you is left, that sai this hous in his firste glorie? and what seen ye this now? whether it is not thus, as if it be not bifore youre iyen?
Kdo jest mezi vámi pozůstalý, ješto viděl dům ten v slávě jeho první? A jaký vy jej nyní vidíte? Zdaliž není proti onomu jako nic před očima vašima?
4 And now, Sorobabel, be thou coumfortid, seith the Lord, and Jhesu, greet preest, sone of Josedech, be thou coumfortid, and al the puple of the lond, be thou coumfortid, seith the Lord of oostis; and do ye, for Y am with you, seith the Lord of oostis.
A však nyní posilň se Zorobábeli, praví Hospodin, posilň se i Jozue synu Jozadakův, kněže nejvyšší, a posilň se všecken lide země této, praví Hospodin, a dodělejte; nebo já s vámi jsem, praví Hospodin zástupů,
5 The word that Y couenauntide with you, whanne ye wenten out of the lond of Egipt, and my Spirit schal be in the myddil of you.
Podlé slova, jímž jsem smlouvu učinil s vámi, když jste vycházeli z Egypta. Duch také můj stane u prostřed vás, nebojtež se.
6 Nyle ye drede, for the Lord of oostis seith these thingis, Yit o litil thing is, and Y schal moue heuene, and erthe, and see, and drie lond;
Nebo takto praví Hospodin zástupů: Po malém času, aj, já ještě jednou pohnu nebem i zemí, a mořem i suchostí.
7 and Y schal moue alle folkis, and the desirid to alle folkis schal come; and Y schal fille this hous with glorie, seith the Lord of oostis.
Pohnu, pravím, všemi národy, a přijdou k Žádoucímu všechněm národům, i naplním dům tento slávou, praví Hospodin zástupů.
8 Myn is siluer, and myn is gold, seith the Lord of oostes.
Méť jest stříbro a mé jest zlato, praví Hospodin zástupů.
9 The glorie of this laste hous schal be greet, more than the firste, seith the Lord of oostis. And in this place Y schal yyue pees, seith the Lord of oostis.
Větší bude sláva domu tohoto posledního, než onoho prvního, praví Hospodin zástupů; nebo na tomto místě způsobím pokoj, praví Hospodin zástupů.
10 In the foure and twentithe dai of the nynthe monethe, in the secounde yeer of kyng Daryus, the word of the Lord was maad to Aggei, the profete, and seide, The Lord God of oostis seith these thingis,
Dvadcátého čtvrtého dne, devátého měsíce, léta druhého Daria, stalo se slovo Hospodinovo skrze Aggea proroka, řkoucí:
11 Axe thou preestis the lawe, and seie thou,
Takto praví Hospodin zástupů: Vzeptej se nyní kněží na zákon, řka:
12 If a man takith halewyd fleisch in the hem of his clothing, and touchith of the hiynesse therof breed, ether potage, ether wyn, ether oile, ether ony mete, whether it schal be halewid? Sotheli preestis answeriden, and seiden, Nai.
Ej, kdyby někdo nesl maso svaté v křídle sukně své, aneb dotkl by se křídlem svým chleba, neb vaření, neb vína, neb oleje, neb jakéžkoli krmě, zdali bude posvěcen? I odpověděli kněží a řekli: Nikoli.
13 And Aggei seide, If a man defoulid in soule touchith of alle these thingis, whether it schal be defoulid? And prestis answeriden, and seiden, It schal be defoulid.
Tedy řekl Aggeus: Jestliže někdo jsa nečistý od těla mrtvého, dotkl by se něčeho z těch věcí, bude-li nečisté? I odpověděli kněží a řekli: Nečisté bude.
14 And Aggei answeride, and seide, So is this puple, and so is this folc bifor my face, seith the Lord, and so is al werk of her hondis; and alle thingis whiche thei offren there, schulen be defoulid.
Tedy odpovídaje Aggeus, řekl: Tak lid tento a tak národ tento před tváří mou, praví Hospodin, a tak všecko dílo rukou jejich, i cožkoli obětovali tam, nečisté bylo.
15 And nowe putte ye youre hertis, fro this dai and aboue, bifor that a stoon on a stoon was put in temple of the Lord,
Nyní tedy přiložte medle srdce své od tohoto dne až do onoho, jakž přestal kladen býti kámen na kameni v domě Hospodinově,
16 whanne ye wenten to an heep of twenti buischels, and there weren maad ten; ye entriden to the pressour, that ye schulden presse out fifti galouns, and there weren maad twenti.
Od toho času, když přišel někdo k hromadě dvadcíti, bylo jen deset; když přišel k kádi, aby nabral padesáte z presu, bylo jen dvadcet.
17 Y smoot you with brennynge wynd; and with myldew, and hail, alle the werkis of youre hondis; and ther was noon in you that turnede ayen to me, seith the Lord.
Bil jsem vás suchem a rzí, i krupobitím všecko dílo rukou vašich, však žádný z vás neobrátil se ke mně, praví Hospodin.
18 Putte ye youre hertis fro this dai, and in to comynge, fro the foure and twentithe dai of the nynthe monethe, fro the dai in whiche foundementis of the temple of the Lord ben castun, putte ye on youre herte.
Přiložte již srdce své od tohoto dne až do onoho, ode dne dvadcátého čtvrtého, měsíce devátého, až do dne, v kterémž založen byl chrám Hospodinův, (přiložte srdce své).
19 Whether now seed is in buriownyng? and yit vineyerd, and fige tre, and pomgarnade, and the tre of olyue flouride not.
Zdali již jest semeno v obilnici? Anobrž ani vinný kmen, ani fík, ani strom jablek zrnatých, ani strom olivový nevydal ovoce. Od tohoto dne požehnám.
20 Fro this dai Y schal blesse. And the word of the Lord was maad the secounde tyme to Aggei, in the foure and twentithe dai of the monethe,
Potom stalo se slovo Hospodinovo po druhé k Aggeovi, dvadcátého čtvrtého dne téhož měsíce, řkoucí:
21 and seide, Spek thou to Sorobabel, duik of Juda, and seie thou, Y shal moue heuene and erthe togidere, and Y schal distrie the seet of rewmes,
Mluv k Zorobábelovi knížeti Judskému, řka: Já pohnu nebem i zemí,
22 and Y schal al to-breke the strengthe of rewme of hethene men, and schal distrie a foure horsid carte, and the stiere therof; and horsis schulen go doun, and stieris of hem, a man bi swerd of his brother.
A podvrátím stolici království, a zkazím sílu království pohanských; podvrátím, pravím, vůz i ty, kteříž na něm jezdí, a sejdou koni i jezdci jejich jeden každý od meče bratra svého.
23 In that dai, seith the Lord of oostis, thou Sorobabel, sone of Salatiel, my seruaunt, Y schal take thee, seith the Lord; and Y schal putte thee as a signet, for Y chees thee, seith the Lord of oostis.
V ten den, praví Hospodin zástupů, vezmu tebe, Zorobábeli synu Salatielův, služebníče můj, praví Hospodin, a učiním tě jako pečetní prsten; nebo jsem tě vyvolil, praví Hospodin zástupů.
