Genesis 10
1 These ben the generaciouns of the sones of Noe, Sem, Cham, and Jafeth. And sones weren borun to hem aftir the greet flood.
Սրանք են Նոյի որդիների՝ Սէմի, Քամի, Յաբէթի սերունդները. ջրհեղեղից յետոյ որդիներ ծնուեցին նրանց:
2 The sones of Jafeth weren Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Jauan, and Tubal, and Mosoth, and Thiras.
Յաբէթի որդիներն են Գամերը, Մագոգը, Մադան, Յաւանը, Ելիսան, Թոբէլը, Մոսոքը եւ Թիրասը:
3 Forsothe the sones of Gomer weren Asseneth, and Rifath, and Thogorma.
Գամերի որդիներն են Ասքանազը, Րիփաթը եւ Թորգոման:
4 Forsothe the sones of Jauan weren Helisa, and Tharsis, Cethym, and Dodanym;
Յաւանի որդիներն են Ելիսան ու Թարսիսը, կիտացիներն ու ռոդացիները:
5 of these sones the ylis of hethen men weren departid in her cuntrees, ech bi his langage and meynees, in hise naciouns.
Սրանցից է, որ բաժանուեցին եւ ծովեզերքում բնակութիւն հաստատեցին ժողովուրդները՝ իւրաքանչիւրն ըստ իր երկրում ունեցած լեզուների եւ տոհմերի:
6 Sotheli the sones of Cham weren Thus, and Mesraym, and Futh, and Chanaan.
Քամի որդիներն են Քուշն ու Մեստրեմը, Փուդն ու Քանանը:
7 Forsothe the sones of Thus weren Saba, and Euila, and Sabatha, and Regma, and Sabatacha. The sones of Regma weren Saba, and Dadan.
Քուշի որդիներն են Սաբան, Եւիլան, Սաբաթան, Ռեգման եւ Սաբակաթան: Ռեգմայի որդիներն են Սաբան եւ Յուդադանը:
8 Forsothe Thus gendride Nemroth; he bigan to be myyti in erthe,
Քուշը ծնեց Նեբրոթին: Նա առաջին հսկան էր երկրի վրայ:
9 and he was a strong huntere of men bifore the Lord; of hym a prouerbe yede out, as Nemroth, a strong huntere bifore the Lord.
Նա քաջ որսորդ էր Աստծու առաջ: Դրա համար էլ ասոյթ դարձաւ. «Նեբրոթի պէս քաջ է Տէր Աստծու առաջ»:
10 Sotheli the bigynnyng of his rewme was Babiloyne, and Arach, and Archad, and Thalamye, in the lond of Sennaar.
Նրա թագաւորութիւնն սկիզբ առաւ Բաբելոնում եւ ընդգրկում էր Որէքը, Աքադն ու Քաղանէն, որոնք գտնւում էին Սենաար երկրում:
11 Assur yede out of that lond, and bildide Nynyue, `and stretis of the citee,
Նեբրոթն ելաւ այդ երկրից ու գնաց Ասուր, կառուցեց Նինուէն, Ռոբոթ քաղաքը, Քաղանը,
12 and Chale, and Resen bitwixe Nynyue and Chale; this is a greet citee.
ինչպէս նաեւ Նինուէի ու Քաղանի միջեւ գտնուող Դասեմանը: Սա մեծ քաղաք էր:
13 And sotheli Mesraym gendride Ludym, and Anamym, and Laabym, Neptuym, and Ferrusym, and Cesluym;
Մեստրեմը սերեց լուդիիմացիներին, սենիիմացիներին, սաղբիիմացիներին, հեփթաղիիմացիներին,
14 of which the Filisteis and Capturym camen forth.
պատրոսոնիիմացիներին եւ քասղոնիիմացիներին, որոնցից սկիզբ առան փղշտացիներն ու կափթոորիմացիները:
15 Forsothe Chanaan gendride Sidon, his firste gendride sone, Ethei, and Jebusei,
Քանանը ծնունդ տուեց Սիդոնին՝ իր անդրանիկ որդուն, քետացիներին,
16 and Amorrei, Gergesei,
յեբուսացիներին, ամորհացիներին, գերգեսացիներին,
17 Euei, and Arathei,
խեւացիներին, արուակացիներին, ամինացիներին,
18 Ceney, and Aradie, Samarites, and Amathei; and puplis of Chananeis weren sowun abrood bi these men.
արադիոնացիներին, սամարացիներին եւ ամաթացիներին: Դրանից յետոյ սփռուեցին քանանացիների ցեղերը:
19 And the termes of Chanaan weren maad to men comynge fro Sidon to Gerara, til to Gasa, til thou entre in to Sodom and Gomore, and Adama, and Seboyne, til to Lesa.
Քանանացիների սահմանները ձգուեցին Սիդոնից մինչեւ Գերարա, որ Գազայի մօտ էր, մինչեւ Սոդոմ եւ Գոմոր, Ադամայից ու Սեբոյիմից մինչեւ Լասա:
20 These weren the sones of Cham, in her kynredis, and langagis, and generaciouns, and londis, and folkis.
Ահա սրանք են Քամի որդիներն ըստ իրենց ցեղերի, ըստ իրենց լեզուների, իրենց երկրների ու իրենց տոհմերի:
21 Also of Sem weren borun the fadris of alle the sones of Heber, and Japhet was the more brother.
Յաբէթի երէց եղբայրը՝ Սէմը, որ Եբերի բոլոր որդիների նախահայրն էր, նոյնպէս ծնեց որդիներ:
22 The sones of Sem weren Elam, and Assur, and Arfaxath, and Lud, and Aram.
Սեմի որդիներն են Ելամը, Ասուրը, Արփաքսադը, Լուդն ու Արամը:
23 The sones of Aram weren Vs, and Hul, and Gether, and Mes.
Արամի որդիներն են Հուսը, Եմուղը, Գադերն ու Մոսոքը:
24 And sotheli Arfaxath gendride Sale, of whom Heber was borun.
Արփաքսադը ծնեց Կայնանին, Կայնանը ծնեց Սաղային, իսկ Սաղան ծնեց Եբերին:
25 And twei sones weren borun to Heber, the name to o sone was Faleg, for the lond was departid in hise daies; and the name of his brothir was Jectan.
Եբերը ծնեց երկու որդի. մէկի անունը Փաղէկ էր, որովհետեւ նրա օրօք ցրուեցին մարդիկ, իսկ եղբօր անունը Յեկտան էր:
26 And thilke Jectan gendride Elmodad, and Salech,
Յեկտանը ծնեց Էլմոդադին, Սալէքին, Ասարմոդին, Յարաքին,
27 and Asamoth, Jare, and Adhuram, and Vsal,
Յոդորամին, Եզէլին, Դեկլային,
28 and Deda, and Ebal, and Abymahel, Saba, and Ofir, and Euila, and Jobab;
Գեբաղին, Աբիմէէլին, Սաբէիին,
29 alle these weren the sones of Jectan.
Ուփիրին, Եւիլային ու Յոբաբին: Սրանք բոլորը Յեկտանի որդիներն են:
30 And the habitacioun of hem was maad fro Messa, as `me goith til to Sefar, an hil of the eest.
Նրանք բնակութիւն հաստատեցին Մասէից մինչեւ Սոփերա, որ գտնւում էր արեւելեան լերան կողմը:
31 These ben the sones of Sem, bi kynredis, and langagis, and cuntrees, in her folkis.
Ահա սրանք են Սէմի որդիներն ըստ իրենց ցեղերի, ըստ իրենց լեզուների, իրենց երկրի ու տոհմերի:
32 These ben the meynees of Noe, bi her puplis and naciouns; folkis in erthe weren departid of these aftir the greet flood.
Այս է Նոյի որդիների ցեղերի ծննդաբանութիւնն ըստ իրենց տոհմերի: Ջրհեղեղից յետոյ աշխարհով մէկ սփռուած ժողովուրդները սրանցից են առաջացել:
