Galatians 1
1 Poul the apostle, not of men, ne bi man, but bi Jhesu Crist, and God the fadir,
૧હું પાઉલ પ્રેરિત, કોઈ માણસો કે માણસો દ્વારા નહિ, પણ ઈસુ ખ્રિસ્ત અને તેમને મૃત્યુમાંથી સજીવન કરનાર ઈશ્વર દ્વારા પ્રેરિત થવા માટે તેડાયેલો છું.
2 that reiside hym fro deth, and alle the britheren that ben with me, to the chirchis of Galathie,
૨હું પોતે તથા અહીંના તમામ ભાઈઓ ગલાતિયાની તમામ મંડળીઓને વિશ્વાસી સમુદાયોને શુભેચ્છા પાઠવતા આ પત્ર લખીએ છીએ.
3 grace to you and pees of God the fadir, and of the Lord Jhesu Crist,
૩ઈશ્વરપિતા તથા આપણા પ્રભુ ઈસુ ખ્રિસ્ત તરફથી તમને કૃપા તથા શાંતિ હો,
4 that yaf hym silf for oure synnes, to delyuere vs fro the present wickid world, bi the wille of God and of oure fadir, (aiōn g165)
૪જેમણે આપણાં પાપોને સારુ પોતાનું અર્પણ કર્યું, કે જેથી આપણા ઈશ્વર અને પિતાની ઇચ્છા પ્રમાણે, આ વર્તમાન દુષ્ટ જગતથી તેઓ આપણને છોડાવે. (aiōn g165)
૫ઈશ્વર પિતાને સદાસર્વકાળ મહિમા હો. આમીન. (aiōn g165)
6 I wondur, that so soone ye be thus moued fro hym that clepid you in to the grace of Crist, in to another euangelie; which is not anothir,
૬મને એ વાતનું આશ્ચર્ય થાય છે કે, જેમણે તમને ખ્રિસ્તની કૃપા દ્વારા તેડાવ્યાં, તેમની પાસેથી તમે આટલા બધા વહેલા જુદી સુવાર્તા તરફ વળી ગયા છો.
7 but that ther ben summe that troublen you, and wolen mysturne the euangelie of Crist.
૭એ કોઈ બીજી સુવાર્તા નથી, પણ કેટલાક તમને હેરાન કરે છે અને ખ્રિસ્તની સુવાર્તા ઉલટાવી નાખવા ચાહે છે.
8 But thouy we, or an aungel of heuene, prechide to you, bisidis that that we han prechid to you, be he acursid.
૮પણ જે સુવાર્તા અમે તમને પ્રગટ કરી, તે સિવાય બીજી કોઈ સુવાર્તા, જો અમે અથવા કોઈ સ્વર્ગદૂત પણ તમને પ્રગટ કરે, તો તે શાપિત થાઓ.
9 As Y haue seid bifore, and now eftsoones Y seie, if ony preche to you bisidis that that ye han vndurfongun, be he cursid.
૯જેમ અમે પહેલાં કહ્યું હતું, તેમ હમણાં હું ફરીથી કહું છું, કે જે સુવાર્તા તમે પ્રાપ્ત કરી, તે સિવાય બીજી સુવાર્તા જો કોઈ તમને પ્રગટ કરે, તો તે શાપિત થાઓ.
10 For now whether counsele Y men, or God? or whether Y seche to plese men? If Y pleside yit men, Y were not Cristis seruaunt.
૧૦તો શું હું અત્યારે માણસોની કૃપા ઇચ્છું છું કે ઈશ્વરની? અથવા શું હું માણસોને ખુશ કરવા ચાહું છું? જો હજી સુધી હું માણસોને ખુશ રાખતો હોઉં, તો હું ખ્રિસ્તનો સેવક નથી.
11 For, britheren, Y make knowun to you the euangelie, that was prechid of me, for it is not bi man;
૧૧પણ, ભાઈઓ, હું તમને જણાવું છું કે, જે સુવાર્તા મેં પ્રગટ કરી, તે માણસે આપેલી નથી.
12 ne Y took it of man, ne lernyde, but bi reuelacioun of Jhesu Crist.
૧૨કેમ કે હું માણસની પાસેથી તે પામ્યો કે શીખ્યો નથી, પણ ઈસુ ખ્રિસ્તે પ્રગટ કર્યાથી પામ્યો છું.
13 For ye han herd my conuersacioun sumtyme in the Jurie, and that Y pursuede passyngli the chirche of God, and fauyt ayen it.
૧૩હું યહૂદી ધર્મ પાળતો હતો, ત્યારે મારું જે જીવન હતું તે વિષે તો તમે સાંભળ્યું છે, કે હું ઈશ્વરની મંડળીને અતિશય સતાવતો અને તેની પાયમાલી કરતો હતો.
14 And Y profitide in the Jurie aboue many of myn eueneldis in my kynrede, and was more aboundauntli a folewere of my fadris tradiciouns.
૧૪અને મારા પિતૃઓના ધર્મ વિષે હું બહુ ઝનૂની બનીને, મારા જાતિ ભાઈઓમાંના ઘણાં સાથીઓ કરતાં યહૂદી સંપ્રદાયમાં વધારે પારંગત થયો.
15 But whanne it pleside hym, that departide me fro my modir wombe,
૧૫પણ ઈશ્વર જેમણે મને મારા જન્મનાં દિવસથી જ અલગ કર્યો હતો તથા પોતાની કૃપામાં મને તેડાવ્યો હતો, તેમને જયારે એ પસંદ પડ્યું
16 and clepide bi his grace, to schewe his sone in me, that Y schulde preche hym among the hethene, anoon Y drowy me not to fleisch and blood; ne Y cam to Jerusalem to the apostlis,
૧૬કે તે પોતાના દીકરાને મારામાં પ્રગટ કરે, એ માટે કે હું તેમની સુવાર્તા બિનયહૂદીઓમાં પ્રગટ કરું, ત્યારે મેં કોઈ જ મનુષ્યની સલાહ લીધી નહિ,
17 that weren tofor me, but Y wente in to Arabie, and eftsoones Y turnede ayen in to Damask.
૧૭કે મારાથી અગાઉ જે પ્રેરિતો હતા તેઓની પાસે યરુશાલેમ ગયો નહિ પણ અરબસ્તાનમાં ગયો અને ફરીથી દમસ્કસમાં પાછો આવ્યો.
18 And sith thre yeer aftir Y cam to Jerusalem, to se Petre, and Y dwellide with hym fiftene daies;
૧૮ત્યાર પછી ત્રણ વરસ બાદ કેફા પિતર ને મળવાને હું યરુશાલેમ ગયો, અને તેની સાથે પંદર દિવસ રહ્યો;
19 but Y sawy noon othere of the apostlis, but James, oure Lordis brother.
૧૯પણ પ્રેરિતોમાંના બીજા કોઈને હું મળ્યો નહિ, કેવળ પ્રભુના ભાઈ યાકૂબને મળ્યો.
20 And these thingis which Y write to you, lo! tofor God Y lie not.
૨૦જુઓ, હું તમને જે લખું છું, તે ઈશ્વરની સમક્ષ કહું છું; હું જૂઠું કહેતો નથી.
21 Afterward Y cam in to the coostis of Syrie and Cilicie.
૨૧પછી હું સિરિયા તથા કિલીકિયાના પ્રાંતોમાં આવ્યો.
22 But Y was vnknowun bi face to the chirchis of Judee, that weren in Crist; and thei hadden oonli an heryng,
૨૨અને ખ્રિસ્તમાંના યહૂદિયા પ્રાંતની મંડળીઓને મારી ઓળખ થઈ નહોતી.
23 that he that pursuede vs sum tyme, prechide now the feith, ayens which he fauyte sum tyme;
૨૩તેઓએ એટલું જ સાંભળ્યું હતું કે, અગાઉ જે અમને સતાવતો હતો અને જે વિશ્વાસનો તે નાશ કરતો હતો, તે હમણાં એ જ વિશ્વાસને પ્રગટ કરે છે.
24 and in me thei glorifieden God.
૨૪મારે લીધે તેઓએ ઈશ્વરને મહિમા આપ્યો.
