Ezekiel 30
1 And the word of the Lord was maad to me,
Chúa Hằng Hữu lại truyền cho tôi một sứ điệp nữa:
2 and he seide, Sone of man, profesie thou, and seie, The Lord God seith these thingis, Yelle ye, Wo!
“Hỡi con người, hãy nói tiên tri và truyền sứ điệp của Chúa Hằng Hữu Chí Cao: Hãy khóc lóc và than vãn vì ngày kinh khiếp,
3 wo! to the dai, for the dai is niy; and the dai of the Lord neiyith, the dai of a cloude. The tyme of hethene men schal be;
vì ngày kinh hoàng sắp đến gần— ngày của Chúa Hằng Hữu! Đó là ngày mây đen và tăm tối, ngày hoạn nạn của các dân tộc.
4 and a swerd schal come in to Egipt, and drede schal be in Ethiopie, whanne woundid men schulen falle doun in Egipt, and the multitude therof schal be takun awei, and the foundementis therof schulen be distried.
Gươm sẽ đâm chém Ai Cập, thi thể những kẻ bị tàn sát sẽ phủ đầy khắp đất. Của cải sẽ bị cướp đi và mọi nền móng bị phá hủy. Đất Ê-thi-ô-pi buồn khổ.
5 Ethiopie, and Libie, and Lidiens, and al the residue comyn puple, and Chub, and the sones of the lond of boond of pees schulen falle doun bi swerd with hem.
Ê-thi-ô-pi, Phút, Lút, các xứ A-rập, Ly-bi và các nước liên minh đều bị gươm hủy diệt.
6 The Lord God seith these thingis, And thei that vndursetten Egipt schulen falle doun, and the pride of the lordschipe therof schal be destried; fro the tour of Sienes thei schulen falle bi swerd ther ynne, seith the Lord of oostis.
Vì đây là điều Chúa Hằng Hữu phán: Tất cả các nước đồng minh Ai Cập sẽ bị sụp đổ, Ai Cập chẳng còn tự hào về sức mạnh nữa. Dân chúng từ Mích-đôn đến Xơ-vê-nê đều bị gươm tiêu diệt Chúa Hằng Hữu Chí Cao phán vậy.
7 And thei schulen be distried in the myddis of londis maad desolat, and the citees therof schulen be in the myddis of citees forsakun.
Ai Cập sẽ hoang vắng giữa các nước hoang vắng, và thành nó đổ nát giữa những thành đổ nát.
8 And thei schulen wite, that Y am the Lord God, whanne Y schal yyue fier in Egipt, and alle the helperis therof schulen be al to-brokun.
Và người Ai Cập sẽ biết Ta là Chúa Hằng Hữu khi Ta nổi lửa đốt Ai Cập và tiêu diệt các nước đồng minh.
9 In that dai messangeris schulen go out fro my face in schippis with thre ordris of ooris, to al to-breke the trist of Ethiopie; and drede schal be in hem in the dai of Egipt, for with out doute it schal come.
Lúc ấy, các sứ giả Ta sai sẽ đến nhanh chóng để làm Ê-thi-ô-pi kinh hoàng. Sự sợ hãi sẽ giáng trên chúng trong ngày Ai Cập bị diệt. Hãy canh chừng! Tai họa này chắc chắn sẽ xảy đến!
10 The Lord God seith these thingis, And I schal make to ceesse the multitude of Egipt in the hond of Nabugodonosor, king of Babiloyne.
Vì đây là điều Chúa Hằng Hữu Chí Cao phán: Bằng sức mạnh của Nê-bu-cát-nết-sa, nước Ba-by-lôn, Ta sẽ diệt dân tộc Ai Cập.
11 He and his puple with hym, the strongeste men of hethene men, schulen be brouyt, to leese the lond; and thei schulen drawe out her swerdis on Egipt, and thei schulen fille the lond with slayn men.
Vua và quân đội vua—là dân tộc bạo tàn nhất— sẽ được sai đến để tàn diệt đất. Chúng sẽ chống đánh Ai Cập cho đến khi xác người Ai Cập nằm chật đất.
12 And Y schal make drie the botmes of floodis, and Y schal yyue the lond in the hond of the worste men; and I schal distrie the lond, and the fulnesse therof in the hond of aliens; Y the Lord spak.
Ta sẽ làm Sông Nin khô cạn và bán xứ này cho kẻ gian ác. Ta sẽ dùng tay người nước ngoài phá hủy Ai Cập và mọi tài nguyên trong nước. Ta, Chúa Hằng Hữu đã phán!
13 The Lord God seith these thingis, And Y schal leese simylacris, and Y schal make idols to ceesse fro Memphis, and a duyk of the lond of Egipt schal no more be. And Y schal yyue drede in the lond of Egipt,
Đây là điều Chúa Hằng Hữu Chí Cao phán: Ta sẽ tiêu diệt thần tượng Ai Cập và hình tượng tại Mem-phi. Ai Cập sẽ chẳng có vua; kinh khiếp sẽ bao trùm đất nước.
14 and Y schal leese the lond of Phatures. And Y schal yyue fier in Tafnys, and Y schal make my domes in Alisaundre.
Ta sẽ làm Pha-trốt ra hoang vu, nổi lửa đốt Xô-an, và thi hành án phạt Thê-be.
15 And Y schal schede out myn indignacioun on Pelusyum, the strengthe of Egipt; and Y schal sle the multitude of Alisaundre,
Ta sẽ trút cơn giận Ta trên Phê-lu-dum, là chiến lũy kiên cố của Ai Cập, và nghiền nát người Thê-be.
16 and Y schal yyue fier in Egipt. Pelusyum, as a womman trauelynge of child, schal haue sorewe, and Alisaundre schal be destried, and in Memphis schulen be ech daies angwischis.
Phải, Ta sẽ đốt Ai Cập! Phê-lu-dum sẽ bị khốn đốn; Thê-be tan nát; Mem-phi kinh hoàng.
17 The yonge men of Heliopoleos and of Bubasti schulen falle doun bi swerd, and tho citees schulen be led caitifs.
Thanh niên Hê-li-ô-pô-li và Bu-ba-tích sẽ chết trong chiến trận, và phụ nữ bị bắt làm nô lệ.
18 And in Thafnys the dai schal wexe blak, whanne Y schal al to-breke there the ceptris of Egipt, and the pride of the power therof schal faile there ynne. A cloude schal hile it; forsothe the douytris therof schulen be led in to caitifte, and Y schal make domes in Egipt;
Khi Ta đến để đập tan sức mạnh kiêu ngạo của Ai Cập, thì đó cũng là ngày đen tối cho Tác-pha-nết, Mây đen sẽ bao phủ Tác-pha-nết, và các con gái nó sẽ bị dẫn đi lưu đày.
19 and thei schulen wite, that Y am the Lord.
Ta sẽ thi hành án phạt Ai Cập, chúng sẽ biết Ta là Chúa Hằng Hữu.”
20 And it was doon in the enleuenthe yeer, in the firste monethe, in the seuenthe dai of the moneth, the word of the Lord was maad to me,
Vào ngày bảy, tháng một, năm thứ mười một đời Vua Giê-hô-gia-kin bị lưu đày, Chúa Hằng Hữu truyền sứ điệp này cho tôi:
21 and he seide, Thou sone of man, Y haue broke the arm of Farao, kyng of Egipt; and lo! it is not wlappid, that helthe schulde be restorid therto, that it schulde be boundun with clothis, and woundun with lynnun clothis, and that he myyte holde swerd, whanne he hadde resseyued strengthe.
“Hỡi con người, Ta đã bẻ gãy cánh tay Pha-ra-ôn, vua Ai Cập. Tay ấy chưa được băng bó, chưa bôi thuốc cho lành nên không đủ sức cầm gươm.
22 Therfor the Lord God seith these thingis, Lo! Y to Farao, king of Egipt; and Y schal make lesse his strong arm but brokun, and Y schal caste doun the swerd fro his hond.
Vậy nên, đây là điều Chúa Hằng Hữu Chí Cao phán: Ta chống lại Pha-ra-ôn, vua Ai Cập! Ta sẽ bẻ gãy cả hai tay vua—tay mạnh lẫn tay đã bị gãy—và Ta sẽ khiến gươm của vua rơi xuống đất.
23 And Y schal scatere Egipt among hethene men, and Y schal wyndewe hem in londis.
Ta sẽ phân tán người Ai Cập đến nhiều nước khắp nơi trên đất.
24 And Y schal coumforte the armes of the kyng of Babiloyne, and Y schal yyue my swerd in the hond of hym; and Y schal breke the armes of Farao, and men slayn bifore his face schulen weile bi weilyngis.
Ta sẽ làm mạnh mẽ cánh tay vua Ba-by-lôn và đặt gươm Ta vào tay vua. Nhưng Ta sẽ bẻ gãy cánh tay Pha-ra-ôn, vua Ai Cập, và người sẽ rên rỉ như người bị thương gần chết.
25 And Y schal coumforte the armes of the kyng of Babiloyne, and the armes of Farao schulen falle doun. And thei schulen wite, that Y am the Lord, whanne Y schal yyue my swerd in the hond of the kyng of Babiloyne; and he schal stretche forth it on the lond of Egipt.
Ta sẽ khiến cho cánh tay vua Ba-by-lôn mạnh mẽ, trong khi cánh tay Pha-ra-ôn bại xuội, vô dụng. Khi Ta đặt gươm Ta vào tay vua Ba-by-lôn, vua sẽ vung gươm diệt Ai Cập, rồi Ai Cập sẽ biết Ta là Chúa Hằng Hữu.
26 And Y schal scatere Egipt in to naciouns, and Y schal wyndewe hem in to londis; and thei schulen wite, that Y am the Lord.
Ta sẽ phân tán người Ai Cập giữa các nước, khiến chúng tan lạc khắp nơi trên đất. Khi đó, chúng sẽ biết Ta là Chúa Hằng Hữu.”
