Ezekiel 30
1 And the word of the Lord was maad to me,
Me fue dirigida la palabra de Yahvé, que dijo:
2 and he seide, Sone of man, profesie thou, and seie, The Lord God seith these thingis, Yelle ye, Wo!
Hijo de hombre, profetiza, y di: Así habla Yahvé: ¡Prorrumpid en aullidos! ¡Ay de aquel día!
3 wo! to the dai, for the dai is niy; and the dai of the Lord neiyith, the dai of a cloude. The tyme of hethene men schal be;
Porque cercano está el día; se ha acercado el día de Yahvé, el día de las tinieblas, que será el tiempo de los gentiles.
4 and a swerd schal come in to Egipt, and drede schal be in Ethiopie, whanne woundid men schulen falle doun in Egipt, and the multitude therof schal be takun awei, and the foundementis therof schulen be distried.
Vendrá la espada sobre Egipto, y el terror sobre Etiopía, cuando caigan traspasados en Egipto y sean llevadas sus riquezas y destruidos sus fundamentos.
5 Ethiopie, and Libie, and Lidiens, and al the residue comyn puple, and Chub, and the sones of the lond of boond of pees schulen falle doun bi swerd with hem.
Los etíopes, los libios, los lidios y toda la turba de gentes, los de Cub y los (otros) aliados caerán con ellos al filo de la espada.
6 The Lord God seith these thingis, And thei that vndursetten Egipt schulen falle doun, and the pride of the lordschipe therof schal be destried; fro the tour of Sienes thei schulen falle bi swerd ther ynne, seith the Lord of oostis.
Así dice Yahvé: Caerán los que apoyan a Egipto, y se derrumbará su soberbio poder; desde Migdol hasta Siene caerán allí al filo de la espada, dice Yahvé, el Señor.
7 And thei schulen be distried in the myddis of londis maad desolat, and the citees therof schulen be in the myddis of citees forsakun.
(Egipto) será un yermo en medio de países yermos, y sus ciudades figurarán entre las ciudades devastadas.
8 And thei schulen wite, that Y am the Lord God, whanne Y schal yyue fier in Egipt, and alle the helperis therof schulen be al to-brokun.
Entonces conocerán que Yo soy Yahvé, cuando pegue fuego a Egipto y se quebranten todos sus auxiliadores.
9 In that dai messangeris schulen go out fro my face in schippis with thre ordris of ooris, to al to-breke the trist of Ethiopie; and drede schal be in hem in the dai of Egipt, for with out doute it schal come.
En aquel día saldrán en naves mensajeros de mi parte para aterrar a los etíopes que viven en seguridad; vendrá sobre ellos el terror, como en el día de Egipto; pues he aquí que viene.
10 The Lord God seith these thingis, And I schal make to ceesse the multitude of Egipt in the hond of Nabugodonosor, king of Babiloyne.
Así dice Yahvé, el Señor: Yo exterminaré la multitud de Egipto, por mano de Nabucodonosor, rey de Babilonia.
11 He and his puple with hym, the strongeste men of hethene men, schulen be brouyt, to leese the lond; and thei schulen drawe out her swerdis on Egipt, and thei schulen fille the lond with slayn men.
Él y su pueblo con él, los más feroces de los pueblos, serán enviados a devastar el país; desenvainarán sus espadas contra Egipto y llenarán el país de cadáveres.
12 And Y schal make drie the botmes of floodis, and Y schal yyue the lond in the hond of the worste men; and I schal distrie the lond, and the fulnesse therof in the hond of aliens; Y the Lord spak.
Y Yo secaré los ríos y venderé el país a hombres feroces; devastaré la tierra y cuanto en ella hay, por medio de extranjeros, Yo, Yahvé he hablado.
13 The Lord God seith these thingis, And Y schal leese simylacris, and Y schal make idols to ceesse fro Memphis, and a duyk of the lond of Egipt schal no more be. And Y schal yyue drede in the lond of Egipt,
Así dice Yahvé, el Señor: Destruiré los ídolos y acabaré con los falsos dioses de Menfis. No habrá más príncipe procedente de la tierra de Egipto; y esparciré el terror en el país de Egipto.
14 and Y schal leese the lond of Phatures. And Y schal yyue fier in Tafnys, and Y schal make my domes in Alisaundre.
Asolaré a Patros, entregaré a Tanis a las llamas y haré justicia contra No.
15 And Y schal schede out myn indignacioun on Pelusyum, the strengthe of Egipt; and Y schal sle the multitude of Alisaundre,
Derramaré mi ira sobre Sin, la fortaleza de Egipto, y exterminaré la mucha gente de No.
16 and Y schal yyue fier in Egipt. Pelusyum, as a womman trauelynge of child, schal haue sorewe, and Alisaundre schal be destried, and in Memphis schulen be ech daies angwischis.
Pegaré fuego a Egipto; Sin se revolcará en dolores, se abrirá brecha en No, y Menfis estará en continuas angustias.
17 The yonge men of Heliopoleos and of Bubasti schulen falle doun bi swerd, and tho citees schulen be led caitifs.
Los jóvenes de On y Bubaste caerán a cuchillo; y estas (ciudades) irán al cautiverio.
18 And in Thafnys the dai schal wexe blak, whanne Y schal al to-breke there the ceptris of Egipt, and the pride of the power therof schal faile there ynne. A cloude schal hile it; forsothe the douytris therof schulen be led in to caitifte, and Y schal make domes in Egipt;
En Tafnis el día se convertirá en oscuridad cuando Yo rompa allí los cetros de Egipto y se acabe en ella la arrogancia de su poder. Una nube la cubrirá, y sus hijas irán al cautiverio.
19 and thei schulen wite, that Y am the Lord.
Así haré justicia en Egipto; y conocerán que Yo soy Yahvé.”
20 And it was doon in the enleuenthe yeer, in the firste monethe, in the seuenthe dai of the moneth, the word of the Lord was maad to me,
El año undécimo, el día siete del primer mes, recibí esta palabra de Yahvé:
21 and he seide, Thou sone of man, Y haue broke the arm of Farao, kyng of Egipt; and lo! it is not wlappid, that helthe schulde be restorid therto, that it schulde be boundun with clothis, and woundun with lynnun clothis, and that he myyte holde swerd, whanne he hadde resseyued strengthe.
“Hijo de hombre, he roto el brazo del Faraón, rey de Egipto; y he aquí que no ha sido vendado ni tratado con medicamentos, ni fajado con vendas para que, restablecido, pueda empuñar la espada.
22 Therfor the Lord God seith these thingis, Lo! Y to Farao, king of Egipt; and Y schal make lesse his strong arm but brokun, and Y schal caste doun the swerd fro his hond.
Por eso, así dice Yahvé, el Señor: Heme aquí contra el Faraón, rey de Egipto; y le quebraré (ambos) brazos, tanto el sano como el quebrado, y haré que de su mano caiga la espada.
23 And Y schal scatere Egipt among hethene men, and Y schal wyndewe hem in londis.
Dispersaré a los egipcios entre los pueblos y los diseminaré por los países.
24 And Y schal coumforte the armes of the kyng of Babiloyne, and Y schal yyue my swerd in the hond of hym; and Y schal breke the armes of Farao, and men slayn bifore his face schulen weile bi weilyngis.
Fortaleceré los brazos del rey de Babilonia y pondré mi espada en su mano, pero romperé los brazos del Faraón, el cual gemirá ante aquel con gemidos de un hombre traspasado.
25 And Y schal coumforte the armes of the kyng of Babiloyne, and the armes of Farao schulen falle doun. And thei schulen wite, that Y am the Lord, whanne Y schal yyue my swerd in the hond of the kyng of Babiloyne; and he schal stretche forth it on the lond of Egipt.
Fortaleceré los brazos del rey de Babilonia, mas los brazos del Faraón se caerán; y conocerán que Yo soy Yahvé cuando ponga mi espada en manos del rey de Babilonia para que la desenvaine contra la tierra de Egipto.
26 And Y schal scatere Egipt in to naciouns, and Y schal wyndewe hem in to londis; and thei schulen wite, that Y am the Lord.
Y desparramaré a los egipcios entre los pueblos y los esparciré por los países; y conocerán que Yo soy Yahvé.”
