Ezekiel 3
1 And he seide to me, Sone of man, ete thou what euer thing thou fyndist, ete thou this volym; and go thou, and speke to the sones of Israel.
Depois me disse: Filho do homem, come o que achares: come este rolo, e vae, falla á casa d'Israel.
2 And Y openyde my mouth, and he fedde me with that volym.
Então abri a minha bocca, e me deu a comer o rolo.
3 And he seide to me, Sone of man, thi wombe schal ete, and thin entrails schulen be fillid with this volym, which Y yyue to thee. And Y eet it, and it was maad as swete hony in my mouth.
E disse-me: Filho do homem, dá de comer ao teu ventre, e enche as tuas entranhas d'este rolo que eu te dou. Então o comi, e era na minha bocca doce como o mel.
4 And he seide to me, Sone of man, go thou to the hous of Israel, and thou schalt speke my wordis to hem.
E disse-me: Filho do homem, vae, entra na casa d'Israel, e dize-lhe as minhas palavras.
5 For thou schalt not be sent to a puple of hiy word, and of vnknowun langage; thou schalt be sent to the hous of Israel,
Porque tu não és enviado a um povo de profunda falla, nem de lingua difficil, senão á casa de Israel;
6 nether to many puplis of hiy word, and of vnknowun langage, of whiche thou maist not here the wordis. And if thou were sent to hem, thei schulden here thee.
Nem a muitos povos de profunda falla, e de lingua difficil, cujas palavras não possas entender: se eu aos taes te enviara, porventura não te dariam ouvidos.
7 But the hous of Israel nylen here thee, for thei nylen here me. For al the hous of Israel is of vnschamefast forheed, and of hard herte.
Porém a casa d'Israel não te quererá dar ouvidos, porque não me querem dar ouvidos a mim; porque toda a casa d'Israel é obstinada de testa e dura de coração.
8 Lo! Y yaf thi face strongere than the faces of hem, and thi forheed hardere than the forheedis of hem.
Eis que fiz duro o teu rosto contra os seus rostos, e forte a tua testa contra a sua testa.
9 Y yaf thi face as an adamaunt, and as a flynt; drede thou not hem, nether drede thou of the face of hem, for it is an hous terrynge to wraththe.
Fiz como diamante a tua testa, mais forte do que a pederneira: não os temas pois, nem te assombres com os seus rostos, porque casa rebelde são.
10 And he seide to me, Sone of man, take in thin herte, and here with thin eeris alle these my wordis, whiche Y speke to thee.
Disse-me mais: Filho do homem, mette no teu coração todas as minhas palavras que te hei de dizer, e ouve-as com os teus ouvidos.
11 And go thou, and entre to the passyng ouer, to the sones of thi puple. And thou schalt speke to hem, and thou schalt seie to hem, The Lord God seith these thingis, if perauenture thei heren, and resten.
Eia pois, vae aos do captiveiro, aos filhos do teu povo, e lhes fallarás, e lhes dirás: Assim diz o Senhor Jehovah, quer ouçam quer deixem de ouvir.
12 And the spirit took me, and Y herde after me the vois of a greet mouyng. The blessid glorie of the Lord was herd fro his place;
E levantou-me o espirito, e ouvi por detraz de mim uma voz de grande estrondo, que dizia: Bemdita seja a gloria do Senhor, do seu logar.
13 and Y herde the vois of wyngis of the beestis smytynge oon an othir, and the vois of wheelis suynge the beestis, and the vois of greet stiryng.
E ouvi o sonido das azas dos animaes, que tocavam umas nas outras, e o sonido das rodas defronte d'elles, e o sonido d'um grande estrondo.
14 Also the spirit reiside me, and took me. And Y yede forth bittir in the indignacioun of my spirit; for the hond of the Lord was with me, and coumfortide me.
Então o espirito me levantou, e me levou; e eu me fui mui triste, pelo ardor do meu espirito; porém a mão do Senhor era forte sobre mim.
15 And Y cam to the passyng ouer, to the heep of newe fruytis, to hem that dwelliden bisidis the flood Chobar. And Y sat where thei saten, and Y dwellide there seuene daies, weilynge, in the myddis of hem.
E vim aos do captiveiro, a Tel-abib, que moravam junto ao rio Chebar, e eu morava onde elles moravam: e morei ali sete dias, pasmado no meio d'elles.
16 Forsothe whanne seuene daies weren passid, the word of the Lord was maad to me, and seide, Sone of man,
E succedeu que, ao fim de sete dias, veiu a palavra do Senhor a mim, dizendo:
17 Y yaf thee `a spiere to the hous of Israel. And thou schalt here of my mouth a word, and thou schalt telle to hem of me.
Filho do homem: Eu te dei por atalaia sobre a casa de Israel; e tu da minha bocca ouvirás a palavra, e os avisarás da minha parte.
18 If whanne Y seie to the wickid man, Thou schalt die bi deth, thou tellist not to hym, and spekist not to hym, that he be turned fro his wickid weie, and lyue; thilke wickid man schal die in his wickidnesse, but Y schal seke his blood of thin hond.
Quando eu disser ao impio: Certamente morrerás; e tu o não avisares, nem fallares para avisar ao impio ácerca do seu caminho impio, para o conservar em vida, aquelle impio morrerá na sua maldade, mas o seu sangue da tua mão o requererei.
19 Forsothe if thou tellist to the wickid man, and he is not conuertid fro his wickidnesse, and fro his wickid weie; sotheli he schal die in his wickidnesse, but thou hast delyuerid thi soule.
Porém, se avisares ao impio, e elle não se converter da sua impiedade e do seu caminho impio, elle morrerá na sua maldade, e tu livraste a tua alma.
20 But also if a iust man is turned fro his riytfulnesse, and doith wickidnesse, Y schal sette an hirtyng bifor hym; he schal die, for thou teldist not to hym; he schal die in his synne, and hise riytfulnessis, whiche he dide, schulen not be in mynde, but Y schal seke his blood of thin hond.
Similhantemente, quando o justo se desviar da sua justiça, e fizer maldade, e eu pozer diante d'elle um tropeço, elle morrerá; porque tu o não avisaste, no seu peccado morrerá, e suas justiças que fizera não virão em memoria, mas o seu sangue da tua mão o requererei.
21 Forsothe if thou tellist to a iust man, that a iust man do not synne, and he doith not synne, he lyuynge schal lyue, for thou teldist to hym, and thou hast delyuered thi soule.
Porém, avisando tu ao justo, para que o justo não peque, e elle não peccar, certamente viverá; porque foi avisado; e tu livraste a tua alma.
22 And the hond of the Lord was maad on me, and he seide to me, Rise thou, and go out in to the feeld, and there Y schal speke with thee.
E a mão do Senhor estava sobre mim ali, e me disse: Levanta-te, e sae ao valle, e ali fallarei comtigo.
23 And Y roos, and yede out in to the feeld. And lo! the glorie of the Lord stood there, as the glorie which Y siy bisidis the flood Chobar; and Y felle doun on my face.
E levantei-me, e sahi ao valle, e eis que a gloria do Senhor estava ali, como a gloria que vi junto ao rio Chebar; e cahi sobre o meu rosto.
24 And the spirit entride in to me, and settide me on my feet. And he spak to me, and seide to me, Entre thou, and be thou closid in the myddis of thin hous.
Então entrou em mim o espirito, e me poz sobre os meus pés, e fallou comigo, e me disse: Entra, encerra-te dentro da tua casa.
25 And thou, sone of man, lo! boondis ben youun on thee, and thei schulen bynde thee with tho, and thou schalt not go out in the myddis of hem.
Porque tu, ó filho do homem, eis que porão cordas sobre ti, e te ligarão com ellas: não sairás pois ao meio d'elles.
26 And Y schal make thi tunge to cleue to the roof of thi mouth, and thou schalt be doumbe, and thou schalt not be as a man rebuykinge; for it is an hous terrynge to wraththe.
E eu farei que a tua lingua se pegue ao teu paladar, e ficarás mudo, e não lhes servirás de varão que reprehenda; porque casa rebelde são elles.
27 But whanne Y schal speke to thee, Y schal opene thi mouth, and thou schalt seie to hem, The Lord God seith these thingis, He that herith, here, and he that restith, reste; for it is an hous terrynge to wraththe.
Mas, quando eu fallar comtigo, abrirei a tua bocca, e lhes dirás: Assim diz o Senhor: Quem ouvir ouça, e quem deixar de ouvir, deixe; porque casa rebelde são elles.
