Ezekiel 15
1 And the word of the Lord was maad to me,
౧యెహోవా వాక్కు నా దగ్గరకి వచ్చింది. ఆయన నాతో ఇలా చెప్పాడు.
2 and he seide, Sone of man, what schal be don to the tre of a vyne, of alle the trees of woodis, that ben among the trees of woodis?
౨“నరపుత్రుడా, ద్రాక్షచెట్టు కర్ర అడవిలోని ఇతర చెట్ల కర్రల కంటే ఏ విషయంలో గొప్పది?
3 Whether tymbre schal be takun therof, that werk be maad? ether shal a stake be maad therof, that ony vessel hange ther onne?
౩ద్రాక్ష చెట్టు కర్రను ఎవరైనా దేనికైనా ఉపయోగిస్తారా? దేనినైనా తగిలించడానికి దాని కర్రతో కొక్కేలు తయారు చేస్తారా?
4 Lo! it is youun in to mete; fier wastide euer eithir part therof, and the myddis therof is dryuun in to deed sparcle; whether it schal be profitable to werk?
౪చూడండి! అది పొయ్యిలో పెట్టి కాల్చడానికే ఉపయోగపడుతుంది కదా! ఆ కర్ర రెండు వైపులా, మధ్యలోనూ పూర్తిగా కాలిన తరువాత ఇక దేనికి పనికి వస్తుంది?
5 Yhe, whanne it was hool, it was not couenable to werk; hou myche more whanne fier hath deuourid, and hath brent it, no thing of werk schal be maad therof?
౫చూడు, అది కాలకముందు దేనికీ ఉపయోగపడలేదు. పూర్తిగా కాలిపోయిన తరువాత కూడా దేనికీ పనికి రాదు!
6 Therfor the Lord God seith thes thingis, As the tre of a vyne is among the trees of woodis, which Y yaf to fier to deuoure, so Y yaf the dwelleris of Jerusalem,
౬కాబట్టి ప్రభువైన యెహోవా ఇలా చెప్తున్నాడు. అడవిలోని ఇతర చెట్లవలే కాకుండా ద్రాక్ష చెట్టుని అగ్నికి ఇంధనంగా ఉపయోగించాను. ఇదే విధంగా నేను యెరూషలేములో నివసించే వారి విషయంలో చేస్తాను.
7 and Y schal sette my face ayens hem. Thei schulen go out of the fier, and fier schal waaste hem; and ye schulen wite, that Y am the Lord, whanne Y schal sette my face ayens hem,
౭నేను వారికి విరోధంగా ఉంటాను. వాళ్ళు అగ్ని నుండి తప్పించుకున్నా తిరిగి అగ్ని వాళ్ళని కాల్చివేస్తుంది. నేను వాళ్లకి విరోధంగా ఉంటాను. అప్పుడు యెహోవాను నేనే అని మీరు తెలుసుకుంటారు.
8 and schal yyue the lond with out weie and desolat, for thei weren trespassours, seith the Lord God.
౮వాళ్ళు పాపం చేశారు కాబట్టి నేను దేశాన్ని అంతా దిక్కుమాలిన బంజరు భూమిగా మారుస్తాను.” ప్రభువైన యెహోవా చేస్తున్న ప్రకటన ఇది.
