< Exodus 33 >
1 And the Lord spak to Moyses, and seide, Go and stie fro this place, thou, and the puple, whom thou leddist out of the lond of Egipt, in to the lond, which Y haue swore to Abraham, and to Ysaac, and to Jacob, `and Y seide, Y schal yyue it to thi seed.
and to speak: speak LORD to(wards) Moses to go: went to ascend: rise from this you(m. s.) and [the] people which to ascend: establish from land: country/planet Egypt to(wards) [the] land: country/planet which to swear to/for Abraham to/for Isaac and to/for Jacob to/for to say to/for seed: children your to give: give her
2 And Y schal sende thi bifore goere an aungel, that Y caste out Cananey, and Amorei, and Ethei, and Ferezei, and Euey, and Jebusey;
and to send: depart to/for face: before your messenger: angel and to drive out: drive out [obj] [the] Canaanite [the] Amorite and [the] Hittite and [the] Perizzite [the] Hivite and [the] Jebusite
3 and that thou entre in to the lond flowynge with mylk and hony; for Y schal not stye with thee, for `thou art a puple of hard nol, lest perauenture Y leese thee in the weie.

4 The puple herde this worste word, and morenyde, and noon was clothid with his ournyng bi custom.
and to hear: hear [the] people [obj] [the] word [the] bad: harmful [the] this and to mourn and not to set: put man: anyone ornament his upon him
5 And the Lord seide to Moises, Spek thou to the sones of Israel, Thou art a puple of hard nol; onys Y schal stie in the myddis of thee, and Y schal do awey thee; riyt now putte awei thin ournyng, that Y wite, what Y schal do to thee.
and to say LORD to(wards) Moses to say to(wards) son: descendant/people Israel you(m. p.) people severe neck moment one to ascend: rise in/on/with entrails: among your and to end: destroy you and now to go down ornament your from upon you and to know what? to make: do to/for you
6 Therfor the sones of Israel puttiden awey her ournyng fro the hil of Oreb.

7 And Moises took the tabernacle, and settide fer with out the castels, and he clepide the name therof the tabernacle of boond of pees. And al the puple that hadde ony questioun, yede out to the tabernacle of boond of pees, with out the castels.
and Moses to take: take [obj] [the] tent and to stretch to/for him from outside to/for camp to remove from [the] camp and to call: call to to/for him tent meeting and to be all to seek LORD to come out: come to(wards) tent meeting which from outside to/for camp
8 And whanne Moises yede out to the tabernacle, al the puple roos, and ech man stood in the dore of his tente, and thei bihelden `the bak of Moises, til he entride in to the tente.
and to be like/as to come out: come Moses to(wards) [the] tent to arise: rise all [the] people and to stand man: anyone entrance tent his and to look after Moses till to come (in): come he [the] tent [to]
9 Sotheli whanne he entride in to the tabernacle of boond of pees, a piler of cloude cam doun, and stood at the dore; and the Lord spak with Moises,
and to be like/as to come (in): come Moses [the] tent [to] to go down pillar [the] cloud and to stand: stand entrance [the] tent and to speak: speak with Moses
10 while alle men sien that the piler of cloude stood at the `dore of tabernacle; and thei stoden, and worschipiden bi the dores of her tabernaclis.
and to see: see all [the] people [obj] pillar [the] cloud to stand: stand entrance [the] tent and to arise: rise all [the] people and to bow man: anyone entrance tent his
11 Forsothe the Lord spak to Moises face to face, as a man is wont to speke to his freend; and whanne he turnede ayen in to `the castels, Josue, his mynystre, the sone of Nun, a child, yede not awey fro the tabernacle.
and to speak: speak LORD to(wards) Moses face to(wards) face like/as as which to speak: speak man to(wards) neighbor his and to return: return to(wards) [the] camp and to minister him Joshua son: child Nun youth not to remove from midst [the] tent
12 Forsothe Moises seide to the Lord, Thou comaundist, that Y lede out this puple, and thou `schewist not to me, whom thou schalt sende with me, `most sithen thou seidist, Y knewe thee bi name, and thou hast founde grace bifore me.
and to say Moses to(wards) LORD to see: behold! you(m. s.) to say to(wards) me to ascend: establish [obj] [the] people [the] this and you(m. s.) not to know me [obj] which to send: depart with me and you(m. s.) to say to know you in/on/with name and also to find favor in/on/with eye: seeing my
13 Therfore if Y haue founde grace in thi siyt, schewe thi face to me, that Y knowe thee, and fynde grace bifor thin iyen; biholde thi puple, and this folk.
and now if please to find favor in/on/with eye: seeing your to know me please [obj] way: conduct your and to know you because to find favor in/on/with eye: seeing your and to see: examine for people your [the] nation [the] this
14 And God seide, My face schal go bifor thee, and Y schal yyue reste to thee.
and to say face my to go: went and to rest to/for you
15 And Moises seide, If thi silf schalt not go bifore, `lede not vs out of this place;
and to say to(wards) him if nothing face your to go: went not to ascend: establish us from this
16 for in what thing moun we wite, Y and thi puple, that we han founde grace in thi siyt, if thou schalt not go with vs, that we be glorified of alle puplis that dwellen on erthe?
and in/on/with what? to know then for to find favor in/on/with eye: seeing your I and people your not in/on/with to go: went you with us and be distinguished I and people your from all [the] people which upon face: surface [the] land: planet
17 Forsothe the Lord seide to Moises, Y schal do also this word, which thou hast spoke; for thou hast founde grace bifor me, and Y knewe thi silf bi name.
and to say LORD to(wards) Moses also [obj] [the] word: thing [the] this which to speak: speak to make: do for to find favor in/on/with eye: seeing my and to know you in/on/with name
18 And Moises seide, Schewe thou thi glorie to me.
and to say to see: see me please [obj] glory your
19 God answeride, Y schal schewe al good to thee, and Y schal clepe in the `name of the Lord bifor thee, and Y schal do merci to whom Y wole, and Y schal be merciful on whom it plesith to me.
and to say I to pass all goodness my upon face: before your and to call: call out in/on/with name LORD to/for face: before your and be gracious [obj] which be gracious and to have compassion [obj] which to have compassion
20 And eft God seide, Thou maist not se my face, for a man schal not se me, and schal lyue.
and to say not be able to/for to see: see [obj] face my for not to see: see me [the] man and to live
21 And eft God seide, A place is anentis me, and thou schalt stonde on a stoon;
and to say LORD behold place with me and to stand upon [the] rock
22 and whanne my glorie schal passe, Y schal sette thee in the hoole of the stoon, and Y schal kyuere with my riyt hond, til Y passe; and Y schal take awey myn hond,
and to be in/on/with to pass glory my and to set: put you in/on/with crevice [the] rock and to cover palm my upon you till to pass I
23 and thou schalt se myn hyndrere partis, forsothe thou mayst not se my face.
and to turn aside: remove [obj] palm my and to see: see [obj] back my and face my not to see: see
