Exodus 22

1 If ony man stelith a scheep, ether oxe, and sleeth, ether sillith, he schal restore fiue oxen for oon oxe, and foure scheep for o scheep.

Дакэ ун ом фурэ ун боу сау о оае ши-л тае сау ыл винде, сэ дя чинч бой пентру боул фурат ши патру ой пентру оая фуратэ.

2 And if a nyyt theef brekynge an hows, ether vndurmynynge, is foundun, and is deed bi a wounde takun, the smytere schal not be gilti of blood;

Дакэ хоцул есте принс спэргынд ши е ловит ши моаре, чел че л-а ловит ну ва фи виноват де омор фацэ де ел;

3 that if he dide this whanne the sunne was rysun, he dide man sleyng, and he schal die. If a theef hath not that, that he schal yelde for thefte, he schal be seeld;

дар, дакэ а рэсэрит соареле, ва фи виноват де омор фацэ де ел. Хоцул требуе сэ дя ынапой че есте датор сэ дя; дакэ н-аре нимик, сэ фие вындут роб, ка деспэгубире пентру фуртул луй.

4 if that thing that he staal, is foundun quyk at hym, ether oxe, ether asse, ether scheep, he schal restore the double.

Дакэ чея че а фурат, фие боу, фие мэгар сау оае, се гэсеште ынкэ виу ын мыниле луй, сэ дя ындоит ынапой.

5 If a man harmeth a feeld, ethir vyner, and suffrith his beeste, that it waaste othere mennus thingis, he schal restore for the valu of harm, `what euer beste thing he hath in his feeld, ethir vyner.

Дакэ чинева фаче стрикэчуне ынтр-ун огор сау ынтр-о вие ши ышь ласэ вита сэ паскэ пе огорул алтуя, сэ дя ка деспэгубире чел май бун род дин огорул ши вия луй.

6 If fier goith out, and fyndith eeris of corn, and catchith heepis of corn, ethir cornes stondynge in feeldis, he that kyndlide the fier schal yeelde the harm.

Дакэ избукнеште ун фок ши ынтылнеште мэрэчинь ын кале ши арде грыул ын снопь сау ын пичоаре сау кымпул, чел че а пус фок сэ фие силит сэ дя о деспэгубире деплинэ.

7 If a man bitakith in to kepyng monei to a freend, ether a vessel `in to keping, and it is takun awey bi thefte fro hym that resseyuede, if the theef is foundun, he schal restore the double.

Дакэ ун ом дэ алтуя бань сау унелте спре пэстраре ши ле фурэ чинева дин каса ачестуя дин урмэ, хоцул требуе сэ ынтоаркэ ындоит, дакэ ва фи гэсит.

8 If the theef is hid, the lord of the hows schal be brouyt to goddis, `that is, iugis, and he schal swere, that he helde not forth the hond in to `the thing of his neiybore,

Дакэ хоцул ну се гэсеште, стэпынул касей сэ се ынфэцишезе ынаинтя луй Думнезеу ка сэ спунэ кэ н-а пус мына пе авутул апроапелуй сэу.

9 to `do fraude; as wel in oxe, as in asse, and in scheep, and in clooth; and what euer thing may brynge in harm, the cause of euer eithir schal come to goddis, and if thei demen, he schal restore the double to his neiybore.

Ын орьче причинэ де ыншелэчуне ку привире ла ун боу, ун мэгар, о оае, о хайнэ сау ун лукру пердут, деспре каре се ва зиче: ‘Уйте-л!’ – причина амындурор пэрцилор сэ мяргэ пынэ ла Думнезеу; ачела пе каре-л ва осынди Думнезеу требуе сэ ынтоаркэ ындоит апроапелуй сэу.

10 If ony man bitakith to his neiybore oxe, asse, scheep, and al werk beeste to kepyng, and it is deed, ether is maad feble, ethir is takun of enemyes, and no man seeth this,

Дакэ ун ом дэ алтуя ун мэгар, ун боу, о оае сау ун добиток оарекаре сэ и-л пэстрезе ши добитокул моаре, ышь стрикэ ун мэдулар сау е луат ку сила де ла ел, фэрэ сэ фи вэзут чинева,

11 an ooth schal be in the myddis, that he helde not forth the hond to the `thing of his neiybore; and the lord schal resseyue the ooth, and he schal not be compellid to yelde.

сэ се факэ ун журэмынт, ын Нумеле Домнулуй, ынтре челе доуэ пэрць, ши чел че а пэстрат добитокул ва мэртуриси кэ н-а пус мына пе авутул апроапелуй сэу; стэпынул добитокулуй ва прими журэмынтул ачеста, ши челэлалт ну ва фи датор сэ и-л ынлокуяскэ.

12 That if it is takun awei bi thefte, he schal restore the harm to the lord;

Дар, дакэ добитокул а фост фурат де ла ел, ва фи датор фацэ де стэпынул луй сэ и-л ынлокуяскэ.

13 if it is etun of a beeste, he schal brynge to the lord that that is slayn, and he schal not restore.

Дакэ добитокул а фост сфышият де фяре сэлбатиче, ыл ва адуче ка довадэ ши ну ва фи датор сэ-й ынлокуяскэ добитокул сфышият.

14 He that axith of his neiybore ony thing of these bi borewyng, and it is feblid, ether deed, while the lord is not present, he schal be constreyned to yelde; that if the lord is in presence,

Дакэ ун ом ымпрумутэ алтуя о витэ, ши вита ышь стрикэ ун мэдулар сау моаре ын липса стэпынулуй ей, ва требуи с-о плэтяскэ.

15 he schal not restore, moost if it cam hirid, for the meede of his werk.

Дакэ стэпынул е де фацэ, ну й-о ва плэти. Дакэ вита а фост датэ ку кирие, прецул кирией ва фи де ажунс.

16 If a man disseyueth a virgyn not yit weddid, and slepith with hir, he schal yyue dower to hir, and schal haue hir wijf.

Дакэ ун ом ыншалэ пе о фатэ нелогодитэ ши се кулкэ ку еа, ый ва плэти зестря ши о ва луа де невастэ.

17 If the fadir of the virgyn nyle yyue, he schal yelde money, bi the maner of dower, which virgyns weren wont to take.

Дакэ татэл ну вря сэ й-о дя, ел ва плэти ын арӂинт прецул зестрей кувените фетелор.

18 Thou schalt not suffre witchis to lyue.

Пе врэжитоаре сэ н-о лашь сэ трэяскэ.

19 He that doith letcherie with a beeste, die by deeth.

Орьчине се кулкэ ку ун добиток сэ фие педепсит ку моартя.

20 He that offrith to goddis, out takun to the Lord aloone, be he slayn.

Чине адуче жертфе алтор думнезей декыт Домнулуй сингур сэ фие нимичит ку десэвыршире.

21 Thou schalt not make sory a comelyng, nether thou schalt turmente hym; for also ye weren comelyngis in the lond of Egipt.

Сэ ну кинуешть пе стрэин ши сэ ну-л асупрешть, кэч ши вой аць фост стрэинь ын цара Еӂиптулуй.

22 Ye schulen not anoye a widewe, and a fadirles ethir modirles child.

Сэ ну асупрешть пе вэдувэ, нич пе орфан.

23 If ye hirten hem, thei schulen crye to me, and Y schal here the cry of hem,

Дакэ-й асупрешть, ши ей стригэ ла Мине дупэ ажутор, Еу ле вой аузи стригэтеле;

24 and my greet veniaunce schal haue indignacioun, and Y schal smyte you with swerd, and youre wyues schulen be widewis, and youre sones schulen be fadirles.

мыния Мя се ва апринде ши вэ вой нимичи ку сабия; невестеле воастре вор рэмыне вэдуве ши копиий воштри вор рэмыне орфань.

25 If thou yyuest money to loone to my pore puple, that dwellith with thee, thou schalt not constreyne hym, as an extorsioner doith, nether thou schalt oppresse hym by vsuris.

Дакэ ымпрумуць бань вреунуя дин попорул Меу, сэракулуй каре есте ку тине, сэ ну фий фацэ де ел ка ун кэмэтар ши сэ ну черь камэтэ де ла ел.

26 If thou takist of thi neiybore `a wed a clooth, thou schalt yelde to hym bifore the goyng doun of the sunne;

Дакэ ей зэлог хайна апроапелуй тэу, сэ й-о дай ынапой ынаинте де апусул соарелуй,

27 for that aloone is the cloothing of his fleisch, with which he is hilid, nether he hath another, in which he slepith; if he crieth to me, Y schal here hym; for Y am mercyful.

кэч есте сингура луй ынвелитоаре, есте хайна ку каре ышь ынвелеште трупул – ку че аре сэ се кулче? Дакэ стригэ спре Мине дупэ ажутор, Еу ыл вой аузи, кэч Еу сунт милостив.

28 Thou schalt not bacbyte goddis, and thou schalt not curse the prince of thi puple.

Сэ ну хулешть пе Думнезеу ши сэ ну блестемь пе май-мареле попорулуй тэу.

29 Thou schalt not tarye to offre to the Lord thi tithis, and firste fruytis. Thou schalt yyue to me the firste gendrid of thi sones;

Сэ ну преӂець сэ-Мь адучь пырга сечеришулуй тэу ши а кулесулуй вией тале. Сэ-Мь дай пе ынтыюл нэскут дин фиий тэй.

30 also of oxen, and of scheep thou schalt do in lijk maner; seuene daies be he with his modir, in the eiytithe dai thou schalt yelde hym to me.

Сэ-Мь дай ши ынтыюл нэскут ал вачий тале ши ал оий тале; сэ рэмынэ шапте зиле ку мама са, яр ын зиуа а опта сэ Ми-л адучь.

31 Ye schulen be holi men to me; ye schulen not ete fleisch which is bifore taastid of beestis, but ye schulen caste forth to houndis.

Сэ-Мь фиць ниште оамень сфинць. Сэ ну мынкаць карне сфышиятэ де фяре пе кымп, чи с-о арункаць ла кынь.
