Exodus 21
1 These ben the domes, whiche thou schalt sette forth to hem.
Haddaba kuwanu waa amarradii aad hortooda dhigi lahayd.
2 If thou biest an Ebrew seruaunt, he schal serue thee sixe yeer; in the seuenthe yeer he schal go out fre,
Haddaad addoon Cibraani ah iibsatid, ha kuu adeego lix sannadood, oo tan toddobaadna ha iska tago isagoo xor ah oo aan waxba bixin.
3 with out prijs; with what maner clooth he entride, with siche clooth go he out; if he entride hauynge a wijf, and the wijf schal go out to gidere.
Oo hadduu keli ahaantiis ku soo galo, haddana keli ahaantiis ha ku baxo, hadduuse naag qabo, de markaas waa inay naagtiisu isaga la baxdaa.
4 But if the lord of the servaunt yaf a wijf to hym, and sche childide sones and douytris, the womman and hir children schulen be hir lordis; sotheli the seruaunt schal go out with his owne clooth.
Haddii sayidkiisu naag siiyona, oo ay wiilal iyo gabdho u dhasho, de markaas naagta iyo carruurteedaba waxaa iska lahaanaya sayidkeedii, oo waa inuu isagu keligiis iska baxaa.
5 That if the seruaunt seith, Y loue my lord, and wijf, and children, Y schal not go out fre;
Laakiinse haddii addoonku bayaan u yidhaahdo, Anigu waan jeclahay sayidkayga, iyo naagtayda, iyo carruurtayda, oo anigoo xor ah bixi maayo,
6 the lord brynge hym to goddis, that is, iugis; and he schal be set to the dore, and postis; and the lord schal perse his eere with a nal, and he schal be seruaunt to hym til in to the world.
de markaas waa in sayidkiisu xaakinnada u keenaa, oo waa inuu albaabka ag keenaa, ama tiirka albaabka; markaas sayidkiisu dhegta mudac ha kaga dalooliyo; oo weligiis ha u adeego.
7 If ony man sillith his douyter in to seruauntesse, sche schal not go out as handmaidis weren wont to go out;
Oo haddii nin gabadhiisa u iibiyo inay addoon noqoto, waa inaanay dibadda u bixin sida addoommada nimanka ahu ay u baxaan.
8 if sche displesith in the iyen of hir lord, to whom sche was bitakun, he schal delyuere hir; sotheli he schal not haue power to sille hir to an alien puple, if he forsakith hir.
Oo haddaanay raalli gelin sayidkeedii doonay iyada, de markaas waa inuu sii daayo iyada, ha la madax furto, laakiinse amar uma lahaan doono inuu iyada dad qalaad ka iibiyo, waayo, khiyaano ayuu kula macaamilooday iyada.
9 Forsothe if he weddith hir to his sonne, he schal do to hir `bi the custom of douytris;
Oo hadduu iyada wiilkiisa u guursho, de waa inuu iyada ula macaamiloodaa sida gabdhaha loola macaamiloodo.
10 that if he takith another womman to hym, he schal puruey to the damysele weddingis, and clothis, and he schal not denye the prijs of chastite.
Oo hadduu naag kale la guursado, waa inuusan inna ka dhimin masruufkeeda, iyo dharkeeda, iyo xaqa naagnimadeeda.
11 If he doith not these thre, sche schal go out freli without money.
Oo hadduusan saddexdaas iyada u samayn, markaas lacagla'aan ha ku baxdo.
12 He that smytith a man, and wole sle, die bi deeth;
Kii nin wax ku dhufta si uu ninku u dhinto, isagana hubaal waa in la dilaa.
13 forsothe if a man settide not aspies, but God `bitook hym in to hise hondis, Y schal ordeyne a place to thee, whidur he owith to fle.
Oo haddii aanu gaadin, laakiinse Ilaah u dhiibo gacantiisa, de markaas anaa kuu samayn doona meel uu ku cararo.
14 If ony man sleeth his neiybore bi biforecastyng, and bi aspies, drawe thou hym awey fro myn auter, that he die.
Oo haddii nin kibir ula badheedho inuu deriskiisa khiyaano ku dilo, waa inaad isaga ka waddaa meeshayda allabariga, ha dhintee.
15 He that smytith his fadir, ether modir, die by deeth.
Oo kii aabbihiis ama hooyadiis wax ku dhufta, hubaal kaas waa in la dilaa.
16 He that cursith his fadir, ether modir, die bi deeth.
Oo kii intuu nin xada iibiya ama gacantiisaba laga helo, hubaal kaas waa in la dilaa.
17 He that stelith a man, and sillith hym, if he is conuyt of the gilt, die bi deeth.
Oo kii aabbihiis ama hooyadiis caaya, hubaal kaas waa in la dilaa.
18 If men chiden, and the tother smyte his neiybore with a stoon, ether with the fist, and he is not deed, but liggith in the bed,
Oo haddii niman diriraan, oo midkood kan kale dhagax ama feedh ku dhufto, oo uusan dhiman, laakiinse uu sariir ku jiif noqdo;
19 if he risith, and goith forth on his staf, he that smoot schal be innocent; so netheles that he restore hise trauelis, and costis in lechis.
kaasu hadduu mar kale sara kaco oo uu dibadda u baxo isagoo ushiisa ku tukubaya, markaas kii wax ku dhuftay eed ma leh, laakiinse waa inuu siiyaa wixii ka khasaaroobay intuu jiifay, waana inuu dhaqaaleeyo ilaa uu ka bogsado.
20 He that smytith his seruaunt, ether handmayde, with a yerde, and thei ben deed in hise hondis, schal be gilti of cryme.
Haddii nin addoonkiisa ama addoontiisa uu ul ku dhufto, oo uu gacantiisa ku dhinto, kaas hubaal waa in la ciqaabaa.
21 Sotheli if the seruaunt ouerlyueth o dai, ether tweyne, he schal not be suget to peyne, `that is of deeth, for the seruaunt is his catel.
Kan la dilayse hadduu maalin ama laba sii joogo, de markaas waa inaan la ciqaabin, waayo, isagu waa lacagtiisii.
22 If men chiden, and a man smytith a womman with childe, and sotheli makith the child deed borun, but the womman ouerlyueth, he schal be suget to the harm, as myche as the `hosebonde of the womman axith, and the iugis demen.
Oo haddii niman diriraan oo ay wax yeelaan naag uur leh, oo uu ilmaheedu ka soo dhaco, laakiinse dhib kale aanu dhicin, kaas waa in lagu ganaaxaa intii ninkii naagta qabay uu kor saaro, oo waa inuu bixiyaa intii xaakinnadu ku xukumaan.
23 But if the deeth of hir sueth,
Laakiinse haddii dhib kale dhacdo, waa inaad naf naf u dishaa,
24 he schal yelde lijf for lijf, iye for iye, tooth for tooth, hond for hond, foot for foot,
oo waa inaad il il u riddaa, iligna ilig u riddaa, gacanna gacan u gooysaa, cagna cag u gooysaa,
25 brennyng for brennyng, wounde `with schedyng of blood for wounde `with schedyng of blood, `a wan wounde for a wan wounde.
oo kii wax guba, gub, kii wax dhaawacana, dhaawac, kii wax karbaashana, karbaash.
26 If a man smytith the iye of his seruaunt, ethir of handmaide, and makith hem oon iyed, he schal delyuere hem fre for `the iye which he puttide out.
Oo haddii nin isha addoonkiisa ama isha addoontiisa wax ku dhufto, oo ka rido, de markaas waa inuu iska sii daayaa isagoo xor ah, ishiisa aawadeed.
27 Also if he smytith out a tooth fro his seruaunt, ethir handmaide, in lijk maner he schal delyuere hem fre.
Oo hadduu iligga addoonkiisa ama iligga addoontiisa wax ku dhufto oo ka rido, de markaas waa inuu iska sii daayaa isagoo xor ah iliggiisa aawadiis.
28 If an oxe smytith with horn a man, ether a womman, and thei ben deed, the oxe schal be oppressid with stoonus, and hise fleischis schulen not be etun, and the lord of the oxe schal be innocent.
Oo haddii dibi nin ama naag geeso ku mudo, oo ay dhintaan, markaas hubaal waa in dibiga la dhagxiyaa, oo hilibkiisana waa inaan la cunin; laakiinse qofkii dibiga lahaa waxba eed ma leh.
29 That if the oxe was `a pultere with horn fro yisterdai and the thridde dai ago, and men warneden `the lord of hym, nether the lord closide hym, and he sleeth a man, ethir womman, bothe the oxe schal be oppressid with stoonus, and thei schulen sle `the lord of hym;
Laakiinse haddii markii hore dibigu dad geesaha ku mudi jiray, oo loo sheegay qofkii lahaa, isaguse aanu xidhin, laakiinse uu dibigu nin ama naag dilay, dibiga waa in la dhagxiyaa, oo weliba qofkii lahaana waa in isna la dilaa.
30 that if prijs is put to the lord, he schal yyue for his lijf what euer he is axide.
Haddiise mag la saaro isaga, de markaas waa inuu bixiyaa wax alla wixii la kor saaray madaxfurashadiisa aawadeed.
31 And if he smytith with horn a son, and a douytir, he schal be suget to lijk sentence.
Hadduu wiil geeso ku muday iyo hadduu gabadh geeso ku mudayba waa in xukunkan lagu qaadaa.
32 If the oxe asailith a seruaunt, and handmaide, the lord of the oxe schal yyue thretti siclis of siluer to `his lord; forsothe the oxe schal be oppressid with stoonus.
Oo haddii dibigii geeso ku mudo nin addoon ah ama naag addoon ah, waa inuu ninkii dibiga lahaa sayidkoodii soddon sheqel oo lacag ah siiyaa, oo dibigana waa in la dhagxiyaa.
33 If ony man openeth a cisterne, and diggith, and hilith it not, and an oxe ether asse fallith in to it,
Oo haddii nin god daboolka ka qaado, ama haddii nin god qodo oo uu dabooli waayo, oo uu ama dibi ama dameer ku dhaco,
34 the lord of the cisterne schal yelde the prijs of the werk beestis; forsothe that that is deed schal be his.
de markaas waa in ninkii godka lahaa xaq mariyaa. Waa inuu lacag siiyaa ninkii neefka lahaa, oo neefka dhintayna waa inuu isagu lahaado.
35 If another mannus oxe woundith the oxe of another man, and he is deed, thei schulen sille the quyke oxe, and thei schulen departe the prijs; forsothe thei schulen departe bitwixe hem the karkeis of the deed oxe.
Oo haddii nin dibigiis nin kale dibigiis wax yeelo oo uu dhinto, de markaas waa inay dibiga nool iibiyaan, oo qiimihiisa waa inay qaybsadaan; oo weliba kan dhintayna waa inay qaybsadaan.
36 Forsothe if his lord wiste, that the oxe was a puttere fro yistirdai and the thridde dai ago, and kepte not him, he schal yelde oxe for oxe, and he schal take the hool carkeys.
Ama haddii dibiga lagu yiqiin inuu markii hore wax geeso ku mudi jiray, oo uusan qofkii lahaa xidhin, markaas hubaal waa inuu dibi dibi ku bixiyaa, oo neefka dhintayna waa inuu isagu lahaado.
