Exodus 15
1 Thanne Moises song, and the sones of Israel, this song to the Lord; and thei seiden, Synge we to the Lord, for he is magnefied gloriousli; he castide doun the hors and the stiere in to the see.
Đoạn, Môi-se và dân Y-sơ-ra-ên hát bài ca nầy cho Đức Giê-hô-va, rằng: Tôi ca tụng Đức Giê-hô-va, vì Ngài rất vinh hiển oai nghiêm. Ngài đã liệng xuống biển ngựa và người cỡi ngựa.
2 My strengthe and my preisyng is the Lord; and he is maad to me in to heelthe. This is my God, and Y schal glorifie hym; the God of my fadir, and Y schal enhaunse hym.
Đức Giê-hô-va là sức mạnh và sự ca tụng của tôi: Ngài đã trở nên Đấng cứu tôi. Ngài là Đức Chúa Trời tôi, tôi ngợi khen Ngài; Đức Chúa Trời của tổ phụ tôi, tôi tôn kính Ngài.
3 The Lord is as a man fiyter, his name is Almiyti;
Đức Giê-hô-va là một chiến sĩ; Danh Ngài là Giê-hô-va.
4 he castide doun in to the see the charis of Farao, and his oost. Hise chosun princis weren drenchid in the reed see;
Ngài đã ném xuống biển binh xa Pha-ra-ôn và cả đạo binh của người; Quan tướng kén chọn của người đã bị đắm nơi Biển đỏ,
5 the depe watris hiliden hem; thei yeden doun in to the depthe as a stoon.
Những lượn sóng đã vùi lấp họ rồi; Họ chìm đến đáy biển như một hòn đá vậy.
6 Lord, thi riythond is magnyfied in strengthe; Lord, thi riythond smoot the enemye.
Hỡi Đức Giê-hô-va! Tay hữu Ngài có sức mạnh vinh hiển thay. Hỡi Đức Giê-hô-va! Tay hữu Ngài hủy quân nghịch tan đi.
7 And in the mychilnesse of thi glorie thou hast put doun alle myn aduersaries; thou sentist thin ire, that deuouride hem as stobil.
Bởi sự cả thể của oai nghiêm Ngài, Đánh đổ kẻ dấy nghịch cùng mình. Ngài nổi giận phừng phừng, Đốt họ cháy như rơm ra.
8 And watris weren gaderid in the spirit of thi woodnesse; flowinge watir stood, depe watris weren gaderid in the middis of the see.
Lỗ mũi Ngài thở hơi ra, nước bèn dồn lại, Lượn sóng đổ dựng như một bờ đê; Vực sâu đọng lại nơi rún biển.
9 The enemy seide, Y schal pursue, and Y schal take; Y schal departe spuylis, my soule schal be fillid. I schal drawe out my swerde; myn hond schal sle hem.
Quân nghịch rằng: Ta đuổi theo, ta sẽ đuổi kịp Ta sẽ chia phân của giặc; Tâm hồn ta sẽ thỏa nguyện nơi họ; Ta rút gươm ra, tay ta hủy diệt họ.
10 Thi spirit blew, and the see hilide hem; thei weren drenchid as leed in grete watris.
Ngài đã thở hơi ra Biển vùi lấp quân nghịch lại; Họ bị chìm như cục chì Nơi đáy nước sâu.
11 Lord, who is lijk thee in stronge men, who is lijk thee? thou art greet doere in hoolynesse; ferdful, and preisable, and doynge myraclis.
Hỡi Đức Giê-hô-va! trong vòng các thần, ai giống như Ngài? Trong sự thánh khiết, ai được vinh hiển như Ngài. Đáng sợ, đáng khen Hay làm các phép lạ?
12 Thou heldist forth thin hond, and the erthe deuouride hem;
Ngài đã đưa tay hữu ra, Đất đã nuốt chúng nó.
13 thou were ledere in thi merci to thy puple, which thou ayen bouytist; and thou hast bore hym in thi strengthe to thin holi dwellyng place.
Ngài lấy lòng thương xót dìu dắt Dân nầy mà Ngài đã chuộc lại; Ngài đã dùng năng lực đưa nó Về nơi ở thánh của Ngài.
14 Puplis stieden, and weren wroothe; sorewis helden the dwelleris of Filistiym.
Các dân tộc nghe biết việc nầy đều run sợ, Cơn kinh hãi áp-hãm dân xứ Pha-lê-tin.
15 Thanne the pryncis of Edom weren disturblid; tremblyng held the stronge men of Moab.
Các quan trưởng xứ Ê-đôm bèn lấy làm bối rối; Mấy mặt anh hùng nơi Mô-áp đều kinh hồn; Cả dân Ca-na-an đều mất vía
16 Alle the dwelleris of Canaan `weren starke; inward drede falle on hem, and outward drede in the greetnesse of thin arm. Be thei maad vnmouable as a stoon, til thi puple passe, Lord; til this thi puple passe, whom thou weldidist.
Sự hoảng hốt kinh hãi giáng cho chúng nó; Hỡi Đức Giê-hô-va! vì quyền cao nơi cánh tay Ngài, Chúng nó đều bị câm như đá, Cho đến chừng nào dân Ngài vượt qua; Cho đến khi dân mà Ngài đã chuộc, vượt qua rồi.
17 Thou schalt brynge hem in, and thou schalt plaunte in the hil of thin eritage; in the moost stidefast dwellyng place which thou hast wrouyt, Lord; Lord, thi seyntuarie, which thin hondis made stidefast.
Hỡi Đức Giê-hô-va! Ngài đưa dân ấy vào, và lập nơi núi cơ nghiệp Ngài, Tức là chốn Ngài đã sắm sẵn, để làm nơi ở của Ngài, Hỡi Chúa! là đền thánh mà tay Ngài đã lập.
18 The Lord schal `regne in to the world and ferthere.
Đức Giê-hô-va sẽ cai trị đời đời kiếp kiếp.
19 Forsothe Farao, `a ridere, entride with his charis and knyytis in to the see, and the Lord brouyte the watris of the se on hem; sotheli the sones of Israel yeden bi the drie place, in the myddis of the see.
Vì ngựa của Pha-ra-ôn, binh xa, cùng lính kỵ người đã xuống biển; Và Đức Giê-hô-va đã vùi dập nước biển lên trên, Nhưng dân Y-sơ-ra-ên đi giữa biển như đi trên đất cạn.
20 Therfore Marie, profetesse, the `sistir of Aaron, took a tympan in hir hond, and alle the wymmen yeden out aftir hyr with tympans and cumpanyes;
Nữ tiên tri Mi-ri-am, là em gái A-rôn, tay cầm trống cơm, các đàn bà đều đi ra theo người, cầm trống cơm và múa.
21 to whiche sche song bifore, and seide, Synge we to the Lord, for he is magnyfied gloriousli; he castide doun in to the see the hors and the stiere of hym.
Mi-ri-am đáp lại rằng: Hãy ca tụng Đức Giê-hô-va, vì Ngài rất vinh hiển oai nghiêm; Ngài đã liệng xuống biển ngựa và người cỡi ngựa.
22 Forsothe Moises took Israel fro the reed see, and thei yeden out in to the deseert of Sur, and thei yeden thre daies bi the wildirnesse, and thei founden not watir.
Đoạn, Môi-se đem dân Y-sơ-ra-ên đi khỏi Biển đỏ, đến nơi đồng vắng Su-rơ; trọn ba ngày đi trong đồng vắng, kiếm chẳng được nước đâu cả.
23 And thei camen in to Marath, and thei miyten not drynk the watris of Marath, for tho weren bittere; wherfor and he puttide a couenable name to the place, and clepide it Mara, that is, bitternesse.
Kế đến đất Ma-ra, nhưng vì nước tại đó đắng, uống chẳng được, nên chi chỗ nầy gọi là Ma-ra.
24 And the puple grutchide ayens Moises, and seide, What schulen we drynke?
Dân sự bèn oán trách Môi-se rằng: Chúng tôi lấy chi uống?
25 And Moises criede to the Lord, which schewide to hym a tre; and whanne he hadde put that tre in to watris, tho weren turned in to swetnesse. There the Lord ordeynede comaundementis and domes to the puple, and there he asayede the puple,
Môi-se kêu van Đức Giê-hô-va; Ngài bèn chỉ cho người một cây gỗ, người lấy liệng xuống nước, nước bèn hóa ra ngọt. Aáy tại đó, Đức Giê-hô-va định luật lệ cùng lập pháp độ cho dân sự, và tại đó Ngài thử họ.
26 and seide, If thou schalt here the vois of thi Lord God, and schalt do that that is riytful byfore hym, and schalt obeie to his comaundementis, and schalt kepe alle hise heestis, Y schal not brynge yn on thee al the syknesse, which Y puttide in Egipt, for Y am thi Lord Sauyour.
Ngài phán rằng: Nếu ngươi chăm chỉ nghe lời Giê-hô-va Đức Chúa Trời ngươi, làm sự ngay thẳng trước mặt Ngài, lắng tai nghe các điều răn và giữ mọi luật lệ Ngài, thì ta chẳng giáng cho ngươi một trong các bịnh nào mà ta đã giáng cho xứ Ê-díp-tô; vì ta là Đức Giê-hô-va, Đấng chữa bịnh cho ngươi.
27 Forsothe the sones of Israel camen in to Helym, where weren twelue wellis of watris, and seuenti palm trees, and thei settiden tentis bisidis the watris.
Đoạn, dân sự đến đất Ê-lim; nơi đó có mười hai suối nước, và bảy mươi cây chà là; dân sự đóng trại tại đó, gần bên suối nước.
