Ephesians 4

1 Therfor Y boundun for the Lord biseche you, that ye walke worthili in the clepyng,

௧எனவே, கர்த்தருக்காக சிறைப்பட்டவனாகிய நான் உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிற புத்தி என்னவென்றால், நீங்கள் அழைக்கப்பட்ட அழைப்புக்குத் தகுதி உள்ளவர்களாக நடந்து,

2 in which ye ben clepid, with al mekenesse and myldenesse, with pacience supportinge ech other in charite,

௨மிகுந்த மனத்தாழ்மையும் சாந்தமும் அதிக பொறுமையும் உள்ளவர்களாக, அன்பினால் ஒருவரையொருவர் தாங்கி,

3 bisi to kepe vnyte of spirit in the boond of pees.

௩சமாதானக்கட்டினால் ஆவியானவர் தரும் ஒற்றுமையைக் காத்துக்கொள்வதற்கு கவனமாக இருங்கள்.

4 O bodi and o spirit, as ye ben clepid in oon hope of youre cleping;

௪உங்களுக்கு உண்டான அழைப்பினாலே நீங்கள் ஒரே நம்பிக்கைக்கு அழைக்கப்பட்டதுபோல, ஒரே சரீரமும், ஒரே ஆவியும் உண்டு;

5 o Lord,

௫ஒரே கர்த்தரும், ஒரே விசுவாசமும், ஒரே ஞானஸ்நானமும்,

6 o feith, o baptym, o God and fadir of alle, which is aboue alle men, and bi alle thingis, and in vs alle.

௬எல்லோருக்கும் ஒரே தேவனும் பிதாவும் உண்டு; அவர் எல்லோர்மேலும், எல்லோரோடும், உங்கள் எல்லோருக்குள்ளும் இருக்கிறவர்.

7 But to ech of vs grace is youun bi the mesure of the yyuyng of Crist;

௭கிறிஸ்துவினுடைய பரிசின் அளவிற்குத்தக்கதாக நம் ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் கிருபை அளிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.

8 for which thing he seith, He stiynge an hiy, ledde caitifte caitif, he yaf yiftis to men.

௮ஆகையால், அவர் உன்னதத்திற்கு ஏறி, சிறைப்பட்டவர்களைச் சிறையாக்கி, மனிதர்களுக்கு வரங்களை அளித்தார் என்று சொல்லியிருக்கிறார்.

9 But what is it, that he stiede vp, no but that also he cam doun first in to the lowere partis of the erthe?

௯ஏறினார் என்பதினாலே அவர் அதற்கு முன்பே பூமியின் தாழ்வான இடங்களில் இறங்கினார் என்றும் புரிகிறதல்லவா?

10 He it is that cam doun, and that stiede on alle heuenes, that he schulde fille alle thingis.

௧0இறங்கினவரே எல்லாவற்றையும் நிரப்புவதற்காக, எல்லா வானங்களுக்கும் மேலாக உன்னதத்திற்கு ஏறினவருமாக இருக்கிறார்.

11 And he yaf summe apostlis, summe prophetis, othere euangelistis, othere scheepherdis and techeris,

௧௧மேலும் நாம் அனைவரும் தேவனுடைய குமாரன்மேலுள்ள விசுவாசத்திலும் அறிவிலும் ஒன்றுபட்டவர்களாகி, கிறிஸ்துவினுடைய நிறைவான வளர்ச்சியின் அளவிற்குத்தக்கதாக தேறின விசுவாசியாகும் வரைக்கும்,

12 to the ful endyng of seyntis, in to the werk of mynystrie, in to edificacioun of Cristis bodi,

௧௨பரிசுத்தவான்கள் சீர்படுத்தப்படுவதற்காகவும், நற்செய்தி ஊழியத்தின் வேலைக்காகவும், கிறிஸ்துவின் சரீரமாகிய ஆலயமானது பக்தியில் வளர்ச்சி அடைவதற்காகவும்,

13 til we rennen alle, in to vnyte of feith and of knowyng of Goddis sone, in to a parfit man, aftir the mesure of age of the plente of Crist;

௧௩அவர், சிலரை அப்போஸ்தலர்களாகவும், சிலரைத் தீர்க்கதரிசிகளாகவும், சிலரைச் சுவிசேஷகர்களாகவும், சிலரை மேய்ப்பர்களாகவும், போதகர்களாகவும் ஏற்படுத்தினார்.

14 that we be not now litle children, mouynge as wawis, and be not borun aboute with ech wynd of teching, in the weiwardnesse of men, in sutil wit, to the disseyuyng of errour.

௧௪நாம் இனிக் குழந்தைகளைப்போல இல்லாமல், மனிதர்களுடைய வஞ்சகமான தந்திரமுள்ள போதனையாகிய பலவிதமான காற்றினாலே, அலைகளினால் அடிபட்டு அலைகிறவர்களாக இல்லாமல்,

15 But do we treuthe in charite, and wexe in him by alle thingis, that is Crist oure heed;

௧௫அன்புடன் சத்தியத்தில் நடந்து, தலையாகிய கிறிஸ்துவிற்குள் எல்லாவற்றிலேயும், நாம் வளருகிறவர்களாக இருப்பதற்காக அப்படிச் செய்தார்.

16 of whom alle the bodi set togidere, and boundun togidere bi ech ioynture of vnder seruyng, bi worching in to the mesure of ech membre, makith encreesyng of the bodi, in to edificacioun of it silf in charite.

௧௬அவராலே சரீரம் முழுவதும், அதற்கு உதவியாக இருக்கிற எல்லா பாகங்களினாலும் சரியாகச் சேர்த்து இணைக்கப்பட்டு, ஒவ்வொரு சரீர பாகங்களும் தன்தன் அளவிற்குத்தக்கதாக வேலை செய்கிறபடியே, அது அன்பினாலே தனக்கு பக்திவளர்ச்சியை உண்டாக்குவதற்காகச் சரீரவளர்ச்சியை உண்டாக்குகிறது.

17 Therfor Y seie and witnesse this thing in the Lord, that ye walke not now, as hethene men walken, in the vanyte of her wit;

௧௭எனவே, கர்த்தருக்குள் நான் உங்களுக்குச் சாட்சியாகச் சொல்லி எச்சரிக்கிறது என்னவென்றால், யூதரல்லாதவர்கள் தங்களுடைய வீணான சிந்தையிலே நடக்கிறதுபோல நீங்கள் இனி நடக்காமல் இருங்கள்.

18 that han vndurstondyng derkned with derknessis, and ben alienyd fro the lijf of God, bi ignoraunce that is in hem, for the blyndenesse of her herte.

௧௮அவர்கள் புத்தியில் இருள் அடைந்து, தங்களுடைய இருதயக் கடினத்தினால் தங்களில் இருக்கும் அறியாமையினாலே தேவன் தரும் ஜீவனுக்கு அந்நியர்களாக இருந்து;

19 Which dispeirynge bitoken hem silf to vnchastite, in to the worchyng of al vnclennesse in coueitise.

௧௯உணர்வில்லாதவர்களாக, எல்லாவித அசுத்தங்களையும் ஆவலோடு செய்வதற்கு, தங்களைக் காமஇச்சைகளுக்கு ஒப்புக்கொடுத்திருக்கிறார்கள்.

20 But ye han not so lerud Crist, if netheles ye herden hym,

௨0நீங்களோ இந்தவிதமாகக் கிறிஸ்துவைக் கற்றுக்கொள்ளவில்லை.

21 and ben tauyt in hym, as is treuthe in Jhesu.

௨௧இயேசுவிடம் உள்ள சத்தியத்தின்படி, நீங்கள் அவரிடம் கேட்டு, அறிந்து, அவரால் போதிக்கப்பட்டீர்களே.

22 Do ye awey bi the elde lyuyng the elde man, that is corrupt bi the desiris of errour;

௨௨அப்படியே, முந்தின நடக்கைக்குரிய மோசம்போக்கும் இச்சைகளாலே கெட்டுப்போகிற பழைய மனிதனை நீங்கள் களைந்துவிட்டு,

23 and be ye renewlid in the spirit of youre soule;

௨௩உங்களுடைய உள்ளத்திலே புதியவர்களாகி,

24 and clothe ye the newe man, which is maad aftir God in riytwisnesse and hoolynesse of treuthe.

௨௪உண்மையான நீதியிலும் பரிசுத்தத்திலும் தேவனுடைய சாயலாக உருவாக்கப்பட்ட புதிய மனிதனை அணிந்துகொள்ளுங்கள்.

25 For which thing `ye putte awei leesyng, and speke ye treuthe ech man with his neiybore, for we ben membris ech to othere.

௨௫அன்றியும், நாம் ஒருவருக்கொருவர் சரீர பாகங்களாக இருக்கிறபடியால், பொய்யைப் பேசாமல், ஒவ்வொருவனும் மற்றவனோடு உண்மையைப் பேசவேண்டும்.

26 Be ye wrooth, and nyle ye do synne; the sunne falle not doun on youre wraththe.

௨௬நீங்கள் கோபப்பட்டாலும் பாவம் செய்யாமல் இருங்கள்; சூரியன் மறைவதற்கு முன்பே உங்களுடைய எரிச்சல் மறைந்துபோகட்டும்;

27 Nyle ye yyue stide to the deuel.

௨௭பிசாசுக்கு இடம் கொடுக்கவேண்டாம்.

28 He that stal, now stele he not; but more trauele he in worchinge with hise hondis that that is good, that he haue whereof he schal yyue to nedi.

௨௮திருடுகிறவன் இனித் திருடாமல், குறைவாக உள்ளவனுக்குத் தன்னிடமிருந்து கொடுக்கும்படி, தன் கைகளினால் பயனுள்ள வேலைசெய்து முயற்சி செய்யவேண்டும்.

29 Ech yuel word go not of youre mouth; but if ony is good to the edificacioun of feith, that it yyue grace to men that heren.

௨௯கெட்டவார்த்தை எதுவும் உங்களுடைய வாய்களால் பேசவேண்டாம்; பக்திவளர்ச்சிக்கு தகுந்த நல்லவார்த்தை இருந்தால், கேட்கிறவர்களுக்குப் பிரயோஜனமாக இருப்பதற்காக அதையே பேசுங்கள்.

30 And nyle ye make the Hooli Goost of God sori, in which ye ben markid in the dai of redempcioun.

௩0அன்றியும், நீங்கள் மீட்கப்படும் நாளுக்காக முத்திரையாகப் பெற்ற தேவனுடைய பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரைத் துக்கப்படுத்தாமல் இருங்கள்.

31 Al bitternesse, and wraththe, and indignacioun, and cry, and blasfemye be takun awey fro you, with al malice;

௩௧எல்லாவிதமான கசப்பும், கோபமும், எரிச்சலும், கூக்குரலும், அவமதிப்பதும், மற்ற எல்லாக் கெட்டகுணமும் உங்களைவிட்டு நீங்கட்டும்.

32 and be ye togidere benygne, merciful, foryyuynge togidere, as also God foryaf to you in Crist.

௩௨ஒருவருக்கொருவர் தயவாகவும் மனஉருக்கமாகவும் இருந்து, கிறிஸ்துவிற்குள் தேவன் உங்களுக்கு மன்னித்ததுபோல, நீங்களும் ஒருவருக்கொருவர் மன்னியுங்கள்.
