Deuteronomy 23
1 A geldyng whanne hise stoonys ben brokun, ethir kit awey, and his yerde is kit awei, schal not entre in to the chirche of the Lord.
Да не входит каженик и скопец в сонм Господень.
2 A child borun of hordom schal not entre in to the chirche of the Lord, `til to the tenthe generacioun.
Ниже да внидет блудородный во храм Господень до десятаго рода.
3 Ammonytis and Moabitis, yhe aftir the tenthe generacioun, schulen not entre into the `chirche of the Lord with outen ende;
Да не внидет Амманитин и Моавитин в храм Господень: и даже до десятаго рода да не входит в храм Господень, и даже до века,
4 for thei nolden come to you with breed and watir in the weie, whanne ye yeden out of Egipt; and for thei hireden ayens thee Balaam, the sone of Beor, fro Mesopotanye of Sirye, that he schulde curse thee;
понеже не сретоша они вас с хлебы и водою на пути, исходящым вам из земли Египетския, и яко наяша на тя Валаама сына Веорова от Месопотамии, да тя прокленет:
5 and thi Lord God nolde here Balaam, and God turnede `the cursyng of Balaam in to thi blessyng, for he louyde thee.
и не восхоте Господь Бог твой послушати Валаама, и обрати Господь Бог твой клятвы в благословение, зане возлюби тя Господь Бог твой:
6 Thou schalt not make pees with hem, nethir thou schalt seke goodis to hem, in alle the daies of thi lijf in to with outen ende.
да не совещаеши мирная им и полезная им во вся дни твоя во веки.
7 Thou schalt not `haue abhomynacioun of a man of Ydumye, for he is thi brothir, nethir of a man of Egipt, for thou were a comelyng in the lond of hym.
Да не возгнушаешися Идумеанином, яко брат твой есть: да не возгнушаешися Египтянином, яко пришлец был еси в земли его:
8 Thei that ben borun of hem, schulen entre in the thridde generacioun in to the `chirche of the Lord.
сынове аще родятся им, в роде третием да внидут в храм Господень.
9 Whanne thou schalt go out `in to batel ayens thin enemyes, thou schalt kepe thee fro al yuel thing.
Аще же изыдеши ополчитися на враги твоя, и да сохранишися от всякаго слова зла.
10 If a man is among you, which is defoulid in `sleep of nyyt, he schal go out of `the castels;
Аще будет у тебе человек, иже не будет чист от излияния его нощию, и да изыдет вне полка, и да не внидет в полк:
11 and he schal not turne ayen bifore that he be waischun in watir at euentid, and aftir the goyng doun of the sunne he schal go ayen in to the castels.
и егда будет к вечеру, да омыет тело свое водою, и зашедшу солнцу да внидет в полк.
12 Thou schalt haue a place without the castels, to which thou schalt go out to nedeful thingis of kynde;
И место тебе да будет вне полка, и изыдеши тамо вон:
13 and thou schalt bere a litil stake in the girdil; and whanne thou hast sete, thou schalt digge `bi cumpas, and `thou schalt hile with erthe thingis `defied out,
и рылец да будет тебе за поясом твоим, и будет егда сядеши вне, и да ископаеши им (яму), и навратив покрыеши стыдение твое в ней:
14 where thou art releuyd. For thi Lord God goeth in the myddis of castels, that he diliuere thee, and bitake thin enemyes to thee, that thi castels be hooli, and no thing of filthe appere in tho, lest he forsake thee.
яко Господь Бог твой ходит в полце твоем избавляти тя и предати враги твоя в руце твои пред лицем твоим: и да будет полк твой свят, и да не явится у тебе стыдение вещи, и отвратится от тебе.
15 Thou schalt not bitake a seruaunt to his lord, which seruaunt fleeth to thee;
Да не предаси раба господину его, иже прииде к тебе от господина своего:
16 he schal dwelle with thee in the place that plesith hym, and he schal reste in oon of thi citees; and make thou not hym sori.
с тобою да обитает, с вами да живет во всяком месте, идеже угодно будет ему: да не оскорбиши его.
17 Noon hoore schal be of the douytris of Israel, nether a letchour of the sones of Israel.
Да не будет блудница от дщерей Израилевых, и да не будет блудник от сынов Израилевым.
18 Thou schalt not offre the hire of `an hoore hows, nether the prijs of a dogge, in the hows of thi Lord God, what euer thing it is that thou hast avowid; for euer eithir is abhomynacioun bifor thi Lord God.
Да не принесеши мзды блудничи, ниже цене песии в дом Господа Бога твоего на всяк обет, яко мерзость суть Господеви Богу твоему и обоя.
19 Thou schalt not leene to thi brothir to vsure money, neither fruytis,
Да не даси брату твоему в лихву сребра и в лихву пищей и в лихву всякия вещи, емуже аще взаим даси:
20 nethir ony othir thing, but to an alien. Forsothe thou schalt leene to thi brothir without vsure that that he nedith, that thi Lord God blesse thee in al thi werk, in the lond to which thou schalt entre to welde.
чуждему да даси в лихву, брату же твоему да не даси в лихву, да благословит тя Господь Бог твой во всех делех твоих на земли, в нюже входиши тамо наследити ю.
21 Whanne thou makist auow to thi Lord God, thou schalt not tarie to yelde, for thi Lord God schal `requyre, ether axe, that; and if thou tariest, it schal be arretid to thee in to synne.
Аще же обещаеши обет Господеви Богу твоему, да не умедлиши воздати его, яко взыская взыщет Господь Бог твой от тебе, и будет на тебе грех:
22 If thou `nylt bihete, thou schalt be with out synne.
аще же не восхощеши обещати, несть ти греха.
23 Forsothe thou schalt kepe, and `do that that yede out onys of thi lippis, as thou bihiytist to thi Lord God, and hast spoke with thin owne wille and thi mouth.
Исходящая на уст твоих сохрани и сотвори, имже образом обещал еси Господеви Богу твоему дар, егоже глаголал еси устами твоими.
24 If thou entrist in to the vynere of thi neiybore, ete thou grapis, as myche as plesith thee; but bere thou not out with thee.
Аще же внидеши на ниву ближняго своего, и собереши в руце свои класы, а серпа да не возложиши на ниву ближняго.
25 If thou entrist in to `the corn of thi freend, thou schalt breke `eeris of corn, and frote togidere with `the hond; but thou schalt not repe with a sikil.
Аще же внидеши в виноград ближняго своего, да яси гроздие, елико души твоей насытитися, в сосуд же да не вложиши.
