Deuteronomy 16
1 Kepe thou the monethe of newe fruytis, and of the bigynnyng of somer, that thou make pask to thi Lord God; for in this monethe thi Lord God ledde thee out of Egipt in the nyyt.
Ţine luna Abib şi ţine paştele DOMNULUI Dumnezeul tău, pentru că în luna Abib te-a scos DOMNUL Dumnezeul tău din Egipt, noaptea.
2 And thou schalt offre pask to thi Lord God, of scheep and of oxun, in the place which thi Lord God chees, that his name dwelle there.
Să sacrifici de aceea paştele DOMNULUI Dumnezeul tău, din cireadă şi din turmă, în locul pe care îl va alege DOMNUL Dumnezeul tău, ca să îşi pună numele său acolo.
3 Thou schalt not ete `ther ynne breed `diyt with sourdouy; in seuene daies thou schalt ete breed of affliccioun, with out sourdouy, for in drede thou yedist out of Egipt, that thou haue mynde of the dai of thi goyng out of Egipt, in alle the daies of thi lijf.
Să nu mănânci pâine dospită cu acesta; şapte zile să îl mănânci cu azime, pâinea chinuirii, pentru că ai ieşit în grabă din ţara Egiptului, ca să îţi aminteşti de ziua când ai ieşit din ţara Egiptului în toate zilele vieţii tale.
4 No thing `diyt with sourdouy schal appere in alle thi termes by seuene daies, and of the fleischis of that that is offrid in the euentid, schal not dwelle in the firste dai in the morewtid.
Şi şapte zile să nu se vadă pâine dospită la tine, în toate hotarele tale; nici din carnea pe care o sacrifici seara, în cea dintâi zi, să nu îţi rămână toată noaptea până dimineaţa.
5 Thou schalt not mow offre pask in ech of thi citees whiche thi Lord God schal yyue to thee,
Nu poţi sacrifica paştele în oricare din porţile tale, pe care ţi le dă DOMNUL Dumnezeul tău,
6 but in the place which thi Lord God chees, that his name dwelle there; thou schalt offre pask in the euentid, at the goyng doun of the sunne, whanne thou yedist out of Egipt.
Ci la locul pe care îl va alege DOMNUL Dumnezeul tău să îşi pună numele său în el, acolo să sacrifici paştele, seara, la apusul soarelui, pe timpul când ai ieşit din Egipt.
7 And thou schalt sethe, and ete, in the place which thi Lord God hath chose, and thou schalt rise in the morewtid of the secunde dai, and thou schalt go in to thi tabernaclis.
Şi să frigi şi să mănânci în locul pe care îl va alege DOMNUL Dumnezeul tău şi dimineaţa să te întorci şi să te duci la corturile tale.
8 Bi sixe daies thou schalt ete therf breed; and in the seuenthe dai, for it is the gaderyng of thi Lord God, thou schalt not do werk.
Şase zile să mănânci azime, iar în ziua a şaptea să fie o adunare solemnă pentru DOMNUL Dumnezeul tău; să nu faci nicio lucrare în ea.
9 Thou schalt noumbre to thee seuene woukis, fro that dai in which thou settidist a sikil in to the corn;
Să îţi numeri şapte săptămâni; să începi să numeri cele şapte săptămâni de când începi să pui secera în grâne.
10 and thou schalt halewe the feeste dai of woukis to thi Lord God, a wilful offryng of thyn hond, which thou schalt offre by the blessing of thi Lord God.
Şi să ţii sărbătoarea săptămânilor pentru DOMNUL Dumnezeul tău, cu o taxă a unei ofrande de bunăvoie din mâna ta, pe care să o dai DOMNULUI precum te va fi binecuvântat DOMNUL Dumnezeul tău.
11 And thou schalt ete bifore thi Lord God, thou, and thi sone, and thi douytir, and thi seruaunt, and thin handmayde, and the dekene which is with ynne thi yatis, and the comelynge, and the fadirles ethir modirles child, and the widue, that dwellen with you, in the place `which thi Lord God chees that his name dwelle there.
Şi să te bucuri înaintea DOMNULUI Dumnezeul tău, tu şi fiul tău şi fiica ta şi servitorul tău şi servitoarea ta, şi levitul care este înăuntrul porţilor tale şi străinul şi cel fără tată şi văduva, care sunt printre voi; în locul pe care l-a ales DOMNUL Dumnezeul tău să îşi pună numele său acolo.
12 And thou schalt haue mynde for thou were seruaunt in Egipt, and thou schalt kepe and do tho thingis that ben comaundid.
Şi să îţi aminteşti că ai fost rob în Egipt şi să ţii şi să împlineşti aceste statute.
13 And thou schalt halewe the solempnytee of tabernaclis bi seuene daies, whanne thou hast gaderid thi fruytis of the cornfloor, and pressour.
Să ţii sărbătoarea corturilor şapte zile, după ce vei fi adunat grânele tale şi vinul tău,
14 And thou schalt ete in thi feeste dai, thou, and thi sone, and douytir, and thi seruaunt, and handmayde, also the dekene, and comelyng, and the fadirles ether modirles child, and the widewe, that ben with ynne thi yatis, `schulen ete.
Şi să te bucuri la sărbătoarea ta, tu şi fiul tău şi fiica ta şi servitorul tău şi servitoarea ta şi levitul şi străinul şi cel fără tată şi văduva, care sunt înăuntrul porţilor tale.
15 Bi seuene daies thou schalt halewe feestis to thi Lord God, in the place which the Lord chees; and thi Lord God schal blesse thee, in alle thi fruytis, and in al the werk of thin hondis, and thou schalt be in gladnesse.
Şapte zile să ţii o sărbătoare solemnă pentru DOMNUL Dumnezeul tău în locul pe care îl va alege DOMNUL, pentru că DOMNUL Dumnezeul tău te va binecuvânta în tot venitul tău şi în toate lucrările mâinilor tale, ca să te bucuri într-adevăr.
16 In thre tymes bi the yeer al thi male kynde schal appere in the siyt of thi Lord, in the place which he chees, in the solempnyte of therf looues, and in the solempnyte of woukis, and in the solempnyte of tabernaclis. A man schal not appere voide bifor the Lord;
De trei ori pe an, toată partea ta bărbătească să se înfăţişeze înaintea DOMNULUI Dumnezeul tău în locul pe care îl va alege; la sărbătoarea azimelor şi la sărbătoarea săptămânilor şi la sărbătoarea corturilor şi să nu se înfăţişeze înaintea DOMNULUI cu mâna goală;
17 but ech man schal offre vpe this that he hath, bi the blessyng of his Lord God, which he yaf to `that man.
Fiecare om să dea precum este în stare, conform binecuvântării pe care ţi-a dat-o DOMNUL Dumnezeul tău.
18 Thou schalt ordeyne `iugis, and maystris, in alle thi yatis whiche thi Lord God schal yyue to thee, bi ech of thi lynagis, that thei deme the puple bi iust doom,
Să îţi pui judecători şi administratori în toate porţile tale, pe care ţi le dă DOMNUL Dumnezeul tău în triburile tale, şi ei să judece poporul cu judecată dreaptă.
19 and bowe not in `to the tother part for fauour, ethir yifte `ayens equete. Thou schalt not take persoone nether yiftis, for whi yiftis blynden the iyen of wise men, `and chaungen the wordis of iust men.
Să nu strâmbi judecata, să nu părtineşti după înfăţişare, nu lua niciun dar, pentru că darul orbeşte ochii înţelepţilor şi perverteşte cuvintele celor drepţi.
20 Thou schalt pursue iustli that that is iust, that thou lyue and welde the lond which thi Lord God schal yyue to thee.
Să urmăreşti ceea ce este în întregime drept, ca să trăieşti şi să stăpâneşti ţara pe care ţi-o dă DOMNUL Dumnezeul tău.
21 Thou schalt not plaunte a wode, and ech tre bi the auter of thi Lord God;
Să nu îţi sădeşti vreun crâng de pomi lângă altarul DOMNULUI Dumnezeul tău, pe care ţi-l vei face.
22 nether thou schalt make to thee, and ordeyne an ymage; whiche thingis thi Lord God hatith.
Nici să nu îţi ridici vreun chip de piatră, pe care îl urăşte DOMNUL Dumnezeul tău.
