Deuteronomy 16
1 Kepe thou the monethe of newe fruytis, and of the bigynnyng of somer, that thou make pask to thi Lord God; for in this monethe thi Lord God ledde thee out of Egipt in the nyyt.
"Ingatlah akan bulan Abib dan rayakanlah Paskah bagi TUHAN, Allahmu, sebab dalam bulan Abib itulah TUHAN, Allahmu, membawa engkau keluar dari Mesir pada waktu malam.
2 And thou schalt offre pask to thi Lord God, of scheep and of oxun, in the place which thi Lord God chees, that his name dwelle there.
Maka engkau harus menyembelih kambing domba dan lembu sapi sebagai korban Paskah bagi TUHAN, Allahmu, di tempat yang akan dipilih TUHAN untuk membuat nama-Nya diam di sana.
3 Thou schalt not ete `ther ynne breed `diyt with sourdouy; in seuene daies thou schalt ete breed of affliccioun, with out sourdouy, for in drede thou yedist out of Egipt, that thou haue mynde of the dai of thi goyng out of Egipt, in alle the daies of thi lijf.
Janganlah engkau makan sesuatu yang beragi besertanya; tujuh hari lamanya engkau harus makan roti yang tidak beragi besertanya, yakni roti penderitaan, sebab dengan buru-buru engkau keluar dari tanah Mesir. Maksudnya supaya seumur hidupmu engkau teringat akan hari engkau keluar dari tanah Mesir.
4 No thing `diyt with sourdouy schal appere in alle thi termes by seuene daies, and of the fleischis of that that is offrid in the euentid, schal not dwelle in the firste dai in the morewtid.
Janganlah terdapat padamu ragi di seluruh daerahmu, tujuh hari lamanya; dan dari daging hewan yang kausembelih pada waktu petang pada hari pertama, janganlah ada yang bermalam sampai pagi.
5 Thou schalt not mow offre pask in ech of thi citees whiche thi Lord God schal yyue to thee,
Engkau tidak boleh mempersembahkan korban Paskah di salah satu tempat yang diberikan kepadamu oleh TUHAN, Allahmu.
6 but in the place which thi Lord God chees, that his name dwelle there; thou schalt offre pask in the euentid, at the goyng doun of the sunne, whanne thou yedist out of Egipt.
Tetapi di tempat yang akan dipilih TUHAN, Allahmu, untuk membuat nama-Nya diam di sana, engkau harus mempersembahkan korban Paskah itu pada waktu senja, ketika matahari terbenam, bertepatan dengan saat engkau keluar dari Mesir.
7 And thou schalt sethe, and ete, in the place which thi Lord God hath chose, and thou schalt rise in the morewtid of the secunde dai, and thou schalt go in to thi tabernaclis.
Engkau harus memasaknya dan memakannya di tempat yang akan dipilih TUHAN, Allahmu; kemudian paginya engkau harus pulang kembali ke kemahmu.
8 Bi sixe daies thou schalt ete therf breed; and in the seuenthe dai, for it is the gaderyng of thi Lord God, thou schalt not do werk.
Enam hari lamanya engkau harus makan roti yang tidak beragi dan pada hari yang ketujuh harus ada perkumpulan raya bagi TUHAN, Allahmu; maka janganlah engkau melakukan pekerjaan.
9 Thou schalt noumbre to thee seuene woukis, fro that dai in which thou settidist a sikil in to the corn;
Tujuh minggu harus kauhitung: pada waktu orang mulai menyabit gandum yang belum dituai, haruslah engkau mulai menghitung tujuh minggu itu.
10 and thou schalt halewe the feeste dai of woukis to thi Lord God, a wilful offryng of thyn hond, which thou schalt offre by the blessing of thi Lord God.
Kemudian haruslah engkau merayakan hari raya Tujuh Minggu bagi TUHAN, Allahmu, sekedar persembahan sukarela yang akan kauberikan, sesuai dengan berkat yang diberikan kepadamu oleh TUHAN, Allahmu.
11 And thou schalt ete bifore thi Lord God, thou, and thi sone, and thi douytir, and thi seruaunt, and thin handmayde, and the dekene which is with ynne thi yatis, and the comelynge, and the fadirles ethir modirles child, and the widue, that dwellen with you, in the place `which thi Lord God chees that his name dwelle there.
Haruslah engkau bersukaria di hadapan TUHAN, Allahmu, engkau ini dan anakmu laki-laki serta anakmu perempuan, hambamu laki-laki dan hambamu perempuan, dan orang Lewi yang di dalam tempatmu, dan orang asing, anak yatim dan janda, yang di tengah-tengahmu, di tempat yang akan dipilih TUHAN, Allahmu, untuk membuat nama-Nya diam di sana.
12 And thou schalt haue mynde for thou were seruaunt in Egipt, and thou schalt kepe and do tho thingis that ben comaundid.
Haruslah kauingat, bahwa engkaupun dahulu budak di Mesir, dan haruslah engkau melakukan ketetapan ini dengan setia.
13 And thou schalt halewe the solempnytee of tabernaclis bi seuene daies, whanne thou hast gaderid thi fruytis of the cornfloor, and pressour.
Hari raya Pondok Daun haruslah kaurayakan tujuh hari lamanya, apabila engkau selesai mengumpulkan hasil tempat pengirikanmu dan tempat pemerasanmu.
14 And thou schalt ete in thi feeste dai, thou, and thi sone, and douytir, and thi seruaunt, and handmayde, also the dekene, and comelyng, and the fadirles ether modirles child, and the widewe, that ben with ynne thi yatis, `schulen ete.
Haruslah engkau bersukaria pada hari rayamu itu, engkau ini dan anakmu laki-laki serta anakmu perempuan, hambamu laki-laki dan hambamu perempuan, dan orang Lewi, orang asing, anak yatim dan janda yang di dalam tempatmu.
15 Bi seuene daies thou schalt halewe feestis to thi Lord God, in the place which the Lord chees; and thi Lord God schal blesse thee, in alle thi fruytis, and in al the werk of thin hondis, and thou schalt be in gladnesse.
Tujuh hari lamanya harus engkau mengadakan perayaan bagi TUHAN, Allahmu, di tempat yang akan dipilih TUHAN; sebab TUHAN, Allahmu, akan memberkati engkau dalam segala hasil tanahmu dan dalam segala usahamu, sehingga engkau dapat bersukaria dengan sungguh-sungguh.
16 In thre tymes bi the yeer al thi male kynde schal appere in the siyt of thi Lord, in the place which he chees, in the solempnyte of therf looues, and in the solempnyte of woukis, and in the solempnyte of tabernaclis. A man schal not appere voide bifor the Lord;
Tiga kali setahun setiap orang laki-laki di antaramu harus menghadap hadirat TUHAN, Allahmu, ke tempat yang akan dipilih-Nya, yakni pada hari raya Roti Tidak Beragi, pada hari raya Tujuh Minggu dan pada hari raya Pondok Daun. Janganlah ia menghadap hadirat TUHAN dengan tangan hampa,
17 but ech man schal offre vpe this that he hath, bi the blessyng of his Lord God, which he yaf to `that man.
tetapi masing-masing dengan sekedar persembahan, sesuai dengan berkat yang diberikan kepadamu oleh TUHAN, Allahmu."
18 Thou schalt ordeyne `iugis, and maystris, in alle thi yatis whiche thi Lord God schal yyue to thee, bi ech of thi lynagis, that thei deme the puple bi iust doom,
"Hakim-hakim dan petugas-petugas haruslah kauangkat di segala tempat yang diberikan TUHAN, Allahmu, kepadamu, menurut suku-sukumu; mereka harus menghakimi bangsa itu dengan pengadilan yang adil.
19 and bowe not in `to the tother part for fauour, ethir yifte `ayens equete. Thou schalt not take persoone nether yiftis, for whi yiftis blynden the iyen of wise men, `and chaungen the wordis of iust men.
Janganlah memutarbalikkan keadilan, janganlah memandang bulu dan janganlah menerima suap, sebab suap membuat buta mata orang-orang bijaksana dan memutarbalikkan perkataan orang-orang yang benar.
20 Thou schalt pursue iustli that that is iust, that thou lyue and welde the lond which thi Lord God schal yyue to thee.
Semata-mata keadilan, itulah yang harus kaukejar, supaya engkau hidup dan memiliki negeri yang diberikan kepadamu oleh TUHAN, Allahmu."
21 Thou schalt not plaunte a wode, and ech tre bi the auter of thi Lord God;
"Janganlah engkau menanam sesuatu pohon sebagai tiang berhala di samping mezbah TUHAN, Allahmu, mezbah yang akan kaubuat bagimu.
22 nether thou schalt make to thee, and ordeyne an ymage; whiche thingis thi Lord God hatith.
Janganlah juga kaudirikan bagimu tugu berhala, yang dibenci oleh TUHAN, Allahmu.
