Acts 3
1 And Petre and Joon wenten vp in to the temple, at the nynthe our of preiyng.
Potom pak Petr a Jan vstupovali do chrámu v hodinu modlitebnou devátou.
2 And a man that was lame fro the wombe of his modir, was borun, and was leid ech dai at the yate of the temple, that is seid feir, to axe almes of men that entriden in to the temple.
A muž nějaký, byv chromý od života matky své, nesen byl, kteréhož sázeli na každý den u dveří chrámových, kteréž slouly krásné, aby prosil za almužnu těch, kteříž vcházeli do chrámu.
3 This, whanne he say Petre and Joon bigynnynge to entre in to the temple, preyede that he schulde take almes.
Ten uzřev Petra a Jana, ani vcházeti měli do chrámu, prosil, aby mu almužnu dali.
4 And Petre with Joon bihelde on hym, and seide, Biholde thou in to vs.
I pohleděv naň Petr s Janem, řekl: Hleď na nás.
5 And he biheelde in to hem, and hopide, that he schulde take sumwhat of hem.
A on pilně pohleděl na ně, naděje se, že něco vezme od nich.
6 But Petre seide, Y haue nether siluer ne gold; but that that Y haue, Y yiue to thee. In the name of Jhesu Crist of Nazareth, rise thou vp, and go.
Tedy řekl Petr: Stříbra a zlata nemám, ale což mám, to tobě dám. Ve jménu Ježíše Krista Nazaretského vstaň a choď.
7 And he took hym bi the riythoond, and heuede hym vp; and anoon hise leggis and hise feet weren sowdid togidere;
I ujav jej za ruku jeho pravou, pozdvihl ho, a hned utvrzeny jsou nohy jeho i kloubové.
8 and he lippide, and stood, and wandride. And he entride with hem in to the temple, and wandride, and lippide, and heriede God.
A zchytiv se, stál, a chodil, a všel s nimi do chrámu, chodě, a poskakuje, a chvále Boha.
9 And al the puple sai hym walkinge, and heriynge God.
A viděl jej všecken lid, an chodí, a chválí Boha.
10 And thei knewen hym, that he it was that sat at almes at the feire yate of the temple. And thei weren fillid with wondryng, and stoniynge, in that thing that byfelde to hym.
I poznali ho, že jest ten, kterýž na almužně sedával u dveří krásných chrámových. I naplněni jsou strachem a děšením nad tím, což se stalo jemu.
11 But whanne thei sien Petre and Joon, al the puple ran to hem at the porche that was clepid of Salomon, and wondriden greetli.
A když se ten uzdravený přídržel Petra a Jana, zběhl se k nim všecken lid do síňce, kteráž sloula Šalomounova, předěšen jsa.
12 And Petre siy, and answeride to the puple, Men of Israel, what wondren ye in this thing? ether what biholden ye vs, as by oure vertue ethir power we maden this man for to walke?
To viděv Petr, promluvil k lidu: Muži Izraelští, co se divíte tomuto? Aneb co na nás tak pilně hledíte, jako bychom my svou vlastní mocí aneb nábožností učinili to, aby tento chodil?
13 God of Abraham, and God of Ysaac, and God of Jacob, God of oure fadris, hath glorified his sone Jhesu, whom ye bitraieden, and denyeden bifor the face of Pilat, whanne he demede hym to be delyuered.
Bůh Abrahamův a Izákův a Jákobův, Bůh otců našich, oslavil Syna svého Ježíše, kteréhož jste vy vydali, a odepřeli se před tváří Pilátovou, kterýž ho soudil býti hodného propuštění.
14 But ye denyeden the hooli and the riytful, and axiden a mansleer to be youun to you.
Vy pak toho svatého a spravedlivého odepřeli jste se, a prosili jste za muže vražedlníka, aby vám byl dán,
15 And ye slowen the maker of lijf, whom God reiside fro deth, of whom we ben witnessis.
Dárce pak života zamordovali jste. Kteréhož Bůh vzkřísil z mrtvých; čehož my svědkové jsme.
16 And in the feith of his name he hath confermyd this man, whom ye seen and knowen; the name of hym, and the feith that is bi him, yaf to this man ful heelthe in the siyt of alle you.
A skrze víru ve jméno jeho, tohoto, kteréhož vy vidíte a znáte, utvrdilo jméno jeho. Víra, pravím, kteráž jest skrze něho, dala jemu celé zdraví toto před oblíčejem všech vás.
17 And now, britheren, Y woot that bi vnwityng ye diden, as also youre princis.
Ale nyní, bratří, vím, že jste to z nevědomí učinili, jako i knížata vaše.
18 But God that bifor telde bi the mouth of alle profetis, that his Crist schulde suffre, hath fillid so.
Bůh pak to, což předzvěstoval skrze ústa všech proroků svých, že měl Kristus trpěti, tak naplnil.
19 Therfor be ye repentaunt, and be ye conuertid, that youre synnes be don awei, that whanne the tymes of refresching schulen come from the siyt of the Lord,
Protož čiňte pokání, a obraťte se, aby byli shlazeni hříchové vaši, když by přišli časové rozvlažení od tváři Páně,
20 and he schal sende thilke Jhesu Crist, that is now prechid to you.
A poslal by toho, kterýž vám kázán jest, Ježíše Krista.
21 Whom it bihoueth heuene to resseyue, in to the tymes of restitucioun of alle thingis, which the Lord spak bi the mouth of hise hooli prophetis fro the world. (aiōn g165)
Kteréhož zajisté musejí přijíti nebesa, až do času napravení všech věcí; což byl předpověděl Bůh skrze ústa všech svých svatých proroků od věků. (aiōn g165)
22 For Moises seide, For the Lord youre God schal reise to you a profete, of youre britheren; as me, ye schulen here hym bi alle thingis, what euer he schal speke to you.
Mojžíš zajisté otcům řekl: Proroka vám vzbudí Pán Bůh váš z bratří vašich jako mne, jehož poslouchati budete ve všem, cožkoli bude mluviti vám.
23 And it schal be, that euery man that schal not here the ilke profete, schal be distried fro the puple.
Staneť se pak, že každá duše, kteráž by neposlouchala toho proroka, vyhlazena bude z lidu.
24 And alle prophetis fro Samuel and aftirward, that spaken, telden these daies.
Ano i všickni proroci od Samuele a potomních, kteřížkoli mluvili, také o těchto dnech předzvěstovali.
25 But ye ben the sones of prophetis, and of the testament, that God ordeynede to oure fadris, and seide to Abraham, In thi seed alle the meynes of erthe schulen be blessid.
Vy jste synové proroků a úmluvy, kterouž učinil Bůh s otci našimi, řka Abrahamovi: V semeni tvém požehnány budou všecky čeledi země.
26 God reiside his sone first to you, and sente hym blessynge you, that ech man conuerte hym from his wickidnesse.
Vám nejprvé Bůh, vzbudiv Syna svého Ježíše, poslal ho dobrořečícího vám, aby se jeden každý z vás odvrátil od nepravostí svých.
