2 Chronicles 2
1 Forsothe Salomon demyde to bilde an hows to the name of the Lord, and a paleis to hym silf.
Karon gitinguha ni Salomon ang pagtukod sa usa ka balay alang sa ngalan ni Jehova, ug usa ka balay alang sa iyang gingharian.
2 And he noumbride seuenti thousynde of men berynge in schuldris, and fourescore thousynde that schulden kitte stoonys in hillis; and the souereyns of hem thre thousynde and sixe hundrid.
Ug giihap ni Salomon ang kapitoan ka libo ka tawo aron sa pagdala sa mga mabug-at, ug kawaloan ka libo ka tawo nga mga magtitiltil sa bato sa mga kabukiran, ug totolo ka libo ug unom ka gatus aron sa pagbantay sa kanila.
3 And he sente to Iram, kyng of Tire, and seide, As thou didist with my fadir Dauid, and sentist to hym trees of cedre, that he schulde bilde to hym an hows, in which also he dwellide;
Ug gipaadto ni Salomon ngadto kang Huram nga hari sa Tiro, nga nagaingon: Ingon nga ikaw nakigkauban kang David nga akong amahan, ug nagpadala kaniya sa mga cedro aron sa pagtukod alang kaniya sa usa ka balay nga puloy-anan, ingon niini magpakigkauban ka usab kanako.
4 so do thou with me, that Y bilde an hows to the name of `my Lord God, and that Y halewe it, to brenne encense bifor hym, and to make odour of swete smellynge spiceries, and to euerlastynge settynge forth of looues, and to brent sacrifices in the morewtid and euentid, and in sabatis, and neomenyes, and solempnytees of `oure Lord God in to with outen ende, that ben comaundid to Israel.
Ania karon, ako buot na magatukod ug usa ka balay alang sa ngalan ni Jehova nga akong Dios, aron kini ihalad kaniya, ug sa pagsunog sa atubangan niya sa incienso sa mga mahumot nga mga panakot, ug sa tinapay nga igabutang sa atubangan sa Dios sa kanunay, ug tungod sa mga halad-nga-sinunog buntag ug hapon, sa mga adlaw nga igpapahulay, ug sa mga bag-ong bulan, ug sa mga tinudlong fiesta ni Jehova nga among Dios. Kini maoy usa ka tulomanon nga walay katapusan sa Israel.
5 For the hows which Y coueyte to bilde is greet; for `oure Lord God is greet ouer alle goddis.
Ug ang balay nga akong pagatukoron daku; kay daku ang atong Dios labaw sa tanang mga dios.
6 Who therfor may haue myyt to bilde a worthi hows to hym? For if heuene and the heuenes of heuenes moun not take hym, hou greet am Y, that Y may bilde `an hows to hym, but to this thing oonli, that encense be brent bifor hym?
Apan kinsa ang makahimo sa pagtukod alang kaniya sa usa ka balay sa ginatan-aw nga siya dili man ngani mahaarang sa langit ug sa langit sa kalangitan? Busa kinsa man ako, nga ako magatukod alang kaniya sa usa ka balay, gawas lamang sa pagsunog sa incienso sa iyang atubangan?
7 Therfor sende thou to me a lernd man, that can worche in gold, and siluer, bras, and yrun, purpur, rede silke, and iacynct; and that can graue in grauyng with these crafti men, which Y haue with me in Judee and Jerusalem, whiche Dauid, my fadir, made redi.
Busa karon padad-i ako ug usa ka tawo nga batid sa pagbuhat pinaagi sa bulawan, ug sa salapi, ug sa tumbaga, ug sa puthaw, ug sa purpura, ug sa mapula, ug sa azul, ug nga mahibalo sa paglilok sa tanang paagi sa mga lilokon, sa pakigkauban sa mga batid nga tawo nga uban kanako sa Juda ug sa Jerusalem, nga giandam ni David nga akong amahan.
8 But also sende thou to me cedre trees, and pyne trees, and thyne trees of the Liban; for Y woot, that thi seruauntis kunnen kitte trees of the Liban; and my seruauntis schulen be with thi seruauntis,
Padad-i usab ako ug mga kahoy nga cedro, mga kahoy nga haya, ug mga kahoy nga fino gikan sa Libano: kay ako nahibalo nga ang imong mga sulogoon mahibalo kong unsaon pagputol sa kahoy sa Libano. Ug, ania karon, ang akong mga sulogoon igakauban sa imong mga sulogoon,
9 that ful many trees be maad redi to me; for the hows which Y coueyte to bilde is ful greet and noble.
Bisan sa pag-andam alang kanako ug daghang kahoy; kay ang balay nga buot ko nga pagatukoron daku ug katingalahan.
10 Ferthermore to thi seruauntis, werk men that schulen kitte trees, Y schal yyue in to meetis twenti thousynde chorus of whete, and so many chorus of barli, and twenti thousynde mesuris of oile, that ben clepid sata.
Ug, ania karon, ihatag ko sa imong mga sulogoon, ang mga magpuputol nga magputol sa kahoy, kaluhaan ka libo ka takus nga pinikpik nga trigo, ug kaluhaan ka libo ka gatus nga cebada, ug kaluhaan ka libo ka bato sa vino, ug kaluhaan ka libo ka bato sa lana.
11 Forsothe Iram, king of Tire, seide bi lettris whiche he sente to Salomon, For the Lord louyde his puple, therfor he made thee to regne on it.
Unya si Huram nga hari sa Tiro mibalus pagsulat, nga iyang gipadala ngadto kang Salomon: Tungod kay si Jehova nahagugma sa iyang katawohan, siya nagahimo kanimong hari sa ibabaw kanila.
12 And he addide, seiynge, Blessid be the Lord God of Israel, that made heuene and erthe, which yaf to `Dauid the kyng a wijs sone, and lernd, and witti, and prudent, that he schulde bilde an hows to the Lord, and a paleis to hym silf.
Labut pa, si Huram miingon: Dalayegon si Jehova, ang Dios sa Israel, nga nagbuhat sa langit ug yuta, nga mihatag kang David nga hari sa usa ka maalam nga anak nga lalake, hinatagan sa pagkabuotan ug pagsabut, nga magatukod sa usa ka balay alang kang Jehova, ug usa ka balay alang sa iyang gingharian.
13 Therfor Y sente to thee a prudent man and moost kunnynge, Iram,
Ug karon ako nagpadala ug usa ka batid nga tawo, nga tinugahan sa pagkamasinabuton, gikan kang Huram nga akong amahan,
14 my fadir, the sone of a womman of the lynage of Dan, whos fadir was a man of Tire; whiche Iram can worche in gold, and siluer, bras, and irun, and marble, and trees, also in purpur, and iacynct, and bijs, and rede silke; and which Iram can graue al grauyng, and fynde prudentli, what euer thing is nedeful in werk with thi crafti men, and with the crafti men of my lord Dauid, thi fadir.
Ang anak nga lalake sa usa ka babaye sa mga anak nga babaye ni Dan; ug ang iyang amahan maoy usa ka tawo sa Tiro, batid sa bulohaton pinaagi sa bulawan, ug sa salapi, sa tumbaga, sa puthaw, sa bato, ug sa kahoy, sa purpura, sa azul, ug sa fino nga lino, ug sa mapula, sa paglilok usab sa nagkalainlain nga lilokon, ug sa pagmugna sa bisan unsang mugna; nga may usa unta ka dapit nga itudlo kaniya kauban sa imong mga batid nga tawo, ug sa mga tawo nga batid sa akong ginoong David nga imong amahan.
15 Therfor, my lord, sende thou to thi seruauntis the whete, and barli, and oyle, and wyn, whiche thou bihiytist.
Busa karon ang trigo ug ang cebada, ang lana, ug ang vino, nga gihisgutan sa akong ginoo ipadala niya ngadto sa iyang mga sulogoon:
16 Sotheli we schulen kitte trees of the Liban, how many euere thou hast nedeful; and we schulen brynge tho in schippis bi the see in to Joppe; forsothe it schal be thin to lede tho ouer in to Jerusalem.
Ug kami mamutol ug kahoy gikan sa Libano, sumala sa imong gikinahanglan; ug among dad-on kini dinha kanimo pinaagi sa gakit sa dagat ngadto sa Joppe; ug dad-on mo kini hangtud sa Jerusalem.
17 Therfor Salomon noumbride alle men conuertid fro hethenesse, that weren in the lond of Israel, aftir the noumbryng which Dauid, his fadir, noumbride; and an hundrid thousynde and thre and fifti thousynde and sixe hundrid weren foundun.
Ug giisip ni Salomon ang tanan nga dumuloong nga dinha sa yuta sa Israel, sumala sa pag-ihap kanila ni David nga iyang amahan; ug nakita nga sila may usa ka gatus kalim-an ug tolo ka libo unom ka gatus.
18 And he made of hem seuenti thousynde, that schulden bere birthuns in schuldris, and `foure score thousynde, that schulden kitte stonys in hillis; sotheli he made thre thousynde and sixe hundrid souereyns of werkis of the puple.
Ug iyang gilain ang kapitoan ka libo kanila nga magdadala sa mabug-at, ug kawaloan ka libo nga mga magpuputol sa kahoy sa mga kabukiran, ug totolo ka libo ug unom ka gatus ang mga magbalantay sa katawohan nga nagbuhat.
