1 Timothy 2
1 Therfor Y biseche first of alle thingis, that bisechingis, preieris, axyngis, doyngis of thankyngis, ben maad for alle men,
to plead/comfort therefore/then first all to do/make: do petition prayer intercession thankfulness above/for all a human
2 for kingis and alle that ben set in hiynesse, that we leden a quyet and a pesible lijf, in al pite and chastite.
above/for king and all the/this/who in/on/among authority to be in order that/to quiet and quiet life to live in/on/among all piety and dignity
3 For this thing is good and acceptid bifor God,
this/he/she/it (for *k*) good and pleasing before the/this/who savior me God
4 oure sauyour, that wole that alle men ben maad saaf, and that thei come to the knowyng of treuthe.
which all a human to will/desire to save and toward knowledge truth to come/go
5 For o God and a mediatour is of God and of men, a man Crist Jhesus,
one for God one and mediator God and a human a human Christ Jesus
6 that yaf him silf redempcioun for alle men. Whos witnessing is confermyd in his tymes;
the/this/who to give themself ransom above/for all the/this/who testimony time/right time one's own/private
7 in which Y am set a prechour and an apostle. For Y seye treuthe, and Y lie not, that am a techere of hethene men in feith and in treuthe.

9 Also wymmen in couenable abite, with schamefastnesse and sobrenesse araiynge hem silf, not in writhun heeris, ethir in gold, ethir peerlis, ethir preciouse cloth; but that that bicometh wymmen,
likewise and (the/this/who *k*) woman in/on/among attire/behaviour respectable with/after modesty and mental soundness to arrange themself not in/on/among braided (and gold *N(k)O*) or pearl or clothing valuable
10 biheetinge pite bi good werkis.
but which be proper woman to profess reverence for God through/because of work good
11 A womman lerne in silence, with al subieccioun.
woman in/on/among quietness to learn in/on/among all submission
12 But Y suffre not a womman to teche, nether to haue lordschip on the hosebonde, but to be in silence.
to teach then woman no to permit nor to domineer man but to exist in/on/among quietness
13 For Adam was first formed, aftirward Eue;
Adam for first to mold then Eve
14 and Adam was not disseyued, but the womman was disseyued, in breking of the lawe.
and Adam no to trick the/this/who then woman (to deceive *N(k)O*) in/on/among transgression to be
15 But sche schal be sauyd bi generacioun of children, if sche dwellith perfitli in feith, and loue, and hoolynesse, with sobrenesse.
to save then through/because of the/this/who childbearing if to stay in/on/among faith and love and holiness with/after mental soundness
