1 Thessalonians 5
1 But, britheren, of tymes and momentis ye neden not that Y write to you.
To,’yan’uwa, game da lokuta da ranaku, ba ma bukata mu rubuta muku,
2 For ye silf witen diligentli, that the dai of the Lord schal come, as a theef in the niyt.
gama kun sani sarai cewa ranar Ubangiji za tă zo kamar ɓarawo da dare.
3 For whanne thei schulen seie pees is, and sikirnesse, thanne sudeyn deth schal come on hem, as sorewe to a womman that is with child, and thei schulen not scape.
Yayinda mutane suke cewa, “Akwai salama da zaman lafiya,” hallaka za tă auko musu farat ɗaya, kamar yadda naƙuda take kama mace mai ciki, ba za su kuwa tsira ba.
4 But, britheren, ye ben not in derknessis, that the ilke dai as a theef catche you.
Amma ku,’yan’uwa, ba kwa cikin duhu da wannan rana za tă zo muku ba zato kamar ɓarawo.
5 For alle ye ben the sones of liyt, and sones of dai; we ben not of niyt, nether of derknessis.
Dukanku’ya’yan haske ne da kuma’ya’yan rana. Mu ba mutanen dare ko na duhu ba ne.
6 Therfor slepe we not as othere; but wake we, and be we sobre.
Saboda haka fa, kada mu zama kamar saura, waɗanda suke barci, sai dai mu zama masu tsaro da masu kamunkai.
7 For thei that slepen, slepen in the niyt, and thei that ben drunkun, ben drunkun in the niyt.
Gama masu barci, da dad dare suke barci, masu sha su bugu kuwa, da dad dare suke buguwa.
8 But we that ben of the dai, ben sobre, clothid in the haburioun of feith and of charite, and in the helme of hope of heelthe.
Amma da yake mu na rana ne, bari mu zama masu kamunkai, sanye da bangaskiya da ƙauna kamar sulke, begen cetonmu kuma kamar hular kwano.
9 For God puttide not vs in to wraththe, but in to the purchasing of heelthe bi oure Lord Jhesu Crist, that was deed for vs;
Gama Allah bai naɗa mu don mu sha fushi ba, sai dai mu sami ceto ta wurin Ubangijinmu Yesu Kiristi.
10 that whether we waken, whether we slepen, we lyue togidere with him.
Ya mutu saboda mu domin, ko muna a faɗake ko muna barci, mu kasance tare da shi.
11 For which thing comforte ye togidere, and edefie ye ech other, as ye doon.
Saboda haka ku ƙarfafa juna ku kuma gina juna, kamar dai yadda kuke yi.
12 And, britheren, we preien you, that ye knowen hem that trauelen among you, and ben souereyns to you in the Lord, and techen you,
To, muna roƙonku,’yan’uwa, ku girmama waɗanda suke aiki sosai a cikinku, waɗanda suke bisanku cikin Ubangiji da kuma waɗanda suke yin muku gargaɗi.
13 that ye han hem more aboundantli in charyte; and for the werk of hem, haue ye pees with hem.
Ku riƙe su da mutunci sosai cikin ƙauna saboda aikinsu. Ku yi zaman lafiya da juna.
14 And, britheren, we preien you, repreue ye vnpesible men. Coumforte ye men of litil herte, resseyue ye sijke men, be ye pacient to alle men.
Muna kuma gargaɗe ku,’yan’uwa, ku gargaɗe waɗanda suke zaman banza, ku ƙarfafa masu raunanar zuciya, ku taimaki marasa ƙarfi, ku yi haƙuri da kowa.
15 Se ye, that no man yelde yuel for yuel to ony man; but euere more sue ye that that is good, ech to othere and to alle men.
Ku tabbata cewa kada kowa yă rama mugunta da mugunta, sai dai kullum ku yi ƙoƙarin yin wa juna alheri da kuma dukan mutane.
16 Euere more ioye ye; without ceessing preye ye;
Ku riƙa farin ciki kullum;
17 in alle thingis do ye thankyngis.
ku ci gaba da yin addu’a;
18 For this is the wille of God in Crist Jhesu, in alle you.
ku yi godiya cikin kowane hali, gama wannan shi ne nufin Allah dominku cikin Kiristi Yesu.
19 Nyle ye quenche the spirit;
Kada ku danne aikin Ruhu.
20 nyle ye dispise prophecies.
Kada ku rena annabci,
21 But preue ye alle thingis, and holde ye that thing that is good.
amma ku gwada kome, ku riƙe abin da yake mai kyau,
22 Absteyne you fro al yuel spice.
ku ƙi kowace mugunta.
23 And God hym silf of pees make you hooli bi alle thingis, that youre spirit be kept hool, and soule, and bodi, without pleynt, in the comyng of oure Lord Jhesu Crist.
Bari Allah da kansa, Allah na salama, yă tsarkake ku sarai. Bari dukan ruhunku, ranku, da kuma jikinku su zama marar aibi a dawowar Ubangijinmu Yesu Kiristi.
24 God is trewe, that clepide you, which also schal do.
Wannan wanda ya kira ku mai aminci ne zai kuwa aikata.
25 Britheren, preye ye for vs.
’Yan’uwa, ku yi mana addu’a.
26 Grete ye wel alle britheren in hooli cos.
Ku gaggai da dukan’yan’uwa da sumba mai tsarki.
27 Y coniure you bi the Lord, that this pistle be red to alle hooli britheren.
Na gama ku da Ubangiji ku sa a karanta wannan wasiƙa ga dukan’yan’uwa.
28 The grace of oure Lord Jhesu Crist be with you. Amen.
Alherin Ubangijinmu Yesu Kiristi yă kasance tare da ku.
