1 Samuel 8
1 Forsothe it was don, whanne Samuel hadde wexide eld, he settide hise sones iugis on Israel.

2 And the name of his firste gendrid sone was Johel, and the name of the secounde was Abia, iugis in Bersabee.
Oo wiilkiisa curadka ahaa magiciisu wuxuu ahaa Yoo'eel, wiilkiisii labaadna magiciisu wuxuu ahaa Abiiyaah; oo waxay xaakinno ka ahaayeen Bi'ir Shebac.
3 And hise sones yeden not in `the weies of hym, but thei bowiden after aueryce, and thei token yiftis, and peruertiden doom.
Oo wiilashiisiina kuma ay socon jidadkiisii, laakiinse waxay u leexdeen si ay faa'iido u helaan, oo intay laaluush qaateen ayay gartii qalloociyeen.
4 Therfor alle the grettere men in birthe of Israel weren gaderid, and camen to Samuel in to Ramatha.
Markaasaa odayaashii reer binu Israa'iil oo dhammu isa soo urursadeen, oo Samuu'eel ugu yimaadeen Raamaah;
5 And thei seiden to hym, Lo! thou hast wexid eld, and thi sones goen not in thi weies; ordeyne thou a kyng to vs, `that he deme vs, as also alle naciouns han.
oo waxay ku yidhaahdeen, Bal eeg, waad gabowday, oo wiilashaaduna kuma socdaan jidadkaagii; haddaba noo yeel boqor na xukuma sida quruumaha kale oo dhan.
6 And the word displeside in the iyen of Samuel, for thei hadden seid, Yyue thou to vs a kyng, that he deme vs. And Samuel preiede to the Lord.
Laakiinse waxaasu Samuu'eel way la xumaayeen, markii ay ku yidhaahdeen, Na sii boqor na xukuma. Markaasaa Samuu'eel Rabbiga baryay.
7 Forsothe the Lord seide to Samuel, Here thou the vois of the puple in alle thingis whiche thei speken to thee; for thei han not caste awey thee, but me, that Y regne not on hem.
Oo Rabbiguna wuxuu Samuu'eel ku yidhi, Bal dhegayso codka dadka iyo kulli waxa ay ku leeyihiin oo dhan, waayo, adiga kuma ay diidin, laakiinse anay i diideen, inaanan iyaga u ahaan boqor.
8 Bi alle her werkis whiche thei diden, fro the day in whiche Y ledde hem out of Egipt `til to this dai, as thei forsoken me, and seruyden alien goddis, so thei doon also to thee.
Siday hore u yeeleen tan iyo maalintii aan ka soo bixiyey Masar iyo ilaa maantadan, taasoo ahayd inay iga tageen, oo ilaahyo kale u adeegeen, saasay adigana kugu samaynayaan.
9 Now therfor here thou her vois; netheles witnesse thou to hem; biforseie thou to hem the riyt of the kyng, that schal regne on hem.
Haddaba sidaas daraaddeed bal codkooda dhegayso, habase yeeshee waa inaad aad ugu markhaati furtaa, oo waa inaad u sheegtaa boqorka xukumi doona siduu ahaan doono.
10 Therfor Samuel seide alle the wordis of the Lord to the puple, that hadde axid of him a king; and he seide,
Oo Samuu'eelna wuxuu erayadii Rabbiga oo dhan u sheegay dadkii boqorka weyddiistay.
11 This schal be the `riyt of the kyng, that schal comaunde to you; he schal take youre sones, and schal sette in hise charis;
Markaasuu wuxuu ku yidhi, Boqorka idin xukumayaa wuxuu ahaanayaa sidan: wuxuu idinka qaadan doonaa wiilashiinna, oo wuxuu ka dhigan doonaa kuwa gaadhifardoodka u wada, iyo fardooleydiisa, oo iyana waxay hor ordi doonaan gaadhifardoodkiisa.
12 and he schal make hem `to hym silf rideris, and biforegoeris of hise cartis; and he schal ordeyne to hym tribunes, `that is, souereyns of a thousynd, and centuriouns, `that is, souereyns of an hundrid, and eereris of hise feeldis, and reperis of cornes, and smythis of hise armeris, and charis.
Haddana wuxuu iyaga ka dhigan doonaa saraakiil kun kun u sarreeya iyo saraakiil konton konton u sarreeya, oo qaarna beerihiisay u fali doonaan, oo u gooyn doonaan, oo waxay u samayn doonaan alaabta dagaalka, iyo alaabta gaadhifardoodkiisa.
13 Also he schal make youre douytris makeris of `oynementis to hym silf, and fueris, and bakeris.
Oo gabdhihiinnana wuu idinka qaadan doonaa oo wuxuu ka dhigan doonaa kuwo uunsiga sameeya, iyo kuwo cuntada kariya, iyo kuwo kibista duba.
14 And he schal take youre feeldis and vyneris and the beste places of olyues, and schal yyue to hise seruauntis.
Oo wuxuu idinka qaadan doonaa beerihiinna, iyo beerihiinna canabka ah, iyo beerihiinna saytuunka ah, iyo xataa meelaha ugu wada wanaagsan, oo wuxuu siin doonaa midiidinnadiisa.
15 But also he schal take the tenthe part of youre cornes, and rentis of vyneris, that he yyue to his chaumberleyns and seruauntis.
Oo wuxuu idinka qaadan doonaa iniinihiinna toban meelood oo meel iyo beerihiinna canabka ah, markaasuu siin doonaa saraakiishiisa, iyo midiidinnadiisa.
16 Sotheli he schal take awey youre seruauntis and handmaydes, and beste yong men, and assis, and schal sette in his werk.
Oo haddana wuxuu idinka qaadan doonaa raggiinna addoommada idiin ah, iyo gabdhaha addoommaha idiin ah, iyo dhallinyaradiinna ragga ugu wanaagsan, iyo dameerihiinna, markaasuu ku shaqaysan doonaa.
17 Also he schal take the tenthe part of youre flockis, and ye schulen be `seruauntis to hym.
Oo wuxuu idinka qaadan doonaa adhigiinna toban meelood oo meel, oo idinna waxaad noqon doontaan addoommadiisa.
18 And ye schulen crye in that dai fro the face of youre kyng, whom ye han chose to you; and the Lord schal not here you in that dai; for ye axiden a kyng to you.
Oo maalintaas waxaad ka qaylin doontaan boqorkiinna aad idinku doorateen oo Rabbiguna idiin jawaabi maayo maalintaas.
19 Sotheli the puple nolde here the vois of Samuel, but thei seiden, Nay for a kyng schal be on vs;
Laakiinse dadkii way diideen inay dhegaystaan Samuu'eel codkiisii, oo waxay yidhaahdeen, Maya, laakiinse waxaannu yeelanaynaa boqor noo taliya;
20 and we also schulen be as alle folkis, and oure kyng schal deme vs, and he schal go out bifor vs, and he schal fiyte oure batel for vs.
si aannu ula mid noqonno quruumaha kale oo dhan; oo uu boqorkayagu noogu taliyo, oo uu noo hor kaco oo noo dagaallamo wakhtiga dirirta.
21 And Samuel herde alle the wordis of the puple, and `spak tho in the eeris of the Lord.
Oo Samuu'eelna wuu maqlay erayadii dadka oo dhan, oo haddana wuxuu maqashiiyey dhegihii Rabbiga.
22 Forsothe the Lord seide to Samuel, Here thou `the vois of hem, and ordeyne thou a kyng on hem. And Samuel seide to the men of Israel, Ech man go in to his citee.
Markaasaa Rabbigu wuxuu Samuu'eel ku yidhi, Codkooda maqal oo boqor u yeel iyaga. Markaasaa Samuu'eel wuxuu dadkii reer binu Israa'iil ku yidhi, Taga oo ninkiin waluba magaaladiisii ha tago.
