1 Kings 10
1 But also the queen of Saba, whanne the fame of Salomon was herd, cam in the name of the Lord to tempte hym in derk and douti questiouns.

2 And sche entride with myche felouschipe and richessis in to Jerusalem, and with camels berynge swete smellynge thingis, and gold greetli with out noumbre, and preciouse stoonys; and sche cam to king Salomon, and spak to hym alle thingis whiche sche hadde in hir herte.
ka tonga tany Jerosalema izy mbamin’ ny mpanaraka maro be sy ny rameva izay nitondra zava-manitra sy volamena sesehena ary vato soa; ary rehefa tonga tany amin’ i Solomona izy, dia nilaza taminy izay rehetra tao am-pony.
3 And Salomon tauyte hir alle wordis whiche sche hadde put forth; no word was, that myyte be hid fro the kyng, and which he answeryde not to hir.
Ary voavalin’ i Solomona izy tamin’ izay rehetra nanontaniany azy; tsy nisy zavatra niafina tamin’ ny mpanjaka, ka dia nambarany azy avokoa.
4 Forsothe the queen of Saba siy al the wisdom of Salomon, and the hows which he hadde bildid,
Ary rehefa hitan’ ilay mpanjakavavin’ i Sheba ny fahendren’ i Solomona rehetra sy ny trano izay nataony
5 and the metis of his table, and the dwellyng places of hise seruauntis, and the ordris of mynystris, and the clothis of hem, and the boteleris, and the brent sacrifices whiche he offride in the hows of the Lord; and sche hadde no more spirite.
sy ny fihinany teo amin’ ny latabany sy ny fipetrahan’ ny tandapany sy ny fitoeran’ ny mpanompony mbamin’ ny fitafian’ ireo sy ny mpitondra kapoakany ary ny ambaratonga izay niakarany ho ao an-tranon’ i Jehovah, dia talanjona terỳ izy.
6 And sche seide to the kyng, The word is trewe, which Y herde in my lond, of thi wordis, and of thi wisdom;
Ka hoy izy tamin’ ny mpanjaka: Marina ny teny efa reko tany amin’ ny taniko ny amin’ ny teninao sy ny fahendrenao.
7 and Y bileuyde not to men tellynge to me, til Y my silf cam, and siy with myn iyen, and preuede that the half part was not teld to me; thi wisdom is more and thi werkis, than the tale which Y herde.
kanefa tsy nino ny filazana aho, raha tsy tonga atỳ, ka ny masoko no mahita, kanjo hay! na dia ny antsasany aza tsy voalaza tamiko akory: fa, indro, ny fahendrenao sy ny voninahitrao dia mihoatra lavitra noho izay laza efa reko.
8 Thi men ben blessid, and thi seruauntis ben blessid, these that stonden bifor thee euere, and heren thi wisdom.
Sambatra lahy ny olonao, ary sambatra ireto tandapanao ireto, izay mijanona eto anatrehanao mandrakariva ka mandre ny fahendrenao
9 Blessid be thi Lord God, whom thou plesedist, and hath set thee on the trone of Israel; for the Lord louyde Israel with outen ende, and hath ordeynyd thee kyng, that thou schuldist do doom and riytfulnesse.
Isaorana anie Jehovah Andriamanitrao, Izay tia anao ka nametraka anao amin’ ny seza fiandrianan’ ny Isiraely; fa noho ny fitiavan’ i Jehovah, izay itiavany ny Isiraely mandrakizay, no nanaovany anao ho mpanjaka mba hanao fitsarana sy fahamarinana.
10 Therfor sche yaf to the kyng sixe score talentis of gold, and ful many swete smellynge thingis, and precious stoonus; so many swete smellynge thingis weren no more brouyt, as tho which the queen of Saba yaf to kyng Salomon.
Ary izy nanome talenta volamena roa-polo amby zato sy zava-manitra sesehena ary vato soa ho an’ ny mpanjaka; tsy nisy intsony zava-manitra be indrindra tonga tahaka ilay nomen’ ny mpanjakavavin’ i Sheba ho an’ i Solomona mpanjaka.
11 But also the schip of Hiram, that brouyte gold fro Ophir, brouyte fro Ophir ful many trees of tyme, and preciouse stoonys.
Ary ny sambon’ i Hirama koa, izay naka volamena avy any Ofira, dia nitondra hazo almoga be indrindra sy vato soa avy any Ofira.
12 And kyng Salomon made of the trees of tyme vndir settyngis of the hows of the Lord, and of the kyngis hows, and harpis, and sitols to syngeris; siche trees of tyme weren not brouyt nether seyn, til in to present dai.
Ary ny hazo almoga dia nataon’ ny mpanjaka arofanina tamin’ ny tranon’ i Jehovah sy ny lapan’ andriana ary nataony lokanga sy valiha ho an’ ny mpihira kosa; tsy nisy hazo almoga tonga tany na hita toy izany intsony mandraka androany.
13 Sotheli kyng Salomon yaf to the queen of Saba alle thingis whiche sche wolde, and axide of hym, outakun these thingis whiche he hadde youe to hir bi the kyngis yifte wilfuli; and sche turnede ayen, and yede in to hir lond with hir seruauntis.
Ary Solomona mpanjaka nanome ny mpanjakavavin’ i Sheba kosa izay rehetra niriny, na inona na inona nangatahiny, afa-tsy izay nomeny azy araka ny fanomen’ i Solomona mpanjaka; ka dia niverina izy, ary lasa nody tany amin’ ny taniny izy mbamin’ ny mpanompony.
14 Forsothe the weyte of gold, that was offrid to Salomon bi ech yeer, was of sixe hundrid and sixe and sixti talentis of gold,
Ary ny lanjan’ ny volamena izay tonga tao amin’ i Solomona isan-taona dia talenta volamena enina amby enim-polo amby enin-jato,
15 outakun that which men that weren on the talagis, `that is, rentis for thingis borun aboute in the lond, and marchauntis, and alle men sillynge scheeldys, and alle the kyngis of Arabie, and dukis of erthe yauen.
afa-tsy izay azony tamin’ ny mpandranto sy ny tamin’ ny varotry ny mpivarotra ary tamin’ ny mpanjakan’ ny firenena samy hafa rehetra sy tamin’ ny mpanapaka ny tany.
16 And kyng Salomon made two hundrid scheeldis of pureste gold; he yaf sixe hundrid siclis of gold in to the platis of oo scheeld;
Ary Solomona mpanjaka nanao ampinga volamena lehibe roan-jato tamin’ ny volamena voafisaka, ka takela-bolamena sekely enin-jato no napetaka tamin’ ny ampinga lehibe iray.
17 and he made thre hundrid of bokeleris of preued gold; thre hundrid talentis of gold clothiden o bokeler. And the kyng puttide tho in the hows of the forest of Lyban.
Ary nanao ampinga volamena telonjato koa izy tamin’ ny volamena voafisaka, ka takela-bolamena telo mane no napetaka tamin’ ny ampinga iray. Dia napetraky ny mpanjaka tao amin’ ny trano Alan’ i Libanona ireo.
18 Also kyng Salomon made a greet trone of yuer, and clothide it with ful fyn gold;
Ary ny mpanjaka dia nanao seza fiandrianana ivory lehibe, ka nopetahany takela-bolamena tsara indrindra.
19 which trone hadde sixe grees; and the hiynesse of the trone was round in the hynderere part; and tweine hondis on this side and on that side, holdynge the seete, and twei lyouns stoden bisidis ech hond;
Nisy ambaratonga enina tamin’ ny seza fiandrianana; ary ny lohan’ ny seza fiandrianana, dia boribory ny eo an damosiny; ary nisy fitehenan-tanana teo an-daniny roa amin’ ny fipetrahana; ary nisy sarin-diona roa teo an-danin’ ny fitehenan-tanana.
20 and twelue litil liouns stondynge on sixe grees on this side and on that side; siche a werk was not maad in alle rewmes.
Ary nisy sarin-diona roa ambin’ ny folo teo an-daniny roa teo amin’ ny ambaratonga enina. Tsy nisy natao tahaka izany tany amin’ ny fanjakana rehetra.
21 But also alle the vessels, of which kyng Salomon drank, weren of gold, and alle the purtenaunce of the hows of the forest of Liban was of pureste gold; siluer was not, nether it was arettid of ony prijs in the daies of Salomon.
Ary ny fisotroan’ i Solomona mpanjaka dia volamena, ary ny fanaka rehetra tao amin’ ny trano Alan’ i Libanona koa dia volamena tsara avokoa; tsy nisy volafotsy ireo; fa nataony toy ny tsinontsinona izany tamin’ ny andron’ i Solomona.
22 For the schip of `the kyng wente onys bi thre yeer with the schip of Hiram in to Tharsis, and brouyte fro thennus gold, and siluer, and teeth of olifauntis, and apis, and pokokis.
Fa ny mpanjaka nanana sambon’ i Tarsisy mbamin’ ny sambon’ i Hirama teny ambonin’ ny ranomasina; ary indray mandeha amin’ ny telo taona no nihavian’ ny sambon’ i Tarsisy nitondra volamena sy volafotsy sy ivory sy rajako ary vorombola.
23 Therfor kyng Salomon was magnified aboue alle kyngis of erthe in richessis and wisdom.
Ary Solomona mpanjaka dia nanankarena sady hendry noho ny mpanjaka rehetra ambonin’ ny tany.
24 And al erthe desiride to se the cheer of Salomon, to here the wisdom of him, which wisdom God hadde youe in his herte.
Ary ny tany rehetra nitady hahita ny tavan’ i Solomona mba hihaino ny fahendrena izay nataon’ Andriamanitra tao am-pony.
25 And alle men brouyten yiftis to hym, vessels of gold, and of siluer, clothis, and armeris of batel, and swete smellynge thingis, and horsis, and mulis, bi ech yeer.
Ary izy rehetra dia samy nahatonga ny anjarany avy isan-taona, dia fanaka volafotsy sy fanaka volamena sy fitafiana sy fiadiana sy zava-manitra sy soavaly ary ampondra.
26 And Salomon gaderide togidere charis, and knyytis; and a thousinde and foure hundrid charis weren maad to hym, and twelue thousynde `of knyytis; and he disposide hem bi strengthid citees, and with the kyng in Jerusalem.
Ary Solomona nanangona kalesy sy mpitaingin-tsoavaly; ary nanana kalesy efajato amby arivo izy sy mpitaingin-tsoavaly roa arivo amby iray alina, izay nataony tao amin’ ireo tanàna fitoeran’ ny kalesy sy tao amin’ ny mpanjaka tany Jerosalema.
27 And he made, that so greet aboundaunce of siluer was in Jerusalem, how greet was also of stoonys; and he yaf the multitude of cedris as sicomoris, that growen in feeldy places.
Ary nataon’ ny mpanjaka tahaka ny vato ny habetsaky ny volafotsy tany Jerosalema, ary ny hazo sedera nataony toy ny aviavy eny amin’ ny tany lemaka amoron-tsiraka.
28 And the horsis of Salomon weren led out of Egipt, and of Coa; for the marchauntis of the kyng bouyten of Coa, and brouyten for prijs ordeyned.
Ary avy any Egypta no nahazoan’ i Solomona soavaly; ary ny iray toko tamin’ ny mpandranton’ ny mpanjaka dia naka ny andiany iray araka izay vidiny voatendry.
29 Forsothe a chare yede out of Egipt for sixe hundrid siclis of siluer, and an hors for an hundrid and fifti siclis; and bi this maner alle the kyngis of Etheis and of Sirye seelden horsis.
Ary ny vidin’ ny kalesy iray nentiny niakatra avy tany Egypta dia sekely volafotsy enin-jato, ary ny soavaly dia dimam-polo amby zato avy; ary toy izany kosa no nitondrany ho an’ ny mpanjakan’ ny Hetita sy ny mpanjakan’ ny Syriana.
