1 John 1
1 That thing that was fro the bigynnyng, which we herden, which we sayn with oure iyen, which we bihelden, and oure hondis touchiden, of the word of lijf;

2 and the lijf is schewid. And we sayn, and we witnessen, and tellen to you the euerlastynge lijf, that was anentis the fadir, and apperide to vs. (aiōnios g166)
Na ki ba du ta toh rei'a, i ki toh'o di kpayiem ni u. Kisi hla yuu tre rei u tutru wa a he ni ti mbu, wa ba tsro ta. (aiōnios g166)
3 Therfor `we tellen to you that thing, that we seyn, and herden, that also ye haue felowschipe with vs, and oure felowschip be with the fadir, and with his sone Jhesu Crist.
Ikpe wa ki toh di wo di hla ni yu'u, u'biyi me bi ka tu kabi ni ta. Shu bi mbu a hei ni ti ni vre yesu kristi.
4 And we writen this thing to you, that ye haue ioye, and that youre ioye be ful.
Na ki kita me kisi han kpi biyi ni yu'u, du kikla suron mbu cika gri ififga.
5 And this is the tellyng, that we herden of hym, and tellen to you, that God is liyt, and ther ben no derknessis in him.
Wa yi hi imbre wa kita ki woh jri ni'u ki hla ni yu'u, Irji hi kpan ni wu ibwu na hei na kofi.
6 If we seien, that we han felawschip with hym, and we wandren in derknessis, we lien, and don not treuthe.
Inde kitre di ki katukabi ni'u; di ni zre ni mi bwu di ni ti che, ki na si bla tre 'u jaji na.
7 But if we walken in liyt, as also he is in liyt, we han felawschip togidere; and the blood of Jhesu Crist, his sone, clensith vs fro al synne.
Naki kita si zren ni mi kpan, na wa wu hei ni mi kpan, ki si katu mbu bi ha mire vayi, 'u' yin vre ma yesu ni kla ta ni milan tre wa wu.
8 If we seien, that we han no synne, we disseyuen vs silf, and treuthe is not in vs.
Inde kitre di ki na lahtre na kisi qrue tumbu, u jaji na hei ni suron mbu na.
9 If we knowlechen oure synnes, he is feithful and iust, that he foryyue to vs oure synnes, and clense vs from al wickidnesse.
Inde kihla la latre mbu rju ra wawu a hi jaji da wa ani gla ta ni mi latre mbu.
10 And if we seien, we han not synned, we maken hym a liere, and his word is not in vs.
Inde ki tre di kina lahtre na, ki kma u ti ndi u'che, u'tre ma ana hei ni mi mbu na.
