1 Corinthians 12
1 But of spiritual thingis, britheren, Y nyle that ye vnknowun.
१हे भाइयों, मैं नहीं चाहता कि तुम आत्मिक वरदानों के विषय में अज्ञात रहो।
2 For ye witen, that whanne ye weren hethene men, hou ye weren led goynge to doumbe maumetis.
२तुम जानते हो, कि जब तुम अन्यजाति थे, तो गूँगी मूरतों के पीछे जैसे चलाए जाते थे वैसे चलते थे।
3 Therfor Y make knowun to you, that no man spekynge in the spirit of God, seith departyng fro Jhesu; and no man may seie the Lord Jhesu, but in the Hooli Goost.
३इसलिए मैं तुम्हें चेतावनी देता हूँ कि जो कोई परमेश्वर की आत्मा की अगुआई से बोलता है, वह नहीं कहता कि यीशु श्रापित है; और न कोई पवित्र आत्मा के बिना कह सकता है कि यीशु प्रभु है।
4 And dyuerse graces ther ben, but it is al oon Spirit;
४वरदान तो कई प्रकार के हैं, परन्तु आत्मा एक ही है।
5 and dyuerse seruyces ther ben, but it is al oon Lord; and dyuerse worchingis ther ben,
५और सेवा भी कई प्रकार की है, परन्तु प्रभु एक ही है।
6 but `al is oon God, that worchith alle thingis in alle thingis.
६और प्रभावशाली कार्य कई प्रकार के हैं, परन्तु परमेश्वर एक ही है, जो सब में हर प्रकार का प्रभाव उत्पन्न करता है।
7 And to ech man the schewyng of spirit is youun to profit. The word of wisdom is youun to oon bi spirit;
७किन्तु सब के लाभ पहुँचाने के लिये हर एक को आत्मा का प्रकाश दिया जाता है।
8 to another the word of kunnyng, bi the same spirit;
८क्योंकि एक को आत्मा के द्वारा बुद्धि की बातें दी जाती हैं; और दूसरे को उसी आत्मा के अनुसार ज्ञान की बातें।
9 feith to another, in the same spirit; to anothere, grace of helthis, in o spirit;
९और किसी को उसी आत्मा से विश्वास; और किसी को उसी एक आत्मा से चंगा करने का वरदान दिया जाता है।
10 to another, the worchyng of vertues; to another, profecie; to another, very knowyng of spiritis; to another, kyndis of langagis; to another, expownyng of wordis.
१०फिर किसी को सामर्थ्य के काम करने की शक्ति; और किसी को भविष्यद्वाणी की; और किसी को आत्माओं की परख, और किसी को अनेक प्रकार की भाषा; और किसी को भाषाओं का अर्थ बताना।
11 And oon and the same spirit worchith alle these thingis, departynge to ech bi hem silf as he wole.
११परन्तु ये सब प्रभावशाली कार्य वही एक आत्मा करवाता है, और जिसे जो चाहता है वह बाँट देता है।
12 For as ther is o body, and hath many membris, and alle the membris of the bodi whanne tho ben manye, ben o bodi, so also Crist.
१२क्योंकि जिस प्रकार देह तो एक है और उसके अंग बहुत से हैं, और उस एक देह के सब अंग, बहुत होने पर भी सब मिलकर एक ही देह हैं, उसी प्रकार मसीह भी है।
13 For in o spirit alle we ben baptisid `in to o bodi, ether Jewis, ether hethene, ether seruauntis, ether free; and alle we ben fillid with drink in o spirit.
१३क्योंकि हम सब ने क्या यहूदी हो, क्या यूनानी, क्या दास, क्या स्वतंत्र एक ही आत्मा के द्वारा एक देह होने के लिये बपतिस्मा लिया, और हम सब को एक ही आत्मा पिलाया गया।
14 For the bodi is not o membre, but manye.
१४इसलिए कि देह में एक ही अंग नहीं, परन्तु बहुत से हैं।
15 If the foot seith, For Y am not the hoond, Y am not of the bodi; not therfor it is not of the bodi.
१५यदि पाँव कहे: कि मैं हाथ नहीं, इसलिए देह का नहीं, तो क्या वह इस कारण देह का नहीं?
16 And if the ere seith, For Y am not the iye, Y am not of the bodi; not therfor it is not of the bodi.
१६और यदि कान कहे, “मैं आँख नहीं, इसलिए देह का नहीं,” तो क्या वह इस कारण देह का नहीं?
17 If al the bodi is the iye, where is heryng? and if al the bodi is heryng, where is smellyng?
१७यदि सारी देह आँख ही होती तो सुनना कहाँ से होता? यदि सारी देह कान ही होती तो सूँघना कहाँ होता?
18 But now God hath set membris, and ech of hem in the bodi, as he wolde.
१८परन्तु सचमुच परमेश्वर ने अंगों को अपनी इच्छा के अनुसार एक-एक करके देह में रखा है।
19 That if alle weren o membre, where were the bodi?
१९यदि वे सब एक ही अंग होते, तो देह कहाँ होती?
20 But now ther ben many membris, but o bodi.
२०परन्तु अब अंग तो बहुत से हैं, परन्तु देह एक ही है।
21 And the iye may not seie to the hond, Y haue no nede to thi werkis; or eft the heed to the feet, Ye ben not necessarie to me.
२१आँख हाथ से नहीं कह सकती, “मुझे तेरा प्रयोजन नहीं,” और न सिर पाँवों से कह सकता है, “मुझे तुम्हारा प्रयोजन नहीं।”
22 But myche more tho that ben seyn to be the lowere membris of the bodi, ben more nedeful;
२२परन्तु देह के वे अंग जो औरों से निर्बल देख पड़ते हैं, बहुत ही आवश्यक हैं।
23 and thilke that we gessen to be the vnworthier membris of the bodi, we yyuen more honour `to hem; and tho membris that ben vnonest, han more oneste.
२३और देह के जिन अंगों को हम कम आदरणीय समझते हैं उन्हीं को हम अधिक आदर देते हैं; और हमारे शोभाहीन अंग और भी बहुत शोभायमान हो जाते हैं,
24 For oure oneste membris han nede of noon; but God tempride the bodi, yyuynge more worschip to it, to whom it failide,
२४फिर भी हमारे शोभायमान अंगों को इसका प्रयोजन नहीं, परन्तु परमेश्वर ने देह को ऐसा बना दिया है, कि जिस अंग को घटी थी उसी को और भी बहुत आदर हो।
25 that debate be not in the bodi, but that the membris be bisi in to the same thing ech for othere.
२५ताकि देह में फूट न पड़े, परन्तु अंग एक दूसरे की बराबर चिन्ता करें।
26 And if o membre suffrith ony thing, alle membris suffren therwith; ethir if o membre ioieth, alle membris ioien togidere.
२६इसलिए यदि एक अंग दुःख पाता है, तो सब अंग उसके साथ दुःख पाते हैं; और यदि एक अंग की बड़ाई होती है, तो उसके साथ सब अंग आनन्द मनाते हैं।
27 And ye ben the bodi of Crist, and membris of membre.
२७इसी प्रकार तुम सब मिलकर मसीह की देह हो, और अलग-अलग उसके अंग हो।
28 But God sette sum men in the chirche, fyrst apostlis, the secunde tyme prophetis, the thridde techeris, aftirward vertues, aftirward graces of heelyngis, helpyngis, gouernails, kyndis of langagis, interpretaciouns of wordis.
२८और परमेश्वर ने कलीसिया में अलग-अलग व्यक्ति नियुक्त किए हैं; प्रथम प्रेरित, दूसरे भविष्यद्वक्ता, तीसरे शिक्षक, फिर सामर्थ्य के काम करनेवाले, फिर चंगा करनेवाले, और उपकार करनेवाले, और प्रधान, और नाना प्रकार की भाषा बोलनेवाले।
29 Whether alle apostlis? whethir alle prophetis? whether alle techeris? whether alle vertues?
२९क्या सब प्रेरित हैं? क्या सब भविष्यद्वक्ता हैं? क्या सब उपदेशक हैं? क्या सब सामर्थ्य के काम करनेवाले हैं?
30 whether alle men han grace of heelyngis? whether alle speken with langagis? whether alle expownen?
३०क्या सब को चंगा करने का वरदान मिला है? क्या सब नाना प्रकार की भाषा बोलते हैं?
31 But sue ye the betere goostli yiftis. And yit Y schewe to you a more exellent weye.
३१क्या सब अनुवाद करते हैं? तुम बड़े से बड़े वरदानों की धुन में रहो! परन्तु मैं तुम्हें और भी सबसे उत्तम मार्ग बताता हूँ।
