1 Corinthians 10
1 Britheren, Y nyle, that ye vnknowe, that alle oure fadris weren vndur cloude, and alle passiden the see;
ஹே ப்⁴ராதர: , அஸ்மத்பித்ரு’புருஷாநதி⁴ யூயம்’ யத³ஜ்ஞாதா ந திஷ்ட²தேதி மம வாஞ்சா², தே ஸர்வ்வே மேகா⁴த⁴: ஸ்தி²தா ப³பூ⁴வு: ஸர்வ்வே ஸமுத்³ரமத்⁴யேந வவ்ரஜு: ,
2 and alle weren baptisid in Moises, in the cloude and in the see;
ஸர்வ்வே மூஸாமுத்³தி³ஸ்²ய மேக⁴ஸமுத்³ரயோ ர்மஜ்ஜிதா ப³பூ⁴வு:
3 and alle eeten the same spiritual mete,
ஸர்வ்வ ஏகம் ஆத்மிகம்’ ப⁴க்ஷ்யம்’ பு³பு⁴ஜிர ஏகம் ஆத்மிகம்’ பேயம்’ பபுஸ்²ச
4 and alle drunken the same spiritual drynke; thei drunken of the spiritual stoon folewynge hem; and the stoon was Crist.
யதஸ்தே(அ)நுசரத ஆத்மிகாத்³ அசலாத் லப்³த⁴ம்’ தோயம்’ பபு: ஸோ(அ)சல: க்²ரீஷ்டஏவ|
5 But not in ful manye of hem it was wel pleasaunt to God; for whi thei weren cast doun in desert.
ததா² ஸத்யபி தேஷாம்’ மத்⁴யே(அ)தி⁴கேஷு லோகேஷ்வீஸ்²வரோ ந ஸந்துதோஷேதி ஹேதோஸ்தே ப்ரந்தரே நிபாதிதா: |
6 But these thingis ben don in figure of vs, that we be not coueyteris of yuele thingis, as thei coueitiden.
ஏதஸ்மிந் தே (அ)ஸ்மாகம்’ நித³ர்ஸ²நஸ்வரூபா ப³பூ⁴வு: ; அதஸ்தே யதா² குத்ஸிதாபி⁴லாஷிணோ ப³பூ⁴வுரஸ்மாபி⁴ஸ்ததா² குத்ஸிதாபி⁴லாஷிபி⁴ ர்ந ப⁴விதவ்யம்’|
7 Nether be ye maad idolatreris, as summe of hem; as it is writun, The puple sat to ete and drynke, and thei risen vp to pleie.
லிகி²தமாஸ்தே, லோகா போ⁴க்தும்’ பாதுஞ்சோபவிவிஸு²ஸ்தத: க்ரீடி³துமுத்தி²தா இதயநேந ப்ரகாரேண தேஷாம்’ கைஸ்²சித்³ யத்³வத்³ தே³வபூஜா க்ரு’தா யுஷ்மாபி⁴ஸ்தத்³வத் ந க்ரியதாம்’|
8 Nether do we fornycacioun, as summe of hem diden fornicacioun, and thre and twenti thousyndis weren deed in o dai.
அபரம்’ தேஷாம்’ கைஸ்²சித்³ யத்³வத்³ வ்யபி⁴சார: க்ரு’தஸ்தேந சைகஸ்மிந் தி³நே த்ரயோவிம்’ஸ²திஸஹஸ்ராணி லோகா நிபாதிதாஸ்தத்³வத்³ அஸ்மாபி⁴ ர்வ்யபி⁴சாரோ ந கர்த்தவ்ய: |
9 Nethir tempte we Crist, as summe of hem temptiden, and perischiden of serpentis.
தேஷாம்’ கேசித்³ யத்³வத் க்²ரீஷ்டம்’ பரீக்ஷிதவந்தஸ்தஸ்மாத்³ பு⁴ஜங்கை³ ர்நஷ்டாஸ்²ச தத்³வத்³ அஸ்மாபி⁴: க்²ரீஷ்டோ ந பரீக்ஷிதவ்ய: |
10 Nether grutche ye, as summe of hem grutchiden, and thei perischiden of a distrier.
தேஷாம்’ கேசித்³ யதா² வாக்கலஹம்’ க்ரு’தவந்தஸ்தத்காரணாத் ஹந்த்ரா விநாஸி²தாஸ்²ச யுஷ்மாபி⁴ஸ்தத்³வத்³ வாக்கலஹோ ந க்ரியதாம்’|
11 And alle these thingis felliden to hem in figure; but thei ben writun to oure amendyng, in to whiche the endis of the worldis ben comun. (aiōn g165)
தாந் ப்ரதி யாந்யேதாநி ஜக⁴டிரே தாந்யஸ்மாகம்’ நித³ர்ஸ²நாநி ஜக³த: ஸே²ஷயுகே³ வர்த்தமாநாநாம் அஸ்மாகம்’ ஸி²க்ஷார்த²ம்’ லிகி²தாநி ச ப³பூ⁴வு: | (aiōn g165)
12 Therfor he that gessith hym, `that he stondith, se he, that he falle not.
அதஏவ ய: கஸ்²சித்³ ஸுஸ்தி²ரம்’மந்ய: ஸ யந்ந பதேத் தத்ர ஸாவதா⁴நோ ப⁴வது|
13 Temptacioun take `not you, but mannus temptacioun; for God is trewe, which schal not suffre you to be temptid aboue that that ye moun; but he schal make with temptacioun also purueyaunce, that ye moun suffre.
மாநுஷிகபரீக்ஷாதிரிக்தா காபி பரீக்ஷா யுஷ்மாந் நாக்ராமத், ஈஸ்²வரஸ்²ச விஸ்²வாஸ்ய: ஸோ(அ)திஸ²க்த்யாம்’ பரீக்ஷாயாம்’ பதநாத் யுஷ்மாந் ரக்ஷிஷ்யதி, பரீக்ஷா ச யத்³ யுஷ்மாபி⁴: ஸோடு⁴ம்’ ஸ²க்யதே தத³ர்த²ம்’ தயா ஸஹ நிஸ்தாரஸ்ய பந்தா²நம்’ நிரூபயிஷ்யதி|
14 Wherfor, ye most dereworthe to me, fle ye fro worschiping of maumetis.
ஹே ப்ரியப்⁴ராதர: , தே³வபூஜாதோ தூ³ரம் அபஸரத|
15 As to prudent men Y speke, deme ye you silf that thing that Y seie.
அஹம்’ யுஷ்மாந் விஜ்ஞாந் மத்வா ப்ரபா⁴ஷே மயா யத் கத்²யதே தத்³ யுஷ்மாபி⁴ ர்விவிச்யதாம்’|
16 Whether the cuppe of blessyng which we blessen, is not the comynyng of Cristis blood? and whether the breed which we breken, is not the takyng of the bodi of the Lord?
யத்³ த⁴ந்யவாத³பாத்ரம் அஸ்மாபி⁴ ர்த⁴ந்யம்’ க³த்³யதே தத் கிம்’ க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்ய ஸோ²ணிதஸ்ய ஸஹபா⁴கி³த்வம்’ நஹி? யஸ்²ச பூபோ(அ)ஸ்மாபி⁴ ர்ப⁴ஜ்யதே ஸ கிம்’ க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்ய வபுஷ: ஸஹபா⁴கி³த்வம்’ நஹி?
17 For we manye ben o breed and o bodi, alle we that taken part of o breed and of o cuppe.
வயம்’ ப³ஹவ: ஸந்தோ(அ)ப்யேகபூபஸ்வரூபா ஏகவபு: ஸ்வரூபாஸ்²ச ப⁴வாம: , யதோ வயம்’ ஸர்வ்வ ஏகபூபஸ்ய ஸஹபா⁴கி³ந: |
18 Se ye Israel aftir the fleisch, whethir thei that eeten sacrifices, ben not partyneris of the auter?
யூயம்’ ஸா²ரீரிகம் இஸ்ராயேலீயவம்’ஸ²ம்’ நிரீக்ஷத்⁴வம்’| யே ப³லீநாம்’ மாம்’ஸாநி பு⁴ஞ்ஜதே தே கிம்’ யஜ்ஞவேத்³யா: ஸஹபா⁴கி³நோ ந ப⁴வந்தி?
19 What therfor seie Y, that a thing that is offrid to idols is ony thing, or that the idol is ony thing?
இத்யநேந மயா கிம்’ கத்²யதே? தே³வதா வாஸ்தவிகீ தே³வதாயை ப³லிதா³நம்’ வா வாஸ்தவிகம்’ கிம்’ ப⁴வேத்?
20 But tho thingis that hethene men offren, thei offren to deuelis, and not to God. But Y nyle, that ye ben maad felowis of feendis; for ye moun not drynke the cuppe of the Lord, and the cuppe of fendis;
தந்நஹி கிந்து பி⁴ந்நஜாதிபி⁴ ர்யே ப³லயோ தீ³யந்தே த ஈஸ்²வராய தந்நஹி பூ⁴தேப்⁴யஏவ தீ³யந்தே தஸ்மாத்³ யூயம்’ யத்³ பூ⁴தாநாம்’ ஸஹபா⁴கி³நோ ப⁴வதே²த்யஹம்’ நாபி⁴லஷாமி|
21 ye moun not be parteneris of the boord of the Lord, and of the bord of feendis.
ப்ரபோ⁴: கம்’ஸேந பூ⁴தாநாமபி கம்’ஸேந பாநம்’ யுஷ்மாபி⁴ரஸாத்⁴யம்’; யூயம்’ ப்ரபோ⁴ ர்போ⁴ஜ்யஸ்ய பூ⁴தாநாமபி போ⁴ஜ்யஸ்ய ஸஹபா⁴கி³நோ ப⁴விதும்’ ந ஸ²க்நுத²|
22 Whether we han enuye to the Lord? whether we ben strengere then he? Alle thingis ben leeueful to me, but not alle thingis ben spedeful.
வயம்’ கிம்’ ப்ரபு⁴ம்’ ஸ்பர்த்³தி⁴ஷ்யாமஹே? வயம்’ கிம்’ தஸ்மாத்³ ப³லவந்த: ?
23 Alle thingis ben leeueful to me, but not alle thingis edifien.
மாம்’ ப்ரதி ஸர்வ்வம்’ கர்ம்மாப்ரதிஷித்³த⁴ம்’ கிந்து ந ஸர்வ்வம்’ ஹிதஜநகம்’ ஸர்வ்வம் அப்ரதிஷித்³த⁴ம்’ கிந்து ந ஸர்வ்வம்’ நிஷ்டா²ஜநகம்’|
24 No man seke that thing that is his owne, but that thing that is of an othere.
ஆத்மஹித: கேநாபி ந சேஷ்டிதவ்ய: கிந்து ஸர்வ்வை: பரஹிதஸ்²சேஷ்டிதவ்ய: |
25 Al thing that is seld in the bocherie, ete ye, axynge no thing for conscience.
ஆபணே யத் க்ரய்யம்’ தத்³ யுஷ்மாபி⁴: ஸம்’வேத³ஸ்யார்த²ம்’ கிமபி ந ப்ரு’ஷ்ட்வா பு⁴ஜ்யதாம்’
26 The erthe and the plente of it is, the Lordis.
யத: ப்ரு’தி²வீ தந்மத்⁴யஸ்த²ஞ்ச ஸர்வ்வம்’ பரமேஸ்²வரஸ்ய|
27 If ony of hethene men clepith you to soper, and ye wole go, al thing that is set to you, ete ye, axynge no thing for conscience.
அபரம் அவிஸ்²வாஸிலோகாநாம்’ கேநசித் நிமந்த்ரிதா யூயம்’ யதி³ தத்ர ஜிக³மிஷத² தர்ஹி தேந யத்³ யத்³ உபஸ்தா²ப்யதே தத்³ யுஷ்மாபி⁴: ஸம்’வேத³ஸ்யார்த²ம்’ கிமபி ந ப்ரு’ஷ்ட்வா பு⁴ஜ்யதாம்’|
28 But if ony man seith, This thing is offrid to idols, nyle ye ete, for hym that schewide, and for conscience; and Y seie not,
கிந்து தத்ர யதி³ கஸ்²சித்³ யுஷ்மாந் வதே³த் ப⁴க்ஷ்யமேதத்³ தே³வதாயா: ப்ரஸாத³ இதி தர்ஹி தஸ்ய ஜ்ஞாபயிதுரநுரோதா⁴த் ஸம்’வேத³ஸ்யார்த²ஞ்ச தத்³ யுஷ்மாபி⁴ ர்ந போ⁴க்தவ்யம்’| ப்ரு’தி²வீ தந்மத்⁴யஸ்த²ஞ்ச ஸர்வ்வம்’ பரமேஸ்²வரஸ்ய,
29 thi conscience, but of an othere. But wherto is my fredom demed of an othere mannus conscience?
ஸத்யமேதத், கிந்து மயா ய: ஸம்’வேதோ³ நிர்த்³தி³ஸ்²யதே ஸ தவ நஹி பரஸ்யைவ|
30 Therfor if Y take part with grace, what am Y blasfemed, for that that Y do thankyngis?
அநுக்³ரஹபாத்ரேண மயா த⁴ந்யவாத³ம்’ க்ரு’த்வா யத்³ பு⁴ஜ்யதே தத்காரணாத்³ அஹம்’ குதோ நிந்தி³ஷ்யே?
31 Therfor whether ye eten, or drynken, or don ony other thing, do ye alle thingis `in to the glorie of God.
தஸ்மாத்³ போ⁴ஜநம்’ பாநம் அந்யத்³வா கர்ம்ம குர்வ்வத்³பி⁴ ர்யுஷ்மாபி⁴: ஸர்வ்வமேவேஸ்²வரஸ்ய மஹிம்ந: ப்ரகாஸா²ர்த²ம்’ க்ரியதாம்’|
32 Be ye with outen sclaundre to Jewis, and to hethene men, and to the chirche of God;
யிஹூதீ³யாநாம்’ பி⁴ந்நஜாதீயாநாம் ஈஸ்²வரஸ்ய ஸமாஜஸ்ய வா விக்⁴நஜநகை ர்யுஷ்மாபி⁴ ர்ந ப⁴விதவ்யம்’|
33 as Y bi alle thingis plese to alle men, not sekynge that that is profitable to me, but that that is profitable to manye men, that thei be maad saaf.
அஹமப்யாத்மஹிதம் அசேஷ்டமாநோ ப³ஹூநாம்’ பரித்ராணார்த²ம்’ தேஷாம்’ ஹிதம்’ சேஷ்டமாந: ஸர்வ்வவிஷயே ஸர்வ்வேஷாம்’ துஷ்டிகரோ ப⁴வாமீத்யநேநாஹம்’ யத்³வத் க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்யாநுகா³மீ தத்³வத்³ யூயம்’ மமாநுகா³மிநோ ப⁴வத|
