1 Chronicles 24
1 Forsothe to the sones of Aaron these porciouns schulen be; the sones of Aaron weren Nadab, and Abyud, Eleazar, and Ythamar;
Inilah rombongan-rombongan anak-anak Harun. Anak-anak Harun ialah Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar dan Itamar.
2 but Nadab and Abyud weren deed with out fre children bifor her fadir, and Eleazar and Ythamar weren set in presthod.
Tetapi Nadab dan Abihu mati lebih dahulu dari pada ayah mereka dengan tidak mempunyai anak laki-laki, maka yang memegang jabatan imam ialah Eleazar dan Itamar.
3 And Dauith departide hem, that is, Sadoch, of the sones of Eleazar, and Achymelech, of the sones of Ithamar, by her whiles and seruyce;
Daud, bersama-sama Zadok dari bani Eleazar dan Ahimelekh dari bani Itamar, membagi-bagi mereka menurut jabatan mereka dalam penyelenggaraan ibadah.
4 and the sones of Eleazar weren founden many mo in the men princes, than the sones of Ythamar. Forsothe he departide to hem, that is, to the sones of Eleazar, sixtene prynces bi meynees; and to the sones of Ythamar eiyte prynces bi her meynees and howsis.
Lalu ternyata bahwa di antara keturunan Eleazar ada lebih banyak kepala kaum dari pada di antara keturunan Itamar, sebab itu orang membagi-bagi mereka sebagai berikut: untuk bani Eleazar enam belas orang kepala puak, tetapi untuk bani Itamar delapan orang kepala puak.
5 Sotheli he departide euer eithir meynees among hem silf bi lottis; for there weren princes of the seyntuarye, and princes of the hows of God, as wel of the sones of Eleazar as of the sones of Ithamar.
Dan orang membagi-bagi mereka dengan membuang undi tanpa mengadakan perbedaan, sebab ada "pemimpin-pemimpin kudus" dan "pemimpin-pemimpin Allah", baik di antara keturunan Eleazar maupun di antara keturunan Itamar.
6 And Semeye, the sone of Nathanael, a scribe of the lynage of Leuy, discriuede hem bifore the king and pryncis, and bifor Sadoch, the preest, and Achymelech, the sone of Abiathar, and to the prynces of meynees of the preestis and of the dekenes; he discriuyde oon hows of Eleazar, that was souereyn to othere, and `the tother hows of Ithamar, that hadde othere vndir hym.
Dan Semaya bin Netaneel, panitera itu, seorang Lewi, menulis nama mereka di depan raja, di depan pembesar-pembesar, imam Zadok, Ahimelekh bin Abyatar dan di depan kepala-kepala puak para imam dan orang Lewi; setiap kali satu puak diambil dari Eleazar, dan demikian pula satu puak dari Itamar.
7 Forsothe the firste lot yede out to Joiarib, the secounde to Jedeie,
Undian yang pertama jatuh pada Yoyarib; yang kedua pada Yedaya;
8 the thridde to Aharym, the fourthe to Seorym,
yang ketiga pada Harim; yang keempat pada Seorim;
9 the fyuethe to Melchie,
yang kelima pada Malkia; yang keenam pada Miyamin;
10 the sixte to Maynan, the seuenthe to Accos,
yang ketujuh pada Hakos; yang kedelapan pada Abia;
11 the eiythe to Abia, the nynthe to Hieusu, the tenthe to Sechema, the elleuenthe to Eliasib,
yang kesembilan pada Yesua; yang kesepuluh pada Sekhanya;
12 the tweluethe to Jacyn,
yang kesebelas pada Elyasib; yang kedua belas pada Yakim;
13 the thrittenthe to Opha, the fourtenthe to Isbaal,
yang ketiga belas pada Hupa; yang keempat belas pada Yesebeab;
14 the fiftenthe to Abelga, the sixtenthe to Emmer,
yang kelima belas pada Bilga; yang keenam belas pada Imer;
15 the seuententhe to Ezir, the eiytenthe to Ahapses, the nyntenthe to Pheseye,
yang ketujuh belas pada Hezir; yang kedelapan belas pada Hapizes;
16 the twentithe to Jezechel,
yang kesembilan belas pada Petahya; yang kedua puluh pada Yehezkel;
17 the oon and twentithe to Jachym, the two and twentithe to Gamul, the thre and twentithe to Dalayam,
yang kedua puluh satu pada Yakhin; yang kedua puluh dua pada Gamul;
18 the foure and twentithe to Mazzian.
yang kedua puluh tiga pada Delaya; yang kedua puluh empat pada Maazya.
19 These weren the whilis of hem bi her mynysteries, that thei entre in to the hows of God, and bi her custom vndur the hond of Aaron, her fadir, as the Lord God of Israel comaundide.
Itulah jabatan mereka dalam menyelenggarakan ibadah setelah mereka masuk rumah TUHAN, sesuai dengan peraturan yang diberikan kepada mereka dengan perantaraan Harun, bapa leluhur mereka, seperti yang diperintahkan kepadanya oleh TUHAN, Allah Israel.

Golongan yang masih tinggal dari bani Lewi, dari anak-anak Amram ialah Subael, dari anak-anak Subael ialah Yehdeya;
21 also Jesie was prince of the sones of Roobie.
dari anak-anak Rehabya ialah Yisia, seorang kepala;
22 Sotheli Salomoth was prince of Isaaris; and the sone of Salamoth was Janadiath;
dari orang Yizhar ialah Selomot; dari anak-anak Selomot ialah Yahat.
23 and his firste sone was Jeriuans, `Amarie the secounde, Azihel the thridde, `Jethmoan the fourthe.
Anak-anak Hebron ialah Yeria, seorang kepala, Amarya, anak yang kedua, Yahaziel, anak yang ketiga, dan Yekameam, anak yang keempat.
24 The sone of Ozihel was Mycha; the sone of Mycha was Samyr;
Anak Uziel ialah Mikha; dari anak-anak Mikha ialah Samir.
25 the brother of Mycha was Jesia; and the sone of Jesia was Zacharie.
Saudara Mikha ialah Yisia; dari anak-anak Yisia ialah Zakharia.
26 The sones of Merary weren Mooli and Musi; the sone of Josyan was Bennon;
Keturunan Merari ialah Mahli dan Musi, juga anak-anak Yaazia, anaknya.
27 and the sone of Merarie was Ozian, and Soen, and Zaccur, and Hebri.
Keturunan Merari dari pihak Yaazia, anaknya, ialah Syoham, Zakur dan Hibri.
28 Sotheli the sone of Mooli was Eleazar, that hadde not fre sones; forsothe the sone of Cys was Jeremyhel;
Dari Mahli ialah Eleazar; dia ini tidak mempunyai anak.
29 the sones of Musy weren Mooli,
Dari Kish: anak Kish, yakni Yerahmeel.
30 Eder, Jerymuth. These weren the sones of Leuy, bi the housis of her meynees.
Anak-anak Musi ialah Mahli, Eder dan Yerimot. Itulah bani Lewi menurut puak mereka.
31 Also and thei senten lottis ayens her britheren, the sones of Aaron, bifor Dauid the kyng, and bifor Sadoch, and Achymelech, and the princes of meynees of preestis and of dekenes; lot departide euenli alle, bothe the gretter and the lesse.
Mereka inipun, sama seperti saudara-saudara sesuku mereka, anak-anak Harun, membuang undi di depan raja Daud, di depan Zadok, Ahimelekh dan para kepala puak, para imam dan orang Lewi. Dalam hal ini seorang kepala puak sama dengan saudaranya yang terkecil.
