1 Chronicles 21
1 Sotheli Sathan roos ayens Israel, and stiride Dauid for to noumbre Israel.
Ug si Satanas mitindog batok sa Israel, ug nagsugyot kang David sa pagpaisip sa Israel.
2 And Dauid seide to Joab, and to the princes of the puple, Go ye, and noumbre Israel fro Bersabe til to Dan, and brynge ye the noumbre to me, that Y wite.
Ug si David miingon kang Joab ug sa mga principe sa katawohan: Lakaw, ipha ang Israel sukad sa Beerseba bisan hangtud sa Dan; ug suginli ako, aron hibaloan ko ang gidaghanon nila.
3 And Joab answeride, The Lord encresse his puple an hundrid fold more than thei ben; my lord the kyng, whether alle ben not thi seruauntis? Whi sekith my lord this thing, that schal be arettid in to synne to Israel?
Ug si Joab miingon: Himoon ni Jehova nga ang iyang katawohan mokabat sa usa ka gatus ka pilo sa gidaghanon nila karon; apan, ginoo ko nga hari, dili ba silang tanan mga alagad sa akong ginoo? Nganong nagakinahanglan ang akong ginoo niining butanga? Ngano nga siya maoy mahimong hinungdan sa kasal-anan sa Israel?
4 But the word of the kyng hadde more the maistrie; and Joab yede out, and cumpasside al Israel, and turnede ayen in to Jerusalem.
Bisan pa niana ang pulong sa hari midaug batok kang Joab. Busa si Joab milakaw, ug milibud sa tibook Israel, ug miadto sa Jerusalem.
5 And he yaf to Dauid the noumbre of hem, which he hadde cumpassid; and al the noumbre of Israel was foundun a thousynde thousande, and an hundrid thousynde of men, drawynge out swerd; forsothe of Juda weren thre hundrid thousynde, and seuenti thousynde of werriouris.
Ug si Joab mihatag sa isip sa gidaghanon sa katawohan ngadto kang David. Ug silang tanan sa Israel usa ka libo ka libo ug usa ka gatus ka libo ka tawo sa hinagiban: ug ang Juda upat ka gatus ug kapitoan ka libo ka tawo sa hinagiban.
6 For Joab noumbride not Leuy and Beniamyn, for ayens his wille he dide the comaundement of the kyng.
Apan ang Levi ug Benjamin wala niya ipha uban kanila; kay ang pulong sa hari dulumtanan kang Joab.
7 Forsothe that that was comaundid displeside the Lord, and he smoot Israel.
Ug ang Dios nasuko niining butanga; busa iyang gihampak ang Israel.
8 And Dauid seide to God, Y synnede greetli that Y wolde do this; Y biseche, do thou awey the wickidnesse of thi seruaunt, for Y dide folili.
Ug si David namulong sa Dios: Ako nakasala ug daku gayud, nga niana nabuhat ko kining butanga: apan karon ipahalayo, nangaliyupo ako kanimo, ang pagkadautan sa imong alagad; tungod kay ako nagbuhat ug binuang nga sa hilabihan gayud.
9 And the Lord spak to Gad, the profete of Dauid,
Ug si Jehova misulti kang Gad, manalagna ni David, nga nagaingon:
10 and seide, Go thou, and speke to Dauid, and seie to him, The Lord seith these thingis, Y yeue to thee the chesyng of thre thingis; chese thou oon which thou wolt, that Y do to thee.
Lakaw ug sumulti ka kang David, nga magaingon: Kini mao ang giingon ni Jehova: Ako magatanyag kanimo tolo ka butang: pumili ka ug usa kanila, aron mabuhat ko kana kanimo.
11 And whanne Gad was comen to Dauid, he seide to Dauid, The Lord seith these thingis, Chese thou that that thou wolt, ether pestilence thre yeer,
Busa si Gad miadto kang David, ug miingon kaniya: Kini mao ang giingon ni Jehova: Pilia ang buot mo:
12 ether that thre monethis thou fle thin enemyes and mow not ascape her swerd, ether that the swerd of the Lord and deeth regne thre daies in the lond, and that the aungel of the Lord slee in alle the coostis of Israel. Now therfor se thou, what Y schal answere to hym that sente me.
Tolo ba ka tuig nga gutom; kun tolo ba ka bulan nga pagaut-uton ka sa atubangan sa imong mga kaaway, samtang nga ang pinuti sa imong mga kaaway makaapas kanimo; kun tolo ba hinoon ka adlaw nga ang espada ni Jehova bisan kamatay sa yuta, ug ang manolonda ni Jehova, magalaglag sa tibook nga yuta sa mga utlanan sa Israel. Busa karon hunahunaa unsang tubaga ang akong dad-on ngadto kaniya nga nagpaanhi kanako.
13 And Dauid seide to Gad, Angwischis oppresse me on ech part, but it is betere to me, that Y falle in to the hondis of the Lord, for his merciful doynges ben manye, than in to the hondis of men.
Ug si David miingon kang Gad: Ako ania sa usa ka dakung kasigpit: himoa nga ako mahulog ako nagpangaliyupo kanimo, ngadto sa kamot ni Jehova; kay daku uyamut ang iyang mga kalooy; ug ayaw ako pag-ipahulog ngadto sa kamot sa tawo.
14 Therfor the Lord sente pestilence in to Israel, and seuenti thousynde of men felden doun of Israel.
Busa ang Israel gipadad-an ni Jehova ug usa ka kamatay, ug dihay nangapukan sa Israel nga kapitoan ka libo ka tawo.
15 Also he sente an aungel in to Jerusalem, that he schulde smyte it; and whanne it was smytun, the Lord siy, and hadde merci on the greetnesse of yuel; and comaundide to the aungel that smoot, It suffisith, now thin hond ceesse. Forsothe the aungel of the Lord stood bisidis the cornfloor of Ornam Jebusey.
Ug ang Dios nagpadala ug usa ka manolonda sa Jerusalem sa paglaglag niini: ug sa buot na niyang laglagon, si Jehova nakasud-ong, ug gibasulan niya ang kadautan, ug miingon sa maglalaglag nga manolonda: Igo na kana; karon ihunong mo ang imong kamot. Ug ang manolonda ni Jehova nagatindog tupad sa giukan ni Ornan ang Jebusehanon.
16 And Dauid reiside hise iyen, and siy the aungel of the Lord stondynge bitwixe heuene and erthe, and a drawun swerd in his hond, and turnede ayens Jerusalem. And bothe he and the grettere men in birthe weren clothid with heiris, and felden doun lowe on the erthe.
Ug giyahat ni David ang iyang mga mata, ug nakita ang manolonda ni Jehova nga nagatindog sa taliwala sa yuta ug sa langit, nga may usa ka inibut nga espada sa iyang kamot gibakyaw paingon sa Jerusalem. Unya si David ug ang mga anciano, nga nanagsul-ob sa panapton nga sako, mingyaub.
17 And Dauid seide to the Lord, Whether Y am not that comaundide that the puple schulde be noumbrid? Y it am that synnede, Y it am that dide yuel; what disseruid this floc? My Lord God, Y biseche, thin hond be turned `in to me, and `in to the hows of my fadir; but thi puple be not smytun.
Ug si David miingon sa Dios: Dili ba ako ang nagsugo sa katawohan nga pagaisipon? Ako gayud mao ang nakasala ug naghimo sa dautan: apan kining mga carnero, unsay ilang nohimo? Himoa nga ang imong kamot, ako nangaliyupo kanimo, Oh Jehova, akong Dios, nga mahibatok kanako ug sa balay sa akong amahan; apan dili batok sa imong katawohan, nga sila pagasakiton sa kamatay.
18 Forsothe an aungel of the Lord comaundide Gad, that he schulde seie to Dauid, `that he schulde stie, and bilde an auter to the Lord God in the cornfloor of Ornam Jebusei.
Unya ang manolonda ni Jehova nagsugo kang Gad sa pag-ingon kang David, nga si David motungas, ug magtukod sa usa ka halaran kang Jehova didto sa giukan ni Ornan ang Jebusehanon.
19 Therfor Dauid stiede bi the word of Gad, which he spak to hym bi the word of the Lord.
Ug si David mitungas sa pagpamulong ni Gad, nga iyang gipamulong sa ngalan ni Jehova.
20 Forsothe whanne Ornam hadde `biholde, and hadde seyn the aungel, and hise foure sones `with hym `hadde seyn, thei hidden hem, for in that tyme he threischide whete in the cornfloor.
Ug si Ornan milingi, ug nakakita sa manolonda; ug ang iyang upat ka anak nga lalake nga didto uban kaniya nanagtago sa ilang kaugalingon. Karon si Ornan nagagiuk sa trigo.
21 Therfor whanne Dauid cam to Ornam, Ornam bihelde Dauid, and yede forth fro the cornfloor ayens hym, and worschipide hym, lowli on the ground.
Ug sa miadto si David kang Ornan, si Ornan milantaw ug nakakita kang David, ug migula gikan sa giukan, ug miyukbo sa iyang kaugalingon sa atubangan ni David uban ang iyang nawong patumong sa yuta.
22 And Dauid seide to hym, Yyue the place of thi cornfloor to me, that Y bilde ther ynne an auter to the Lord; so that thou take as myche siluer as it is worth, and that the veniaunce ceesse fro the puple.
Unya si David miingon kang Ornan: Ihatag kanako ang dapit niining giukan, aron ako makatukod diha niana ug usa ka halaran kang Jehova sa igong bili ihatag mo kana kanako, aron ang kamatay hunongon gikan sa katawohan.
23 Forsothe Ornam seide to Dauid, Take thou, and my lord the kyng do what euer thing plesith hym; but also Y yyue oxis in to brent sacrifice, and instrumentis of tree, wherbi cornes ben throischun, in to trees, and wheete in to sacrifice; Y yyue alle thingis wilfully.
Ug si Ornan miingon kang David: Kuhaa kini alang kanimo, ug himoa nga ang akong ginoo nga hari magabuhat sa maayo diha sa iyang mga mata: Ania karon, ako magahatag kanimo sa mga vaca alang sa mga halad-nga-sinunog, ugang mga galamiton sa paggiuk alang sa sugnod, ug ang trigo alang sa halad-nga-kalan-on; ihatag ko kining tanan.
24 And `Dauid the kyng seide to hym, It schal not be don so, but Y schal yyue siluer as myche as it is worth; for Y owe not take awei fro thee, and offre so to the Lord brent sacrifices freli youun.
Ug si David nga hari miingon kang Ornan: Dili apan sa pagkamatuod paliton ko kini sa igo nga bili: kay dili ako magakuha niini nga imo alang kang Jehova, ni magahalad ako ug usa ka halad-nga-sinunog sa walay bayad.
25 Therfor Dauid yaf to Ornam for the place sixe hundrid siclis of gold of most iust weiyte.
Busa gihatag ni David kang Ornan alang sa dapit ang unom ka gatus ka siclo nga kabug-aton sa bulawan.
26 And he bildide there an auter to the Lord, and he offride brent sacrifice and pesible sacrifices, and he inwardli clepide God; and God herde hym in fier fro heuene on the auter of brent sacrifice.
Ug si David nagtukod didto ug usa ka halaran kang Jehova, ug naghalad sa mga halad-nga-sinunog ug sa mga halad-sa-pakigdait, ug misangpit kang Jehova; ug iyang gitubag siya pinaagi sa kalayo gikan sa langit sa ibabaw sa halaran sa halad-nga-sinunog.
27 And the Lord comaundide to the aungel, and he turnede his swerd in to the schethe.
Ug si Jehova nagsugo sa manolonda; ug iyang gisakub pag-usab ang iyang espada sa sakuban niana.
28 Therfor anoon Dauid siy, that the Lord hadde herd hym in the corn floor of Ornam Jebusey, and he offride there slayn sacrifices.
Niadtong panahona, sa diha nga si David nakakita nga si Jehova mitubag kaniya sa giukan ni Ornan ang Jebusehanon, unya siya naghalad didto.
29 Forsothe the tabernacle of the Lord, that Moyses hadde maad in the deseert, and the auter of brent sacrifices, was in that tempest in the hiy place of Gabaon;
Kay ang tabernaculo ni Jehova, nga gihimo ni Moises sa kamingawan, ug ang halaran sa halad-nga-sinunog, didto niadtong panahona sa hataas nga dapit sa Gabaon.
30 and Dauid myyte not go to the auter, to biseche God there, for he was aferd bi ful greet drede, seynge the swerd of the `aungel of the Lord.
Apan si David dili makaadto sa atubangan niana sa pagpangutana sa Dios; kay siya nahadlok tungod sa espada sa manolonda ni Jehova.
