Matthew 24
1 And as Jesus went out, and was departing from the temple, his disciples came to observe to Him the magnificent buildings.
੧ਯਿਸੂ ਹੈਕਲ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਿੱਕਲ ਕੇ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਚੇਲੇ ਉਸ ਕੋਲ ਆਏ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਹੈਕਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਖਾਲਣ।
2 But Jesus said unto them, Do ye see all these things? Verily I tell you, there shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be demolished.
੨ਪਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ, ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਵੇਖਦੇ? ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸੱਚ ਆਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਜੋ ਇੱਥੇ ਪੱਥਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਪੱਥਰ ਛੱਡਿਆ ਨਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਜੋ ਡੇਗਿਆ ਨਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
3 And when He was got to the mount of olives, the disciples came to Him in private and said, Tell us when these things shall be, and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world. (aiōn g165)
੩ਜਦ ਉਹ ਜ਼ੈਤੂਨ ਦੇ ਪਹਾੜ ਉੱਤੇ ਬੈਠਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਚੇਲੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਇਕਾਂਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਏ ਅਤੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ, ਸਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ ਜੋ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਦੋਂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਆਉਣ ਤੇ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਦਾ ਕੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ? (aiōn g165)
4 And Jesus answered them, See that no one deceive you:
੪ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਤਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਚੌਕਸ ਰਹੋ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਧੋਖਾ ਨਾ ਦੇਵੇ।
5 for many shall come in my name saying, I am the Christ, and shall deceive many.
੫ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਬਹੁਤ ਲੋਕ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਮ ਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਆਉਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਹਿਣਗੇ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਮਸੀਹ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਮਾ ਲੈਣਗੇ।
6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars, but be not troubled; for all these must indeed come to pass, but the end is not yet.
੬ਤੁਸੀਂ ਲੜਾਈਆਂ ਤੇ ਲੜਾਈਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਬਰਾਂ ਸੁਣੋਗੇ। ਸਾਵਧਾਨ! ਕਿਤੇ ਘਬਰਾ ਨਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਹੋਣੀਆਂ ਹੀ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਅਜੇ ਅੰਤ ਨਹੀਂ।
7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes in several places:
੭ਕੌਮ-ਕੌਮ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ-ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਥਾਂ-ਥਾਂ ਕਾਲ ਪੈਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਭੂਚਾਲ ਆਉਣਗੇ।
8 all which are but the beginning of sorrows.
੮ਪਰ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਪੀੜਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਰੰਭ ਹੈ।
9 Then shall they afflict you, and kill you; and ye shall be hated by all nations for my name:
੯ਤਦ ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਬਿਪਤਾ ਲਈ ਫੜਵਾ ਦੇਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦੇਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਵੈਰ ਰੱਖਣਗੀਆਂ।
10 and then will many take offense, and betray one another, and hate one another: and many false prophets will rise up and deceive many:
੧੦ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਲੋਕ ਠੋਕਰ ਖਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਫੜ੍ਹਵਾਉਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਨਾਲ ਵੈਰ ਰੱਖਣਗੇ।
11 and because iniquity shall abound,
੧੧ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਝੂਠੇ ਨਬੀ ਉੱਠਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਮਾ ਲੈਣਗੇ।
12 the love of many will grow cold.
੧੨ਅਤੇ ਕੁਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਵਧਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਹੁਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਠੰਡੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
13 But he that endures to the end, shall be saved:
੧੩ਪਰ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਅੰਤ ਤੱਕ ਸਹਿਣ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਉਹੀ ਬਚਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
14 and this gospel of the kingdom of heaven shall be preached in all the world, for a testimony to all the nations; and then shall the end come.
੧੪ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਖੁਸ਼ਖਬਰੀ ਦਾ ਪਰਚਾਰ ਸਾਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਜੋ ਸਭ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਗਵਾਹੀ ਹੋਵੇ, ਤਦ ਅੰਤ ਆਵੇਗਾ।
15 When therefore ye shall see the desolating abomination, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing at the holy place, (let him, that readeth, attend) then let those in Judea flee to the mountains:
੧੫ਉਪਰੰਤ ਜਦ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਉਜਾੜਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਘਿਣਾਉਣੀ ਚੀਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਦਾਨੀਏਲ ਨਬੀ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੜ੍ਹੀ ਵੇਖੋਗੇ (ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਸਮਝ ਲਵੇ)
16 let not him that is at the top of the house come down into it,
੧੬ਤਦ ਉਹ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਯਹੂਦਿਯਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣ ਪਹਾੜਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਭੱਜ ਜਾਣ।
17 to take any thing out of his house;
੧੭ਜਿਹੜਾ ਛੱਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੋਵੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸਮਾਨ ਲੈਣ ਨੂੰ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਨਾ ਉੱਤਰੇ।
18 nor let him that is in the field return back to take his clothes.
੧੮ਅਤੇ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਵੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਲੈਣ ਨੂੰ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਨਾ ਮੁੜੇ।
19 But wo to them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days.
੧੯ਪਰ ਅਫ਼ਸੋਸ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹੀਂ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਗਰਭਣੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੁੱਧ ਚੁੰਘਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਹੋਣ!
20 Pray that your flight be not in the winter, nor on the sabbath:
੨੦ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਕਰੋ ਜੋ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਭੱਜਣਾ ਸਿਆਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਂ ਸਬਤ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ।
21 for there shall be then great affliction, such as has not been from the beginning of the world unto this time, no, nor ever shall be.
੨੧ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਕਸ਼ਟ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜੋ ਜਗਤ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਢੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਨਾ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਕਦੇ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
22 And unless those days be shortened, no one would be saved; but for the sake of the elect those days shall be shortened.
੨੨ਅਤੇ ਜੇ ਉਹ ਦਿਨ ਘਟਾਏ ਨਾ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਤਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨਾ ਬਚਦਾ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਦਿਨ ਚੁਣਿਆਂ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਾਤਰ ਘਟਾਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
23 Then if any shall say to you, Behold here is the Messiah, or there; believe it not:
੨੩ਤਦ ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਖੇ, ਵੇਖੋ ਮਸੀਹ ਇੱਥੇ ਜਾਂ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਸੱਚ ਨਾ ਮੰਨਣਾ।
24 for there shall rise up false Christs, and false prophets, who shall shew great signs and prodigies, so as to deceive, if possible, even the elect.
੨੪ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਝੂਠੇ ਮਸੀਹ ਅਤੇ ਝੂਠੇ ਨਬੀ ਉੱਠਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਚਰਜ਼ ਕੰਮ ਵਿਖਾਉਣਗੇ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਚੁਣਿਆਂ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਭਰਮਾ ਲੈਣ।
25 Lo, I have told you before-hand: and therefore if they say to you,
੨੫ਵੇਖੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਦੱਸ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
26 Behold, he is in the desert, go not out: behold, he is the secret chambers, believe them not:
੨੬ਇਸ ਲਈ ਜੇ ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਖਣ, ਵੇਖੋ ਉਹ ਉਜਾੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਾ ਜਾਣਾ। ਵੇਖੋ ਮਸੀਹ ਅੰਦਰਲੀਆਂ ਕੋਠੜੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਸੱਚ ਨਾ ਮੰਨਣਾ।
27 for as the lightning cometh from the east, and flashes in an instant even to the west, so shall be the coming of the Son of man.
੨੭ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਦਿਓਂ ਚਮਕਾਰਾ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਲਹਿੰਦੇ ਤੱਕ ਦਿਸਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦਾ ਆਉਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
੨੮ਜਿੱਥੇ ਲੋਥ ਹੈ, ਉੱਥੇ ਗਿਰਝਾਂ ਇਕੱਠੀਆਂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।
29 And immediately after the affliction of those days, the fun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give it's light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
੨੯ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਸ਼ਟ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੂਰਜ ਝੱਟ ਹਨ੍ਹੇਰਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਦ ਆਪਣੀ ਚਾਨਣੀ ਨਾ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤਾਰੇ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਡਿੱਗ ਪੈਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆਂ ਹਿਲਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ।
30 and then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven, and then shall all the tribes of the land mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming as on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory:
੩੦ਤਦ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦਾ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਗਟ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤਦੋਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਛਾਤੀ ਪਿੱਟਣਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਦੇ ਬੱਦਲਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਵੇਖਣਗੀਆਂ।
31 and He will send forth his messengers with a trumpet of a loud voice, and they shall gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
੩੧ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਤੁਰ੍ਹੀ ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੂਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਚਾਰੇ ਪਾਸਿਓਂ ਚੌਹਾਂ ਕੂੰਟਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਦੇ ਉਸ ਸਿਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਸਿਰੇ ਤੱਕ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਚੁਣਿਆਂ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠਿਆਂ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
32 Now learn a parable from the fig-tree: when it's branch is tender and bringeth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh;
੩੨ਫੇਰ ਹੰਜ਼ੀਰ ਦੇ ਦਰਖ਼ਤ ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਂਤ ਸਿੱਖੋ। ਜਦ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਟਹਿਣੀ ਨਰਮ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੱਤੇ ਫੁੱਟਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਦ ਸਮਝ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਗਰਮੀ ਦੀ ਰੁੱਤ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੈ।
33 so ye also, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near even at the doors.
੩੩ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵੀ ਜਦ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਵੇਖੋ ਤਾਂ ਜਾਣ ਲਓ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਨੇੜੇ ਸਗੋਂ ਬੂਹੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੈ।
34 Verily I tell you, this generation shall not pass away, till all these be fulfilled.
੩੪ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸੱਚ ਆਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਜਦ ਤੱਕ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨਾ ਹੋ ਲੈਣ, ਇਸ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
੩੫ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਟਲ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਪਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਕਦੀ ਨਾ ਟਲਣਗੇ।
36 But of THAT day and hour knoweth no one, not even the angels of heaven, but my Father only:
੩੬ਪਰ ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ, ਨਾ ਸਵਰਗ ਦੇ ਦੂਤ ਨਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਪਰ ਕੇਵਲ ਪਿਤਾ।
37 for as the days of Noah were, so shall be also the coming of the Son of man;
੩੭ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂਹ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਸਨ, ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦਾ ਆਉਣਾ ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
38 for as in the days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, till the day that Noah entered into the ark,
੩੮ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਰਲੋ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕ ਖਾਂਦੇ-ਪੀਂਦੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਕਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਾਉਂਦੇ ਸਨ, ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਤੱਕ ਜਦ ਤੱਕ ਨੂਹ ਕਿਸ਼ਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਿਆ।
39 and knew not of it till the deluge came and took them all away; so shall be also the coming of the Son of man.
੩੯ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਸਨ ਜਦ ਤੱਕ ਪਰਲੋ ਨਾ ਆਈ ਅਤੇ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਲੈ ਗਈ, ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦਾ ਆਉਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
40 Then there shall be two in the field, the one shall be taken and the other left:
੪੦ਤਦ ਦੋ ਜਣੇ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣਗੇ, ਇੱਕ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਛੱਡਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
41 and two women grinding at the mill, one taken and one left.
੪੧ਦੋ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਚੱਕੀ ਪੀਂਹਦੀਆਂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ, ਇੱਕ ਲੈ ਲਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਛੱਡੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
42 Watch therefore, for ye know not at what hour your Lord cometh:
੪੨ਸੋ ਜਾਗਦੇ ਰਹੋ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਜੋ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਕਿਹੜੇ ਦਿਨ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
43 but this ye know, that if the master of the house had known at what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broke open: therefore be ye also ready;
੪੩ਪਰ ਇਹ ਜਾਣੋ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਕਿ ਚੋਰ ਕਿਸ ਪਹਿਰ ਆਵੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਜਾਗਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਚੋਰੀ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਦਿੰਦਾ।
44 for the Son of man cometh at a time that ye think not of.
੪੪ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵੀ ਤਿਆਰ ਰਹੋ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਖਿਆਲ ਵੀ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ, ਉਸੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
45 Who then is the faithful and prudent servant, whom his lord hath set over his family to give them food in due season?
੪੫ਉਪਰੰਤ ਉਹ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਨ ਨੌਕਰ ਕੌਣ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਲਕ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਨੌਕਰਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਵੇਲੇ ਸਿਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੋਜਨ ਦੇਵੇ?
46 blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so employed:
੪੬ਧੰਨ ਉਹ ਨੌਕਰ ਜਿਹ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਜਦ ਆਵੇ, ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਵੇਖੇ।
47 verily I tell you, that he will set him over his whole estate.
੪੭ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸੱਚ ਆਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਾਲ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਠਹਿਰਾਵੇਗਾ।
48 But if that servant be wicked and say in his heart, my master delayeth his coming,
੪੮ਪਰ ਜੇ ਉਹ ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਨੌਕਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਖੇ, ਜੋ ਮੇਰਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਚਿਰ ਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ
49 and begin to beat his fellow-servants, and to revel with drunkards:
੪੯ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਦੇ ਨੌਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਲੱਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਾਬੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਖਾਏ ਪੀਏ।
50 the lord of that servant will come in a day when he doth not expect him, and in an hour which he knows not,
੫੦ਤਾਂ ਜਿਸ ਦਿਨ ਉਹ ਉਡੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਘੜੀ ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ, ਉਸ ਨੌਕਰ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਆਵੇਗਾ।
51 and will cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with hypocrites: where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
੫੧ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਦੋ ਟੁੱਕੜੇ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਪਟੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਠਹਿਰਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉੱਥੇ ਰੋਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਚੀਚੀਆਂ ਵੱਟਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
