John 15
1 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman:
Keima lengpi gui kahi, chule kapa hi alhoungim hon neipa ahi.
2 every branch in me that beareth not fruit He taketh away, and every one that beareth fruit, He purgeth, that it may bear more fruit.
Chuleh keiya um abah aga lou ho chu aman apaidoh ji; chuleh aga chengse chu ahaga chehna dingin amal ngim jin ahi.
3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
Kathusei vanga chu nangho angimsa nahi tauve.
4 Abide therefore in me, and I will abide in you: for as the branch cannot bear fruit of it self, unless it abide in the vine; so neither can ye, except ye abide in me.
Chuleh nangho keiya umjingun, keijong nanghoa um inge, abah lengpi guia aumlou le achanga agathei lou banga chu nang ho jong keiya naum lou u le naga theilou dingu ahi.
5 I am the vine, ye are the branches; he that abideth in me, and I in him, beareth much fruit: but without me ye can do nothing.
Henge, keima hi lengpigui chu kahi, nangho abah nahiuve. Keiya umho chule keiman jong kaumpi jouse chun ga tamtah ahin sosah dingu ahi. Ajeh chu keima louvin nanghon imacha nabol thei pouve.
6 If any one abide not in me, he is cast out as a useless branch and withereth: and they gather them up, and throw them into the fire, and they are burnt.
Mi keiya umlou chu pannabei abah bangin paidoh-in aumjin, chuleh agop jin chuleh achom khomun meikong sungah asep lut jiuvin ahile akavam jitai.
7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask what ye will, and it shall be granted you.
Ahin nangho keima a naum jinguva, chuleh keima thucheng ho nangho a aumle, nanghon nangai chat chan'u nathum thei'u ahi; chuleh naki bolpeh dingu ahi.
8 Herein is my father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; and so shall ye be my disciples.
Nanghon theiga tamtah napunsah teng'ule keima seijui dihtah nahiuve, hiche jeh'a chu Pa choiat na um ding ahi.
9 As the Father hath loved me, and I have loved you, continue in my love:
Pan keima eingailut bang banga keiman jong nang ho ka-ngailut nahiuve, hijeh chun kangailutna a hin umjingun.
10 and if ye keep my commandments ye will continue in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and continue in his love.
Nanghon keima thupeh napom tengule keima ngailut na'a um nahi tauve; chule keiman jong hitobanga Pa thupeh kanit jing jeh'a, ama ngailut na a umjing kahi.
11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy in you may continue, and that your joy may be full.
Kakipana nangho a aum jingna ding le naki panau acham kimna dinga thu hicheng hi najah uva kana sei ahi.
12 This is my commandment, that ye love one another, as I have loved you.
Hiche hi keima thupeh ahi, “Keiman nangho kangailut bangin, nangho jong khat le khat kingailu tocheh in um'un.
13 Greater love hath no one than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends:
Min ajol agol dinga ahinna apeh sanga ngailut chungnungjo koiman aneipoi.
14 and ye are my friends, if ye do what I command you.
Kathu peh ngai ho chu kaloi ahi.
15 I no longer stile you servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doth: but I have called you friends; for whatsoever I have heard from my Father, I have made known to you.
Keiman nangho soh kati lou ding nahi tauve, ajeh chu soh in apupa thilbol ahepoi; tua nangho hi kaloi ngaitah nahiuve, ajeh chu Pan keima eihetsah jouse nangho kasei peh nahi tauve.
16 Ye did not first choose me, but I chose you, and have appointed you to go forth, and bear fruit, and that your fruit should be lasting: that whatsoever ye ask the Father in my name, He may give it you.
Nang hon keima neilhenu ahipoi, keima joh-in nangho kalhen doh a nacheuva haga nagauva chuleh nagau aumna dinga kapansah nahiuve. Ipi hijongle nagot chanu kamin a Pa henga nathumu chu aman napeh theina dingun,
17 These commands I give you, that ye should love one another.
Hiche hi keima thupeh ahi, nangho khat le khat kingailu tocheh'un,” ati.
18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me first.
Chule vannoiyin nahin vetda tengule geldoh un keima ei vetda masat'u ahi.
19 If ye were of the world, the world would love its own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
Nangho vannoiya hileu chun vannoiyin ama a chu angailut ding ahin; tunla nangho vannoiya nahi lou u, vannoiya kona keiman kalhen doh nahiuvin, hiche jeh a chu vannoiyin nahot'u ahi.
20 Remember what I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you: if they have observed my word, they will also observe yours.
Chuleh najah uva kathusei hi, “Soh apakai sangin achungnungjo poi,” kati chu geldoh-un. Amahon kei eibolseuva chu nang ho nabolset dingu ahi; kathu nit leu nang ho thujong anit dingu ahi.
21 But all these things will they do unto you, on my account, because they know not Him that sent me.
Amahon keima jeh'a hiche ho jouse hi abolsoh diu ahi, ajeh chu amahon eisolpa ahet lou jeh'u ahi.
22 If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no excuse for their sin.
Keiman kana seidoh lou hile amaho hi themmo chang pouvinte. Ahinla tun amahon achonset nau jeh chun thuphat bolthei pouvinte.
23 He that hateth me, hateth my Father also.
Koi hi jongleh keima eidoudal'a chun Kapa jong adoudal ding ahi.
24 If I had not done among them such works as no other ever did, they had not comparatively had sin: but now they have both seen, and hated, both me and my Father.
Keiman alah uva mi koima dangin abol khah lou thil kabol lou hile chonset aneilou dingu ahin; tuvang'in amahon keima le Ka-Pa kakop lhonin eimu tauvin, ho jong eihotauve.
25 But thus it is that the word might be fulfilled, which is written in their law, they hated me without a cause.
Hiche hin Pathen lekhabuho a kisei, “Amahon ajeh beiyin eidoudal ui” kiti chu aguilhunsah ahi.
26 But when the comforter is come, whom I will send to you from the Father, (even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, ) He shall testify of me.
Amavang keiman thumopthem–thutah Lhagao, chu kahin solding ahi. Pa Pathen a kona hung ding ama chun keima thudol aphondoh ding ahi.
27 And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.
Chule nanghon jong atil'a pat kaumpi jing nahi jeh-uva chu kathu hettohsah a napan dingu ahi.
