1 Corinthians 1

1 Paul, called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother, to the church of God which is in Corinth,

لە پۆڵس، ‏بانگکراو لەسەر خواستی خودا، تاکو ببێت بە نێردراوی عیسای مەسیح، هەروەها لە سۆستانیسی برامانەوە،

2 even to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, and called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is both their Lord and ours;

بۆ کڵێسای خودا لە شاری کۆرنسۆس، ئەوانەی بە یەکبوون لەگەڵ عیسای مەسیح پیرۆزکراون و بانگکراون بۆ پیرۆزبوون، لەگەڵ ئەوانەی لە هەموو شوێنێکدا بە ناوی عیسای مەسیحی خاوەن شکۆمانەوە نزا دەکەن، کە گەورەی ئێمە و ئەوانیشە:

3 grace and peace be to you from God our Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ.

با نیعمەت و ئاشتی لە خودای باوکمان و عیسای مەسیحی خاوەن شکۆوە لەگەڵتان بێت.

4 I always give thanks unto my God, on your account, for the grace of God bestowed on you in Christ Jesus; that ye are enriched by Him with every gift,

بەهۆی ئێوەوە هەمیشە سوپاسی خودام دەکەم، بۆ ئەو نیعمەتەی خودا کە بەهۆی عیسای مەسیحەوە پێتان دراوە.

5 in all utterance and knowledge;

بە یەکبوون لەگەڵ ئەودا لە هەموو بوارێکەوە دەوڵەمەند بوون، لە هەموو وتە و زانینێک.

6 (even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed among you; )

خودا بەو شێوەیە شایەتی ئێمە بۆ مەسیح لە ئێوەدا دەچەسپێنێت.

7 so that ye are deficient in no gift, expecting the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ:

بۆیە لە هیچ بەهرەیەک کەموکوڕیتان نییە، لە کاتێکدا بە پەرۆشەوە چاوەڕوانی دەرکەوتنی عیسای مەسیحی پەروەردگارمانن.

8 who will also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ;

ئەو هەتا کۆتایی دەتانچەسپێنێت، تاکو لە ڕۆژی عیسای مەسیحی پەروەردگارماندا بێ گلەیی بن.

9 for God is faithful by whom ye were called into the communion of his son Jesus Christ our Lord.

خودا بەوەفایە، ئەوەی بانگی کردن بۆ پێکەوە ژیان لەگەڵ کوڕەکەی، عیسای مەسیحی خاوەن شکۆمان.

10 Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye would all say alike, and that there may be no schisms among you, but that ye be perfectly united in the same mind and in the same judgement.

ئەی خوشکان و برایان، بە ناوی عیسای مەسیحی خاوەن شکۆمان لێتان دەپاڕێمەوە کە هەمووتان یەک هەڵوێست بن، دووبەرەکی لەنێوانتاندا نەبێت، بەڵکو هەمووتان یەک بیر و ڕاتان هەبێت.

11 For I have been informed concerning you, my brethren, by some of Chloe's family, that there are contentions among you.

خوشک و برایانم، ماڵی خلۆیی هەواڵیان دامێ کە ناکۆکی لەنێوانتاندا هەیە.

12 I mean, that each of you saith, as if of different parties, I am of Paul, and I of Apollos, I of Cephas, and I of Christ.

مەبەستم ئەمەیە: یەکێکتان دەڵێت: «من هی پۆڵسم»، یەکێکی دیکە: «من هی ئەپۆلۆسم»، یان «من هی پەترۆسم»، یان «من هی مەسیحم.»

13 Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized into the name of Paul?

ئایا مەسیح بەشکراوە؟ یان پۆڵس لە پێناوتاندا لە خاچ دراوە؟ یان بە ناوی پۆڵس لە ئاو هەڵکێشران؟

14 I thank God that I baptized none of you, except Crispus and Gaius:

سوپاس بۆ خودا کەستانم لە ئاو هەڵنەکێشا، کریسپۆس و گایۆس نەبێت،

15 so that no one can say I baptized in my own name.

نەوەک یەکێک بڵێت بە ناوی منەوە لە ئاو هەڵکێشراوە.

16 I also baptized indeed the family of Stephanas: but I know not whether I baptized any other.

هەروەها ستیفاناس و خاووخێزانەکەیم لە ئاو هەڵکێشاوە، جگە لەمانە نازانم کەسی دیکەم لە ئاو هەڵکێشابێت،

17 For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not in fine speech, least the cross of Christ should be made of no effect.

چونکە مەسیح نەیناردووم بۆ لەئاوهەڵکێشان، بەڵکو بۆ مزگێنیدان، ئەمەش نەک بە دانایی و قسەی زیرەکانە، نەوەک هێزی خاچی مەسیح پووچەڵ بێتەوە.

18 For the doctrine of the cross is to them, that perish, foolishness: but to us, who are saved, it is the power of God.

پەیامی خاچ بۆ لەناوچووان گێلایەتییە، بەڵام بۆ ئێمەی ڕزگاربووان هێزی خودایە.

19 For it is written, "I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent."

لەبەر ئەوەی نووسراوە: [دانایی داناکان لەناودەبەم، تێگەیشتنی تێگەیشتووان بەلاوە دەنێم.]

20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputant of the age? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? (aiōn g165)

کوا دانا؟ کوا مامۆستای تەورات؟ کوا کەسی بە دەموزاری ئەم دنیایە؟ ئایا خودا دانایی ئەم جیهانەی نەکردووەتە گێلایەتی؟ (aiōn g165)

21 For, since in the wisdom of God the world by it's wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by what they called the folly of preaching to save those that believe.

خودا بە دانایی خۆی، مەبەستی بوو کە خەڵک بیناسێت، نەک لە ڕێگەی دانایی جیهانەوە، بەڵکو خودا ویستی لە ڕێگەی مزگێنییەوە باوەڕداران ڕزگار بکات، ئەو مزگێنییەی خەڵکانێک بە گێلایەتی دەزانن.

22 And whereas the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks look for wisdom, we preach Christ crucified;

جولەکە داوای نیشانە دەکەن و یۆنانی هەوڵی دانایی دەدەن،

23 to the Jews indeed a stumbling-block, and to the Greeks foolishness; but to them that are called,

بەڵام ئێمە مەسیحی لەخاچدراو جاڕدەدەین، بۆ جولەکە کۆسپە و بۆ نەتەوەکان گێلایەتییە،

24 both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.

بەڵام بۆ بانگکراوان، جولەکە و ناجولەکە، مەسیح هێز و دانایی خودایە،

25 Because the foolishness of God, as they call it, is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

چونکە گێلایەتیی خودا لە دانایی مرۆڤ داناترە و لاوازیی خودا لە بەهێزیی مرۆڤ بەهێزترە.

26 For ye see by your calling, brethren, that not many wise men according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble are called:

ئەی خوشک و برایان، بیربکەنەوە چۆن بوون کاتێک خودا بانگی کردن. بەپێی پێوانە مرۆییەکان کەمتان دانا بوون، هەروەها کەم کەستان توانادار و لە بنەماڵەی ناودار بوون.

27 but God hath chosen things that are foolish in the eye of the world to put it's wise men to confusion; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the mighty;

بەڵام خودا ئەوانەی هەڵبژارد کە بەلای جیهانەوە گێلن، تاکو داناکان شەرمەزار بن، لاوازەکانی هەڵبژارد تاکو بەهێزەکان شەرمەزار بن.

28 and things in the opinion of the world ignoble, and despicable, and accounted as nothing, hath God chosen, to abolish things that are in esteem among men;

خودا پایەنزمەکانی جیهان و ڕق لێبووەوە و ئەوانەی هەڵبژارد کە هیچ نەبوون، تاکو ئەوانە لەناوببات کە خۆیان بە شت دەزانن،

29 that no flesh may glory in his presence.

بۆ ئەوەی هیچ مرۆڤێک لەبەردەم خودا شانازی نەکات.

30 But ye are of Him in Christ Jesus, who from God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:

بەڵام ئێوە بەهۆی خوداوە لەگەڵ عیسای مەسیحدا بوونە یەک، کە خودا بۆ ئێمەی کرد بە دانایی و ڕاستودروستی و پیرۆزکردن و کڕینەوە،

31 that, as it is written, He that glorieth may glory in the Lord.

تاکو وەک ئەوەی نووسراوە: [ئەوەی شانازی دەکات، با شانازی بە یەزدانەوە بکات.]
