< Psalms 69 >

1 For the Chief Musician. To the tune of “Lilies.” By David. Save me, God, for the waters have come up to my neck!
Abụ Ọma dịrị onyeisi abụ. Eji olu abụ “Okoko Lili.” Abụ Devid. O Chineke, zọpụta m, nʼihi na mmiri abịaruola m nʼolu.
2 I sink in deep mire, where there is no foothold. I have come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me.
Ana m emikpu nʼụrụrọ ebe dị omimi, e nwekwaghị ebe ịzọkwasị ụkwụ dị. Abịala m nʼebe mmiri dị omimi; uju mmiri na-achọkwa ikpuchigide m.
3 I am weary with my crying. My throat is dry. My eyes fail looking for my God.
Akpịrị akpọọla m nkụ; ike agwụla m ebe m na-akpọ oku maka enyemaka. Anya m agbaala ọchịchịrị ebe m na-ele anya Chineke.
4 Those who hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of my head. Those who want to cut me off, being my enemies wrongfully, are mighty. I have to restore what I didn’t take away.
Ndị kpọrọ m asị nʼefu dị ukwuu karịa agịrị isi dị m nʼisi. Ndị na-achọ ịla ndụ m nʼiyi dị ukwuu, bụ ndị họọrọ ịbụ ndị iro m, mgbe ọ na-adịghị ihe ọbụla m mere ha. Ha nọgidesịrị m ike mee ka m nyeghachi ihe m na-ezughị nʼohi.
5 God, you know my foolishness. My sins aren’t hidden from you.
Gị, Chineke, ị maara enweghị uche m niile; ikpe ọmụma m abụghị ihe zoro ezo nʼihu gị.
6 Don’t let those who wait for you be shamed through me, Lord GOD of Hosts. Don’t let those who seek you be brought to dishonor through me, God of Israel.
Ekwela ka ihere mee ndị na-atụkwasị gị obi nʼihi m, O Onyenwe m, Onyenwe anyị, Onye pụrụ ime ihe niile; ka ndị na-achọ gị ghara ịbụ ndị a ga-eme ihe ihere nʼihi m, O Chineke nke Izrel.
7 Because for your sake, I have borne reproach. Shame has covered my face.
Ọ bụ nʼihi gị ka m na-anagide ịkwa emo, ihere ekpuchiela m ihu.
8 I have become a stranger to my brothers, an alien to my mother’s children.
Abụ m ọbịa nʼebe ụmụnna m nọ, nʼebe ụmụnne nọ, abụ m onye mba ọzọ.
9 For the zeal of your house consumes me. The reproaches of those who reproach you have fallen on me.
Nʼihi na ihe gbasara ụlọ gị na-anụ m ọkụ nʼobi, ịta ụta niile nke ndị na-akparị gị adakwasịla m.
10 When I wept and I fasted, that was to my reproach.
Mgbe m na-ebe akwa na-ebukwa ọnụ, ha kparịrị m nʼihi na m na-eme nke a.
11 When I made sackcloth my clothing, I became a byword to them.
Mgbe m yikwasịrị uwe iru ụjụ m, a ghọrọ m ihe ha ji eme ihe ọchị.
12 Those who sit in the gate talk about me. I am the song of the drunkards.
Ndị na-anọ ọnọdụ ala nʼọnụ ụzọ ama, na-akwa m emo, na-akọ m ọnụ, abụ m isi abụ nke ndị na-aṅụbiga mmanya oke na-abụ.
13 But as for me, my prayer is to you, LORD, in an acceptable time. God, in the abundance of your loving kindness, answer me in the truth of your salvation.
O Onyenwe anyị, ana m akpọku gị nʼekpere, nʼoge ihuọma gị; na oke ịhụnanya gị, O Chineke m, zaa m nʼeziokwu nke nzọpụta gị.
14 Deliver me out of the mire, and don’t let me sink. Let me be delivered from those who hate me, and out of the deep waters.
Dọpụta m site nʼụrụrọ, ekwela ka m mikpuo; zọpụta m site nʼaka ndị kpọrọ m asị, site na mmiri miri emi.
15 Don’t let the flood waters overwhelm me, neither let the deep swallow me up. Don’t let the pit shut its mouth on me.
Ekwela ka uju mmiri kpuchie m, maọbụ ka ebe dị omimi loda m, ma ọ bụkwanụ ka olulu lomie m, kpuchie m nʼime ọnụ ya.
16 Answer me, LORD, for your loving kindness is good. According to the multitude of your tender mercies, turn to me.
O Onyenwe anyị, zaa m, site nʼịdị mma nke ịhụnanya gị, nʼime ịdị ukwuu nke oke ebere gị, chee m ihu.
17 Don’t hide your face from your servant, for I am in distress. Answer me speedily!
Ezonarịla mụ bụ ohu gị ihu gị. Anọ m na nsogbu, mee ngwangwa zaa m!
18 Draw near to my soul and redeem it. Ransom me because of my enemies.
Bịa m nso zọpụta m. Gbapụta m site nʼaka ndị iro m.
19 You know my reproach, my shame, and my dishonor. My adversaries are all before you.
Ị maara ihe niile banyere ihe ọchị ha ji m mee, mweda nʼala m na ihe ihere: ndị iro m niile nọkwa gị nʼihu.
20 Reproach has broken my heart, and I am full of heaviness. I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; for comforters, but I found none.
Ọchị ha na-achị m etiwaala m obi, ma hapụ m nʼọnọdụ enweghị inyeaka. Elere m anya onye ga-emere m ebere, ma ọ dịghị onye ọbụla m hụrụ; lee anya ndị ga-akasị m obi, ma ọ dịkwaghị onye m chọtara.
21 They also gave me poison for my food. In my thirst, they gave me vinegar to drink.
Ha tinyere oluilu nʼime nri m, nyekwa m mmanya gbara ụka ka m ṅụọ.
22 Let their table before them become a snare. May it become a retribution and a trap.
Ka tebul e debere nʼihu ha ghọrọ ha ọnya; ka ọ bụrụ ha ihe ịbọ ọbọ mgbe ha nọ nʼudo ya ghọrọ ha ọnya igbudu.
23 Let their eyes be darkened, so that they can’t see. Let their backs be continually bent.
Ka anya ha gbaa ọchịchịrị, ka ha gharakwa ịhụ ụzọ ọzọ, mekwa ka ụkwụ ha na-ama jijiji mgbe niile.
24 Pour out your indignation on them. Let the fierceness of your anger overtake them.
Wụkwasị ha oke iwe gị, ka iwe gị dị ọkụ zute ha.
25 Let their habitation be desolate. Let no one dwell in their tents.
Ka ebe obibi ha tọgbọrọ nʼefu, ka mmadụ ọbụla gharakwa ibi nʼime ụlọ ikwu ha.
26 For they persecute him whom you have wounded. They tell of the sorrow of those whom you have hurt.
Ha na-akpagbu ndị ahụ i merụrụ ahụ, na-ekwukwa banyere ihe mgbu ndị ahụ i kwohịara ahụ.
27 Charge them with crime upon crime. Don’t let them come into your righteousness.
Boo ha ebubo ajọ omume tụkwasị nʼelu ajọ omume, ekwekwala ka ha keta oke na ezi omume gị.
28 Let them be blotted out of the book of life, and not be written with the righteous.
Mee ka e hichapụ aha ha site nʼakwụkwọ nke ndụ, ka a hapụ idekọta aha ha na nke ndị ezi omume.
29 But I am in pain and distress. Let your salvation, God, protect me.
Anọ m nʼụfụ na ihe mgbu, O Chineke, mee ka nzọpụta gị kpuchie m.
30 I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.
Aga m eji ịbụ abụ too aha Chineke, jirikwa ekele bulie ya elu.
31 It will please the LORD better than an ox, or a bull that has horns and hoofs.
Nke a ga-atọ Onyenwe anyị ụtọ karịa oke ehi, karịa oke ehi, nke mpi ya na ụkwụ ya ka dị.
32 The humble have seen it, and are glad. You who seek after God, let your heart live.
Ndị ogbenye ga-ahụ ya ma ṅụrịakwa ọṅụ; unu ndị na-achọ Chineke, ka obi unu na-adị ndụ.
33 For the LORD hears the needy, and doesn’t despise his captive people.
Onyenwe anyị na-anụ ekpere ndị nọ na mkpa, ọ naghị eledakwa ndị ya a dọtara nʼagha anya.
34 Let heaven and earth praise him; the seas, and everything that moves therein!
Ka eluigwe na ụwa too ya, osimiri niile na ihe niile bi nʼime ha.
35 For God will save Zion, and build the cities of Judah. They shall settle there, and own it.
Nʼihi na Chineke ga-azọpụta Zayọn; ọ ga-ewugharị obodo niile nke Juda. Mgbe ahụ, ndị mmadụ ga-ebi nʼime ya, mee ya ihe nweta ha.
36 The children also of his servants shall inherit it. Those who love his name shall dwell therein.
