Acts 1
1 The first book I wrote, Theophilus, concerned all that Yeshua began both to do and to teach,
Първата повест, написах, о Теофиле, за всичко що Исус вършеше и учеше, откак почна
2 until the day in which he was received up, after he had given commandment through the Holy Spirit to the emissaries whom he had chosen.
до деня, когато се възнесе, след като даде чрез Светия Дух заповеди на апостолите, които беше избрал;
3 To these he also showed himself alive after he suffered, by many proofs, appearing to them over a period of forty days and speaking about God’s Kingdom.
на които и представи себе си жив след страданието си с много верни доказателства, като им се явяваше през четиридесет дена и им говореше за Божието царство.
4 Being assembled together with them, he commanded them, “Don’t depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which you heard from me.
И като се събираше с тях, заръча им да не напускат Ерусалим, но да чакат обещаното от Отца, за което, каза той, чухте от мене.
5 For Yochanan indeed immersed in water, but you will be immersed in the Holy Spirit not many days from now.”
Защото Йоан е кръщавал с вода; а вие ще бъдете кръстени със Светия Дух не след много дни.
6 Therefore, when they had come together, they asked him, “Lord, are you now restoring the kingdom to Israel?”
И тъй, веднъж, като се събраха, те го питаха, казвайки: Господи, сега ли, ще възвърнеш на Израиля царството?
7 He said to them, “It isn’t for you to know times or seasons which the Father has set within his own authority.
А той рече: Не с за вас да знаете години или времена, които Отец е положил в собствената си власт.
8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth.”
Но ще приемете сила, когато дойде върху вас Светият Дух, и ще бъдете свидетели за мене както в Ерусалим, тъй и в цяла Юдея и Самария, и до края на земята;
9 When he had said these things, as they were looking, he was taken up, and a cloud received him out of their sight.
И като изрече това, и те го гледаха, той се възнесе, и облак го прие от погледа им.
10 While they were looking steadfastly into the sky as he went, behold, two men stood by them in white clothing,
И като се взираха към небето, когато възлизаше, ето, двама човека в бели дрехи застанаха при тях,
11 who also said, “You men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky? This Yeshua, who was received up from you into the sky, will come back in the same way as you saw him going into the sky.”
които и рекоха: Галилеяни, защо стоите та гледате към небето тоя Исус, който се възнесе от вас на небето, така ще дойде както го видяхте да отива на небето.
12 Then they returned to Jerusalem from the mountain called Olivet, which is near Jerusalem, a Sabbath day’s journey away.
Тогава те се върнаха в Ерусалим от хълма, наречен Елеонски, който е близо до Ерусалим, на разстояние един съботен ден път.
13 When they had come in, they went up into the upper room where they were staying, that is Peter, Yochanan, Jacob, Andrew, Philip, Thomas, Bartholomew, Matthew, Jacob the son of Halfai, Simon the Zealot, and Judah the son of Jacob.
И когато влязоха в града, качиха се в Горната стая, дето живееха Петър и Йоан, Яков и Андрей: Филип и Тома, Вартоломей и Матей, Яков Алфеев и Симон Зилот, и Юда Яковов.
14 All these with one accord continued steadfastly in prayer and supplication, along with the women and Miriam the mother of Yeshua, and with his brothers.
Всички тия единодушно бяха в постоянна молитва, [и моление], с някои жени и Мария, майката на Исуса, и с братята му.
15 In these days, Peter stood up in the middle of the disciples (and the number of names was about one hundred twenty), and said,
През тия дни Петър стана посред братята, (а имаше събрано множество около сто и двадесет души), и рече:
16 “Brothers, it was necessary that this Scripture should be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit spoke before by the mouth of David concerning Judah, who was guide to those who took Yeshua.
Братя, трябваше да се изпълни написаното, което Светият Дух предсказа чрез Давидовите уста за Юда, който стана водител на тия, които хванаха Исуса.
17 For he was counted with us, and received his portion in this ministry.
Защото той се числеше между нас, и получи дял в това служение.
18 Now this man obtained a field with the reward for his wickedness; and falling headlong, his body burst open and all his intestines gushed out.
Той, прочее, придоби нива от заплатата на своята неправда; и като падна стремглав, пукна се през сред, и всичките му черва изтекоха.
19 It became known to everyone who lived in Jerusalem that in their language that field was called ‘Hakel-Dema,’ that is, ‘The field of blood.’
И това стана известно на всичките Ерусалимски жители, така щото тая нива се наименува по езика им Акелдама, сиреч, кръвната нива.
20 For it is written in the scroll of Psalms, ‘Let his habitation be made desolate. Let no one dwell in it;’ and, ‘Let another take his office.’
Защото е писано в книгата на Псалмите: - "Жилището му да запустее, И да няма кой да живее в него; "Друг нека вземе чина му".
21 “Of the men therefore who have accompanied us all the time that the Lord Yeshua went in and out among us,
И тъй, от човеците, които дружеха с нас през всичкото време, когато Господ Исус влизаше и излизаше м е ж д у нас,
22 beginning from the immersion of Yochanan to the day that he was received up from us, of these one must become a witness with us of his resurrection.”
като почна от времето, когато Йоан кръщаваше и следва до деня, когато се възнесе от нас, един от тях трябва да стане свидетел с нас на възкресението му.
23 They put forward two: Joseph called Barsabbas, who was also called Justus, and Matthiah.
И така, поставиха сред двама, Йосифа наречен Варсава, чието презиме бе Юст, и Матия.
24 They prayed and said, “You, Lord, who know the hearts of all men, show which one of these two you have chosen
И помолиха се, казвайки: Ти, Господи, сърцеведче на всички, покажи оногова от тия двама, когото си избрал
25 to take part in this ministry and office of emissary from which Judah fell away, that he might go to his own place.”
да вземе мястото в това служение и апостолството, от което отстъпи Юда, за да отиде на своето място.
26 They drew lots for them, and the lot fell on Matthiah; and he was counted with the Eleven emissaries.
И хвърлиха жребие за тях, и жребието падна на Матия; и той се причисли към единадесетте апостоли.
