2 Corinthians 13
1 This is the third time I am coming to you. “At the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.”
Ani kanaan walitti siʼa sadaffaa gara keessan dhufuu koo ti. “Dubbiin hundinuu dhuga baatota lamaan yookaan sadiin mirkaneeffamuu qaba.”
2 I have warned previously, and I warn again, as when I was present the second time, so now, being absent, I write to those who have sinned before now and to all the rest that if I come again, I will not spare,
Ani duraanuu yommuun siʼa lammaffaa isin bira turetti isin akeekkachiiseera. Amma illee fagoo taaʼee isuma irra nan deebiʼa; ani yeroon deebiʼee dhufutti warra kanaan dura cubbuu hojjetaniifis taʼu warra kaan hundaaf garaa hin laafu;
3 seeing that you seek a proof of Messiah who speaks in me who is not weak, but is powerful in you.
kunis isin akka Kiristoos karaa kootiin dubbatu ragaa waan barbaaddaniif. Inni isin gidduutti cimaadha malee waaʼee keessan irratti dadhabaa miti.
4 For he was crucified through weakness, yet he lives through the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we will live with him through the power of God toward you.
Inni dadhabbiidhaan fannifamu iyyuu, humna Waaqaatiin garuu ni jiraata. Nus akkasuma isatti dadhabdoota; taʼus isin tajaajiluuf humna Waaqaatiin isa wajjin ni jiraanna.
5 Examine your own selves, whether you are in the faith. Test your own selves. Or don’t you know about your own selves, that Yeshua the Messiah is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified.
Isin amantiidhaan jiraachuu fi jiraachuu baachuu keessan beekuuf of qoraa; of ilaalaas. Dhugumaan isin yoo qormaaticha kuftan malee akka Yesuus Kiristoos isin keessa jiru hin beektanii?
6 But I hope that you will know that we aren’t disqualified.
Anis akka nu qormaaticha hin kufin isin akka hubattan nan amana.
7 Now I pray to God that you do no evil; not that we may appear approved, but that you may do that which is honorable, though we may seem to have failed.
Nu ammas akka isin waan hamaa tokko illee hin hojjenneef Waaqa kadhanna. Kunis nu yoo waan qormaata kufne fakkaanne illee akka isin waan qajeelaa hojjettaniif malee akka namoonni qormaaticha keessatti cimnee dhaabachuu keenya arganiif miti.
8 For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.
Nu dhugaaf hojjenna malee, dhugaa mormuudhaan homaa hojjechuu hin dandeenyuutii.
9 For we rejoice when we are weak and you are strong. We also pray for this: your becoming perfect.
Yommuu nu dadhabnee isin immoo jabaattanitti ni gammanna; kadhannaan keenyas akka isin warra hirʼina hin qabne taataniif.
10 For this cause I write these things while absent, that I may not deal sharply when present, according to the authority which the Lord gave me for building up and not for tearing down.
Wanni ani yeroo fagoo jirutti barreessuuf kanaa dha; kunis akka ani yeroon gara keessan dhufutti taayitaa Gooftaan akka ani ittiin isin diiguuf utuu hin taʼin, akka ani ittiin isin ijaaruuf naa kennetti fayyadamee isinitti hin jabaanneef.
11 Finally, brothers, rejoice! Be perfected. Be comforted. Be of the same mind. Live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you.
Egaa yaa obboloota nagaatti. Haaromfamaa; wal jajjabeessaa; yaada tokko qabaadhaa; nagaadhaan jiraadhaa. Waaqni jaalalaatii fi nagaa isin wajjin ni taʼa.
12 Greet one another with a holy kiss.
Dhungoo qulqulluudhaan nagaa wal gaafadhaa.
13 All the holy ones greet you.
Sabni Waaqaa hundinuu nagaa isinii dhaamu.
14 The grace of the Lord Yeshua the Messiah, God’s love, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.
Ayyaanni Gooftaa Yesuus Kiristoos, jaalalli Waaqaa, tokkummaan Hafuura Qulqulluus hunda keessan wajjin haa taʼu.
