< 1 Corinthians 6 >
1 Dare any of you, having a matter against his neighbor, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the holy ones?
Nangho lah a atahsan khat'in michom atahsan khattoh kinahna aneiya ahileh, itiloma ngam nahiuva atahsan dangho koma suhchet ding golouva, leilam kihehna muna gakiheh a nahiu vem?
2 Don’t you know that the holy ones will judge the world? And if the world is judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
Nikhatle vannoi thutan'a ihung pan dingu geldoh louva nahiu vem? Chule vannoi thutan'a napan dingu ahileh, hiche thil neocha hoa hi nangma ho tah in gellhahna naneithei lou u ham?
3 Don’t you know that we will judge angels? How much more, things that pertain to this life?
Vantil ho thu ihintan dingu geldoh loubeh a nahiu vem? Hitia hi nangho tah in tuhinkhoa kinahna chu suhchamna ding nagelthei diu adoltah ahije.
4 If then you have to judge things pertaining to this life, do you set them to judge who are of no account in the assembly?
Hitobang thudola dan dung juiya kinahna naneiyuva ahileh itidan'a houbungin ija agelloubeh polam mi thutanho koma chea nahiu vem?
5 I say this to move you to shame. Isn’t there even one wise man among you who would be able to decide between his brothers?
Hiche keiman kaseihi nangho jachatsahna dinga kati ahi. Hiche chung changa lung gellhah theina pea houbungho jouse lah a jong koima naum lou u hitam?
6 But brother goes to law with brother, and that before unbelievers!
Hinlah chutia bollouva, atahsan khat in atahsan michom khat–atahsanlouho masangtah a aheh thei jenghi!
7 Therefore it is already altogether a defect in you that you have lawsuits one with another. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be defrauded?
Hitobang chan geiya khat'in khat dan pan'a kihehna naneiyuhi nangho kijumsoa nahiuve. Athem moa kahitai tia nanoplhah uva chule hitia chu na ngahdoh jengleu itia ham? Nangmatah chu doha kibol khum joh nahimo uham?
8 No, but you yourselves do wrong and defraud, and that against your brothers.
Chusangin, nangho tah thil dihlou bol in napang uvin chule natahsan kibahpiho najoulhep uve.
9 Or don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals,
Thil dihlou bol ho chun Pathen Lenggam alo lou dingu ahi ti hi nahetdoh lou u ham? Nangho tah kingolbol hih uvin. Ahinlah jonlungpua chonsenom jing ho, ahilouleh pasal kijoh ho, ahilouleh pasal leh pasal jongho,
10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortionists, will inherit God’s Kingdom.
ahilouleh aguchaho, ahilouleh michipseho, ahilouleh jukhamho, miseiseho, ahilouleh miduhabol ho hitobang bol michu khatcha jong Pathen Lenggama lutlouhel dingu ahi.
11 Some of you were such, but you were washed. You were sanctified. You were justified in the name of the Lord Yeshua, and in the Spirit of our God.
Nangho lah a phabep hitobang chu nana hiuve. Hinla tua hi nangho angima nahi tauvin, athenga kisem nahi tauvin, Pakai Yeshua Christa min pan'a chule Lhagao Theng jal'a Pathen to kilunglhaiya nahi tauve.
12 “All things are lawful for me,” but not all things are expedient. “All things are lawful for me,” but I will not be brought under the power of anything.
Nanghon, “Keiman ipi hijongleh kabol theina dinga eiki phatsah peh ahi,” natiuve-hinlah nangho dingin imajouse aphadeh a ahipoi. Chule ipi hijongleh keiman kabol thei dingin eikiphatsah jongleh imacha soh in pang hih inge.
13 “Foods for the belly, and the belly for foods,” but God will bring to nothing both it and them. But the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.
Nanghon, “Anhi gilpi dinga chule gilpi hi an dinga kisema ahi,” natiuve. (Hichu adih e, hinla Pathen in nikhat leh ania ahin suhmang ding ahi). Hinla nang hon, itahsau hi ihinau jonna le thenlouna dinga kisema ahi nati thei pouve. Akopgoma Pakai dinga kisema ahin, chule Pakaiyin itahsa dingu agelkhoh e.
14 Now God raised up the Lord, and will also raise us up by his power.
Chule Pathen in athaneina a I Pakaiyu thinaa kona akaithou tobanga itahsau hi akaithou ding ahi.
15 Don’t you know that your bodies are members of Messiah? Shall I then take the members of Messiah and make them members of a prostitute? May it never be!
Natahsau chu Christa tibah hitha'a ahitai ti hetahbehlou nahiu vem? Mikhat'in atahsa, Christa tibah chu alah a chule noti toh agop khomtha ding chu angai ham? Angai ahipoi.
16 Or don’t you know that he who is joined to a prostitute is one body? For, “The two”, he says, “will become one flesh.”
Chule pasal khat chu notinu toh kijopmat henlang hileh, amanu chuto amapa chu tipum khat hitalou ding ham? Ajeh iham itileh Pathen lekhabun, “Anilhon'a chu tipum khat'a kigoma ahitai” ati.
17 But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit.
Hinlah Pakaiya kijopmat mi chu Ama chutoh lhagao khat ahitai.
18 Flee sexual immorality! “Every sin that a man does is outside the body,” but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.
Jon lungputna chonsetna a konin jamdoh un! Hitobang loma atahsa sukha chonset dang aumpoi. Ajeh iham itileh jon thanhoi lungput hi natahsa douna chonset ahi.
19 Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own,
Nasung uva chenga chule Pathen in nangho napeh u natahsau hi Pathen Lhagao Theng chenna Hou-In ahi ti heloubeh nahiu ham? Nangho nangho chang tuma nahi pouve.
20 for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.
Ajeh iham itileh Pathen in nangho man tampi apeh a nachoh dohsau ahitai. Hiti ahijeh hin nanghon natahsau Pathen jabolnan peuvin.
