< Psalms 131 >

1 A Song of Ascents. By David. LORD, my heart isn’t arrogant, nor my eyes lofty; nor do I concern myself with great matters, or things too wonderful for me.
Ɔsoroforo dwom. Dawid de. Awurade, ahomaso nni me koma mu, na mʼani ntraa me ntɔn ɛ; memma nsɛm akɛse nhaw me anaa nsɛm a ɛyɛ nwonwa dodo ma me.
2 Surely I have stilled and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with his mother, like a weaned child is my soul within me.
Na mmom, mama me kra anya abotɔyam te sɛ akokoaa a ɔda ne na so renum no, te sɛ akokoaa a otua nufu ano no, saa ara na me kra ayɛ wɔ me mu.
3 Israel, hope in the LORD, from this time forward and forever more.
Israel, ma wʼani nna Awurade so, mprempren ne daa nyinaa.
