< Ezekiel 27 >
1 The LORD’s word came again to me, saying,
Yehova anandiyankhula kuti:
2 “You, son of man, take up a lamentation over Tyre;
“Iwe mwana wa munthu, imba nyimbo yodandaulira Turo.
3 and tell Tyre, ‘You who dwell at the entry of the sea, who are the merchant of the peoples to many islands, the Lord GOD says: “You, Tyre, have said, ‘I am perfect in beauty.’
Uza Turo, mzinda wokhala pa dooko la nyanja, wochita malonda ndi anthu ambiri a mʼmbali mwa nyanja kuti: Ambuye Yehova akuti, “Iwe Turo, umanena kuti, ‘Ndine wokongola kwambiri.’
4 Your borders are in the heart of the seas. Your builders have perfected your beauty.
Malire ako anali mʼkati mwenimweni mwa nyanja; amisiri ako anakukongoletsa kwambiri.
5 They have made all your planks of cypress trees from Senir. They have taken a cedar from Lebanon to make a mast for you.
Anakupanga ndi matabwa a payini ochokera ku Seniri; anatenga mikungudza ya ku Lebanoni kupangira mlongoti wako.
6 They have made your oars of the oaks of Bashan. They have made your benches of ivory inlaid in cypress wood from the islands of Kittim.
Ndi mitengo ya thundu ya ku Basani anapanga zopalasira zako; ndi matabwa a mitengo ya payini yochokera ku zilumba za Kitimu. Pakuti anapanga thandala lako pakati pa matabwawo panali minyanga ya njovu.
7 Your sail was of fine linen with embroidered work from Egypt, that it might be to you for a banner. Blue and purple from the islands of Elishah was your awning.
Nsalu yabafuta yopeta yochokera ku Igupto inali thanga yako, ndipo inakhala ngati mbendera. Nsalu zophimba matenti ako zinali za mtundu wamtambo ndi pepo zochokera ku zilumba za Elisa.
8 The inhabitants of Sidon and Arvad were your rowers. Your wise men, Tyre, were in you. They were your pilots.
Anthu a ku Sidoni ndi Arivadi ndi amene anali opalasa ako. Anthu aluso ako, iwe Turo, anali mwa iwe ndiwo amene ankakuyendetsa.
9 The old men of Gebal and its wise men were your repairers of ship seams in you. All the ships of the sea with their mariners were in you to deal in your merchandise.
Akuluakulu ndi eni luso a ku Gebala anali mʼkati mwako, ngati okonza zibowo zako. Sitima za pa nyanja zonse, ndi oyendetsa ake ankabwera pamodzi ndi katundu kudzachita nawe malonda.
10 “‘“Persia, Lud, and Put were in your army, your men of war. They hung the shield and helmet in you. They showed your beauty.
“Anthu a ku Perisiya, a ku Ludi ndi Puti anali asilikali mʼgulu lako la nkhondo. Iwo ankapachika zishango ndi zipewa zawo zankhondo pa makoma ako, kubweretsa kwa iwe ulemerero.
11 The men of Arvad with your army were on your walls all around, and valiant men were in your towers. They hung their shields on your walls all around. They have perfected your beauty.
Anthu a ku Arivadi ndi Heleki ankalondera mbali zonse za mpanda wako; anthu a ku Gamadi anali mu nsanja zako, Iwo ankapachika zishango zawo pa makoma ako onse. Amenewo ndiwo anakukongoletsa kwambiri.
12 “‘“Tarshish was your merchant by reason of the multitude of all kinds of riches. They traded for your wares with silver, iron, tin, and lead.
“Dziko la Tarisisi linachita nawe malonda chifukwa cha kuchuluka kwa katundu wako wamtundumtundu. Iwo ankapereka siliva, chitsulo, chitini ndi mtovu mosinthanitsa ndi katundu wako.
13 “‘“Javan, Tubal, and Meshech were your traders. They traded the persons of men and vessels of bronze for your merchandise.
“Yavani, Tubala ndi Mesaki ankachita nawe malonda; iwo ankapereka akapolo ndi ziwiya za mtovu mosinthanitsa ndi katundu wako.
14 “‘“They of the house of Togarmah traded for your wares with horses, war horses, and mules.
“Anthu a ku Beti Togarima ankapereka akavalo antchito, akavalo ankhondo ndi abulu mosinthanitsa ndi katundu wako.
15 “‘“The men of Dedan traded with you. Many islands were the market of your hand. They brought you horns of ivory and ebony in exchange.
“Anthu a ku Dedani ankachita nawe malonda, ndipo anthu ambiri a mʼmbali mwa nyanja anali ogula malonda ako. Ankakupatsa minyanga ya njovu ndi phingo.
16 “‘“Syria was your merchant by reason of the multitude of your handiworks. They traded for your wares with emeralds, purple, embroidered work, fine linen, coral, and rubies.
“Anthu a ku Aramu ankachita nawe malonda chifukwa cha kuchuluka kwa zinthu zako. Iwo ankapereka miyala ya emeradi, nsalu zapepo, nsalu zopetapeta, nsalu zabafuta, korali ndi miyala ya rubi mosinthanitsa ndi katundu wako.
17 “‘“Judah and Eretz-Israel were your traders. They traded wheat of Minnith, confections, honey, oil, and balm for your merchandise.
“Yuda ndi Israeli ankachita nawe malonda. Iwo ankapereka tirigu ochokera ku Miniti ndi zokometsera zakudya, uchi, mafuta ndi mankhwala mosinthanitsa ndi katundu wako.
18 “‘“Damascus was your merchant for the multitude of your handiworks by reason of the multitude of all kinds of riches, with the wine of Helbon, and white wool.
“Anthu a ku Damasiko, chifukwa cha zinthu zako za malonda zambiri ndi katundu wako wosiyanasiyana, ankachita nawe malonda a vinyo wochokera ku Heliboni ndi ubweya wankhosa ochokera ku Zahari.
19 “‘“Vedan and Javan traded with yarn for your wares; wrought iron, cassia, and calamus were amongst your merchandise.
Adani ndi Agriki ochokera ku Uzala ankagula katundu wako. Iwo ankapereka chitsulo chosalala, kasiya ndi bango lonunkhira mosinthanitsa ndi katundu wako.
20 “‘“Dedan was your merchant in precious saddle blankets for riding.
“Anthu a ku Dedani ankakugulitsa nsalu zoyika pa zishalo za akavalo.
21 “‘“Arabia and all the princes of Kedar were your favourite dealers in lambs, rams, and goats. In these, they were your merchants.
“Arabiya ndi mafumu onse a ku Kedara anali ogula malonda ako. Iwo ankachita nawe malonda a ana ankhosa onenepa, nkhosa zazimuna ndi mbuzi.
22 “‘“The traders of Sheba and Raamah were your traders. They traded for your wares with the best of all spices, all precious stones, and gold.
“Anthu amalonda a ku Seba ndi Raama ankachita nawe malonda. Iwo ankapereka zonunkhira zosiyanasiyana zabwino kwambiri, miyala yokongola ndi golide mosinthanitsa ndi katundu wako.
23 “‘“Haran, Canneh, Eden, the traders of Sheba, Asshur and Chilmad, were your traders.
“Amalonda a ku Harani, Kane, Edeni, Seba, Asuri ndi Kilimadi ankachita nawe malonda.
24 These were your traders in choice wares, in wrappings of blue and embroidered work, and in cedar chests of rich clothing bound with cords, amongst your merchandise.
Iwowa ankasinthanitsana nawe zovala zokongola, nsalu zopetapeta, zoyala pansi za mawangamawanga, atazimanga bwino ndi zingwe zolimba.
25 “‘“The ships of Tarshish were your caravans for your merchandise. You were replenished and made very glorious in the heart of the seas.
“Sitima za pa madzi za ku Tarisisi zinali zonyamula malonda ako. Motero iwe uli ngati sitima yapamadzi yodzaza ndi katundu wolemera.
26 Your rowers have brought you into great waters. The east wind has broken you in the heart of the seas.
Anthu opalasa ako amakupititsa pa nyanja yozama. Koma mphepo yakummawa idzakuthyolathyola pakati pa nyanja.
27 Your riches, your wares, your merchandise, your mariners, your pilots, your repairers of ship seams, the dealers in your merchandise, and all your men of war who are in you, with all your company which is amongst you, will fall into the heart of the seas in the day of your ruin.
Chuma chako, katundu wako, malonda ako, okuyendetsa ako, okuwongolera ako ndi opanga sitima za pa madzi, anthu ako amalonda ndi asilikali ako onse ndiponso aliyense amene ali mʼmenemo adzamira mʼnyanja tsiku limene udzawonongeka.
28 At the sound of the cry of your pilots, the pasture lands will shake.
Madera a mʼmbali mwa nyanja adzagwedezeka chifukwa cha kufuwula kwa oyendetsa sitimawo.
29 All who handle the oars, the mariners and all the pilots of the sea, will come down from their ships. They will stand on the land,
Onse amene amapalasa sitima zapamadzi, adzatuluka mʼsitima zawo; oyendetsa ndi onse owongolera sitima zapamadzi adzayimirira mʼmbali mwa nyanja.
30 and will cause their voice to be heard over you, and will cry bitterly. They will cast up dust on their heads. They will wallow in the ashes.
Iwo akufuwula, kukulira iwe kwambiri; akudzithira fumbi kumutu, ndi kudzigubuduza pa phulusa.
31 They will make themselves bald for you, and clothe themselves with sackcloth. They will weep for you in bitterness of soul, with bitter mourning.
Akumeta mpala mitu yawo chifukwa cha iwe ndipo akuvala ziguduli. Akukulira iweyo ndi mitima yowawa kwambiri.
32 In their wailing they will take up a lamentation for you, and lament over you, saying, ‘Who is there like Tyre, like her who is brought to silence in the middle of the sea?’
Akuyimba nyimbo yokudandaulira nʼkumati: ‘Ndani anawonongedwapo ngati Turo pakati pa nyanja?’
33 When your wares came from the seas, you filled many peoples. You enriched the kings of the earth with the multitude of your riches and of your merchandise.
Pamene malonda ako ankawoloka nyanja unakhutitsa mitundu yambiri ya anthu. Mafumu a dziko lapansi analemera ndi chuma chako komanso ndi malonda ako.
34 In the time that you were broken by the seas, in the depths of the waters, your merchandise and all your company fell within you.
Koma tsopano wathyokera mʼnyanja, pansi penipeni pa nyanja. Katundu wako ndi onse amene anali nawe amira pamodzi nawe.
35 All the inhabitants of the islands are astonished at you, and their kings are horribly afraid. They are troubled in their face.
Onse amene amakhala mʼmbali mwa nyanja aopsedwa ndi zimene zakuchitikira. Mafumu awo akuchita mantha ndipo nkhope zangoti khululu.
36 The merchants amongst the peoples hiss at you. You have come to a terrible end, and you will be no more.”’”
Anthu amalonda a mitundu ina akukunyogodola. Watha mochititsa mantha ndipo sudzakhalaponso mpaka muyaya.”
