Zechariah 3
1 He showed me Joshua the high priest standing before Yahweh’s angel, and Satan standing at his right hand to be his adversary.
Y mostróme a Josué el gran sacerdote, el cual estaba delante del ángel de Jehová; y Satán estaba a su mano derecha para serle adversario.
2 Yahweh said to Satan, “Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, Yahweh who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?”
Y dijo Jehová a Satán: Jehová te castigue, o! Satán: Jehová, que ha escogido a Jerusalem te castigue: ¿No es este tizón escapado del incendio?
3 Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and was standing before the angel.
Y Josué estaba vestido de vestimentos viles, y estaba delante del ángel.
4 He answered and spoke to those who stood before him, saying, “Take the filthy garments off him.” To him he said, “Behold, I have caused your iniquity to pass from you, and I will clothe you with rich clothing.”
Y habló, y dijo a los que estaban delante de sí, diciendo: Quitádle esos vestimentos viles. Y a él dijo: Mira que he hecho pasar tu pecado de ti, y te he hecho vestir de ropas nuevas.
5 I said, “Let them set a clean turban on his head.” So they set a clean turban on his head, and clothed him; and Yahweh’s angel was standing by.
Y dije: Pongan mitra limpia sobre su cabeza. Y pusieron una mitra limpia sobre su cabeza, y vistiéronle de ropas. Y el ángel de Jehová estaba en pie.
6 Yahweh’s angel solemnly assured Joshua, saying,
Y el ángel de Jehová protestó al mismo Josué, diciendo:
7 “Yahweh of Armies says: ‘If you will walk in my ways, and if you will follow my instructions, then you also shall judge my house, and shall also keep my courts, and I will give you a place of access among these who stand by.
Así dice Jehová de los ejércitos: Si anduvieres por mis caminos, y si guardares mi observancia, también tú gobernarás mi casa, también tú guardarás mis patios; y entre estos que aquí están te daré plaza.
8 Hear now, Joshua the high priest, you and your fellows who sit before you, for they are men who are a sign; for, behold, I will bring out my servant, the Branch.
Escucha pues ahora Josué, gran sacerdote, tú y tus amigos que se sientan delante de ti, porque son varones prodigiosos: He aquí que yo traigo, a mi siervo RENUEVO.
9 For, behold, the stone that I have set before Joshua: on one stone are seven eyes; behold, I will engrave its inscription,’ says Yahweh of Armies, ‘and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.
Porque he aquí aquella piedra que puse delante de Josué, sobre la cual una piedra hay siete ojos: he aquí que yo esculpiré su escultura, dice Jehová de los ejércitos, y quitaré el pecado de la tierra en un día.
10 In that day,’ says Yahweh of Armies, ‘you will invite every man his neighbor under the vine and under the fig tree.’”
En aquel día, dice Jehová de los ejércitos, cada uno de vosotros llamará a su compañero debajo de su vid, y debajo de su higuera.
