< Psalms 125 >

1 A Song of Ascents. Those who trust in Yahweh are as Mount Zion, which can’t be moved, but remains forever.
Ɔsoroforo dwom. Wɔn a wɔde wɔn ho to Awurade so no te sɛ Bepɔw Sion, a ɛnwosow na etim hɔ daa no.
2 As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so Yahweh surrounds his people from this time forward and forever more.
Sɛnea mmepɔw atwa Yerusalem ho ahyia no, saa ara na Awurade atwa ne nkurɔfo ho ahyia mprempren ne daa.
3 For the scepter of wickedness won’t remain over the allotment of the righteous, so that the righteous won’t use their hands to do evil.
Amumɔyɛfo ahempema renka asase a wɔde ama atreneefo no so, sɛ ɛba saa a, atreneefo nam wɔn so bɛyɛ bɔne.
4 Do good, Yahweh, to those who are good, to those who are upright in their hearts.
Awurade wɔn a wɔyɛ papa no, yɛ wɔn papa, wɔn a wɔteɛ wɔ koma mu no, yɛ wɔn papa.
5 But as for those who turn away to their crooked ways, Yahweh will lead them away with the workers of iniquity. Peace be on Israel.
Na wɔn a wɔman fa akwan kɔntɔnkye so no de, Awurade betwa wɔn ne nnebɔneyɛfo asu. Asomdwoe nka Israel.
