Psalms 121

1 A Song of Ascents. I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from?

၁ငါ့ကိုမစခြင်း အကြောင်းသည် ပေါ်ထွက်ရ သော တောင်ရိုးသို့ ငါမျှော်ကြည့်၏။

2 My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth.

၂ကော်းကင်နှင့်မြေကြီးကို ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူသော ထာဝရဘုရား ထံတော်မှ၊ ငါ့ကို မစခြင်းအကြောင်းသည် ပေါ်ထွက်ရ၏။

3 He will not allow your foot to be moved. He who keeps you will not slumber.

၃သင်၏ ခြေကို ချော်စေခြင်းငှါ အခွင့်ပေးတော် မမူ။ သင့်ကို စောင့်သောသူသည် အိပ်တော်မမူ။

4 Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

၄အကယ်စင်စစ် ဣသရေလအမျိုးကို စောင့် သောသူသည် ငိုက်မျဉ်းအိပ်ပျော်ခြင်း ရှိတော်မမူ။

5 Yahweh is your keeper. Yahweh is your shade on your right hand.

၅ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သင့်ကို စောင့်တော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သင်၏လက်ျာဘက်၌ရှိသော သင်ခိုလှုံရာ အရိပ်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

6 The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.

၆နေ့အချိန်၌ နေအားဖြင့်၎င်း၊ ညဉ့်အချိန်၌ လအားဖြင့်၎င်း အထိအခိုက်မရှိရာ။

7 Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul.

၇ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မကောင်းသောအမှုအရာ အလုံးစုံတို့ကို ကွယ်ကာ၍၊ သင်၏အသက်ကို စောင့်တော် မူလိမ့်မည်။

8 Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more.

၈ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သင်၏ ထွက်ခြင်းနှင့် ဝင်ခြင်းတို့ကို ယခုမှစ၍ အစဉ်အပြတ် စောင့်တော်မူ လိမ့်မည်။
