Luke 24
1 But on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they and some others came to the tomb, bringing the spices which they had prepared.
Բայց կիրակի օրը, առաւօտեան շատ վաղ, կանայք գերեզման եկան՝ բերելով իրենց պատրաստած խնկերը. նրանց հետ եւ ուրիշ կանայք:
2 They found the stone rolled away from the tomb.
Եւ քարը գերեզմանից գլորած գտան
3 They entered in, and didn’t find the Lord Jesus’ body.
ու ներս մտնելով՝ Տէր Յիսուսի մարմինը չգտան:
4 While they were greatly perplexed about this, behold, two men stood by them in dazzling clothing.
Եւ մինչ նրանք զարմացած էին այդ բանի վրայ, ահա լուսաւոր զգեստներով երկու մարդիկ հասան նրանց մօտ:
5 Becoming terrified, they bowed their faces down to the earth. The men said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead?
Եւ երբ կանայք զարհուրեցին ու իրենց երեսը գետին խոնարհեցրին, մարդիկ ասացին. «Ինչո՞ւ ողջին մեռելների մէջ էք փնտռում:
6 He isn’t here, but is risen. Remember what he told you when he was still in Galilee,
Այստեղ չէ, այլ՝ յարեաւ: Յիշեցէ՛ք՝ ինչպէս խօսեց նա ձեզ հետ, երբ Գալիլիայում էր.
7 saying that the Son of Man must be delivered up into the hands of sinful men and be crucified, and the third day rise again?”
ասում էր, թէ պէտք է, որ մարդու Որդին մեղաւոր մարդկանց ձեռքը մատնուի, խաչուի եւ երրորդ օրը յարութիւն առնի»:
8 They remembered his words,
Եւ նրանք յիշեցին նրա խօսքերը:
9 returned from the tomb, and told all these things to the eleven and to all the rest.
Եւ վերադարձան ու պատմեցին այս ամէնը Տասնմէկին եւ բոլոր միւսներին:
10 Now they were Mary Magdalene, Joanna, and Mary the mother of James. The other women with them told these things to the apostles.
Եւ Մարիամ Մագդաղենացին, Յովհաննան, Յակոբի մայր Մարիամը եւ նրանց հետ ուրիշ կանայք էին, որ այս բաները պատմեցին առաքեալներին:
11 These words seemed to them to be nonsense, and they didn’t believe them.
Բայց նրանց խօսքերը բարբաջանք թուացին աշակերտներին, եւ չէին հաւատում նրանց:
12 But Peter got up and ran to the tomb. Stooping and looking in, he saw the strips of linen lying by themselves, and he departed to his home, wondering what had happened.
Սակայն Պետրոսը վեր կացաւ եւ վազեց դէպի գերեզման, նայեց ու տեսաւ, որ կտաւները միայն կային: Եւ գնաց՝ մտքում զարմացած, թէ ինչ էր եղել:
13 Behold, two of them were going that very day to a village named Emmaus, which was sixty stadia from Jerusalem.
Եւ ահա նոյն օրը աշակերտներից երկուսը գնում էին մի գիւղ, որի անունը Էմմաւուս էր, եւ որը Երուսաղէմից հեռու էր մօտ տասնմէկ կիլոմետր:
14 They talked with each other about all of these things which had happened.
Եւ նրանք միմեանց հետ խօսում էին կատարուած բոլոր անցուդարձերի մասին:
15 While they talked and questioned together, Jesus himself came near, and went with them.
Եւ մինչ նրանք խօսում էին ու վիճում, ինքը՝ Յիսուս մօտեցաւ ու գնում էր նրանց հետ:
16 But their eyes were kept from recognizing him.
Բայց նրանց աչքերը բռնուած էին, որպէսզի նրան չճանաչեն:
17 He said to them, “What are you talking about as you walk, and are sad?”
Եւ նրանց ասաց. «Այդ ի՞նչ բաներ են, որոնց համար քայլելիս վիճում էք միմեանց հետ եւ տրտմած էք»:
18 One of them, named Cleopas, answered him, “Are you the only stranger in Jerusalem who doesn’t know the things which have happened there in these days?”
Նրանցից մէկը, որի անունը Կղէոպաս էր, ասաց նրան. «Երուսաղէմում միայն դո՛ւ ես, որ չես իմացել, թէ ինչեր կատարուեցին այնտեղ այս օրերին»:
19 He said to them, “What things?” They said to him, “The things concerning Jesus the Nazarene, who was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people;
Եւ նրանց ասաց՝ ի՞նչ: Եւ նրանք ասացին Յիսուս Նազովրեցու մասին, որ եղաւ մարգարէ մարդ, հզօր՝ գործերով եւ խօսքերով, Աստծու եւ ամբողջ ժողովրդի առաջ,
20 and how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him up to be condemned to death, and crucified him.
եւ թէ ինչպէս մեր քահանայապետները եւ իշխանաւորները նրան մատնեցին մահուան դատաստանի ու խաչը հանեցին նրան:
21 But we were hoping that it was he who would redeem Israel. Yes, and besides all this, it is now the third day since these things happened.
Մենք ակնկալում էինք, թէ նա է, որ փրկելու է Իսրայէլը. սակայն, այս բոլորով հանդերձ, այս երրորդ օրն է, որ այդ բաները կատարուեցին:
22 Also, certain women of our company amazed us, having arrived early at the tomb;
Այլ նաեւ մեզ զարմացրին մեր միջից մի քանի կանայք, որոնք վաղ առաւօտեան գերեզման էին գնացել
23 and when they didn’t find his body, they came saying that they had also seen a vision of angels, who said that he was alive.
եւ նրա մարմինը չէին գտել. նրանք եկան եւ ասացին, թէ նաեւ մի տեսիլ էլ էին տեսել հրեշտակների, որոնք ասում էին նրա մասին, թէ կենդանի է:
24 Some of us went to the tomb and found it just like the women had said, but they didn’t see him.”
Ապա մեզնից ոմանք էլ գերեզման գնացին եւ գտան այնպէս, ինչպէս կանայք ասել էին: Բայց նրան չտեսան:
25 He said to them, “Foolish people, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken!
Եւ նա ասաց նրանց. «Ո՛վ անմիտ եւ թուլասիրտ մարդիկ, որ դժուարանում էք հաւատալ այն ամենին, որ ասացին մարգարէները:
26 Didn’t the Christ have to suffer these things and to enter into his glory?”
Չէ՞ որ Քրիստոս պէտք է նոյն այդ չարչարանքները կրէր եւ այնպէս մտնէր իր փառքի մէջ»:
27 Beginning from Moses and from all the prophets, he explained to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself.
Եւ սկսած Մովսէսից ու բոլոր մարգարէներից՝ մեկնում էր նրանց այն բոլորը, ինչ գրուած է իր մասին բոլոր Գրքերում:
28 They came near to the village where they were going, and he acted like he would go further.
Երբ մօտեցան այն գիւղին, ուր գնում էին, Յիսուս պատճառ բռնեց, թէ ինքը գնալու է աւելի հեռու տեղ:
29 They urged him, saying, “Stay with us, for it is almost evening, and the day is almost over.” He went in to stay with them.
Իսկ նրանք շատ ստիպեցին նրան ու ասացին. «Մեզ մօտ գիշերիր, որովհետեւ երեկոյ է, եւ օրը տարաժամել է»: Եւ նա ներս մտաւ՝ նրանց հետ այնտեղ գիշերելու:
30 When he had sat down at the table with them, he took the bread and gave thanks. Breaking it, he gave it to them.
Եւ երբ նա սեղան նստեց նրանց հետ, հաց վերցնելով՝ օրհնեց, կտրեց այն եւ տուեց նրանց:
31 Their eyes were opened and they recognized him; then he vanished out of their sight.
Եւ նրանց աչքերը բացուեցին ու ճանաչեցին նրան, իսկ ինքը նրանց աչքին աներեւոյթ եղաւ:
32 They said to one another, “Weren’t our hearts burning within us while he spoke to us along the way, and while he opened the Scriptures to us?”
Եւ նրանք ասացին միմեանց. «Մեր սրտերն էլ միթէ չէի՞ն ճմլւում մեր մէջ, մինչ նա ճանապարհին խօսում էր մեզ հետ. եւ ինչպէ՜ս էր մեզ բացատրում Գրքերը»:
33 They rose up that very hour, returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and those who were with them,
Ապա անմիջապէս վեր կացան ու Երուսաղէմ վերադարձան եւ հաւաքուած գտան Տասնմէկին եւ նրանց հետ եղածներին,
34 saying, “The Lord is risen indeed, and has appeared to Simon!”
որոնք ասում էին, թէ՝ «Իսկապէս յարեաւ Տէրը եւ երեւաց Սիմոնին»:
35 They related the things that happened along the way, and how he was recognized by them in the breaking of the bread.
Իսկ երկուսը պատմեցին այն, ինչ պատահել էր ճանապարհին, եւ թէ ինչպէ՛ս Յիսուս իրեն ճանաչել էր տուել նրանց՝ հաց կտրելու ժամանակ:
36 As they said these things, Jesus himself stood among them, and said to them, “Peace be to you.”
Մինչ դեռեւս նրանք այս էին խօսում, Յիսուս ինքը եկաւ կանգնեց նրանց մէջ եւ ասաց. «Խաղաղութի՜ւն ձեզ, ես եմ, մի՛ վախեցէք»:
37 But they were terrified and filled with fear, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.
Իսկ նրանք զարհուրած վախենում եւ կարծում էին, թէ մի ոգի են տեսնում:
38 He said to them, “Why are you troubled? Why do doubts arise in your hearts?
Եւ նրանց ասաց. «Ինչո՞ւ էք խռովուած, եւ ինչո՞ւ ձեր սրտերում կասկածներ են ծագում.
39 See my hands and my feet, that it is truly me. Touch me and see, for a spirit doesn’t have flesh and bones, as you see that I have.”
տեսէ՛ք իմ ձեռքերն ու ոտքերը, որովհետեւ նոյն ինքն ես եմ. շօշափեցէ՛ք ինձ եւ տեսէ՛ք, որովհետեւ ոգին մարմին եւ ոսկորներ չունի. ինչպէս տեսնում էք,
40 When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his feet.
ես ունեմ»:
41 While they still didn’t believe for joy, and wondered, he said to them, “Do you have anything here to eat?”
Եւ այս ասելով՝ ցոյց տուեց նրանց իր ձեռքերն ու ոտքերը:
42 They gave him a piece of a broiled fish and some honeycomb.
Եւ մինչ դեռեւս ուրախութիւնից չէին հաւատում եւ զարմացած էին, ասաց նրանց. «Այստեղ ուտելու բան ունէ՞ք»:
43 He took them, and ate in front of them.
Եւ նրանք տուին նրան խորոված ձկան մի կտոր եւ մեղրախորիսխ:
44 He said to them, “This is what I told you while I was still with you, that all things which are written in the law of Moses, the prophets, and the psalms concerning me must be fulfilled.”
Եւ նա առաւ կերաւ նրանց առաջ, իսկ մնացածները տուեց նրանց ու ասաց.
45 Then he opened their minds, that they might understand the Scriptures.
«Սրանք այն խօսքերն են, որ խօսեցի ձեզ հետ, մինչ ձեզ հետ էի, թէ՝ պէտք է կատարուեն այն ամէնը, որ գրուած են իմ մասին Մովսէսի օրէնքում, մարգարէների մէջ եւ սաղմոսներում»:
46 He said to them, “Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day,
Այն ժամանակ բացեց նրանց մտքերը, որ հասկանան Գրքերը:
47 and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name to all the nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
Եւ ասաց նրանց. «Այսպէս պէտք է չարչարուէր Քրիստոս, յարութիւն առնէր մեռելներից երրորդ օրը,
48 You are witnesses of these things.
եւ քարոզուէր նրա անունով ապաշխարութիւն եւ մեղքերի թողութիւն բոլոր ազգերի մէջ՝ Երուսաղէմից սկսած:
49 Behold, I send out the promise of my Father on you. But wait in the city of Jerusalem until you are clothed with power from on high.”
Եւ այս բաների վկաներ էք դուք:
50 He led them out as far as Bethany, and he lifted up his hands and blessed them.
Եւ ահա ես ուղարկում եմ Ձեզ իմ Հօր խոստումը, իսկ դուք նստեցէ՛ք Երուսաղէմ քաղաքում, մինչեւ որ երկնքից զօրութեամբ զգեստաւորուէք»:
51 While he blessed them, he withdrew from them and was carried up into heaven.
Ապա նրանց տարաւ հանեց մինչեւ Բեթանիա եւ, բարձրացնելով իր ձեռքերը, օրհնեց նրանց:
52 They worshiped him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy,
Եւ մինչ նա օրհնում էր նրանց, բաժանուեց նրանցից եւ դէպի երկինք էր վերանում:
53 and were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.
Իսկ նրանք երկրպագեցին Յիսուսին եւ մեծ ուրախութեամբ վերադաձան Երուսաղէմ: Եւ միշտ տաճարում էին, գովաբանում եւ օրհնաբանում էին Աստծուն:
