< Deuteronomy 22 >
1 You shall not see your brother’s ox or his sheep go astray and hide yourself from them. You shall surely bring them again to your brother.
Masapul a saanyo a buybuyaen a maitawataw ti baka wenno karnero ti padayp nga Israelita ken ilemmenganyo dagitoy; masapul a siguradoenyo nga isubli daytoy kenkuana.
2 If your brother isn’t near to you, or if you don’t know him, then you shall bring it home to your house, and it shall be with you until your brother comes looking for it, and you shall restore it to him.
No adayo ti padayo nga Israelita kadakayo, wenno no saanyo nga am-ammo isuna, masapul ngarud nga iyawidyo ti ayup iti balayyo, ket masapul nga agtalinaedto daytoy kadakayo agingga a sapulenna daytoy, ket masapul ngarud nga isubliyo daytoy kenkuana.
3 So you shall do with his donkey. So you shall do with his garment. So you shall do with every lost thing of your brother’s, which he has lost and you have found. You may not hide yourself.
Masapul a kasta met laeng ti aramidenyo iti asnona; masapul a kasta met laeng ti aramidenyo iti pagan-anayna; masapul a kasta met laeng ti aramidenyo iti tunggal banag a napukaw ti padayo nga Israelita, aniaman a napukawna ket nasarakanyo; saankayo koma nga aglemmeng.
4 You shall not see your brother’s donkey or his ox fallen down by the way, and hide yourself from them. You shall surely help him to lift them up again.
Masapul a saanyo a kitkitaen a nakusbo iti dalan ti asno wenno ti baka ti padayo nga Israelita ken ilemmenganyo dagitoy; masapul a siguradoenyo a tulongan isuna a mangitakder manen iti daytoy.
5 A woman shall not wear men’s clothing, neither shall a man put on women’s clothing; for whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh your God.
Masapul a saan nga agkawes ti maysa a babai iti para iti lalaki, uray iti lalaki, saan met nga agkawes iti pagan-anay ti babai; ta siasinoman a mangaramid kadagitoy a banbanag ket makarimon kenni Yahweh a Diosyo.
6 If you come across a bird’s nest on the way, in any tree or on the ground, with young ones or eggs, and the hen sitting on the young, or on the eggs, you shall not take the hen with the young.
No napasamak nga adda iti sangoananyo ti maysa nga umok ti billit iti dalan, iti aniaman a kayo wenno iti daga, nga addaan daytoy kadagiti piek wenno dagiti itlog, ket salsallukoban ti ina dagiti piek wenno itlog, masapul a saanyo nga alaen ti ina a kadua dagiti piek.
7 You shall surely let the hen go, but the young you may take for yourself, that it may be well with you, and that you may prolong your days.
Masapul a siguradoenyo a palubosan ti ina, ngem mabalinyo nga alaen ti piek. Tungpalenyo daytoy a bilin tapno sumayaatkayo, ken mapapautyo dagiti al-aldawyo.
8 When you build a new house, then you shall make a railing around your roof, so that you don’t bring blood on your house if anyone falls from there.
No mangipatakderkayo iti baro a balay, masapul ngarud a mangaramidkayo iti barandillas iti atep ti balayyo, tapno saankayo a mangiyeg iti dara iti balayyo, no adda ti siasinoman a matnag sadiay.
9 You shall not sow your vineyard with two kinds of seed, lest all the fruit be defiled, the seed which you have sown, and the increase of the vineyard.
Masapul a saanyo a mulaan iti dua a kita ti bukel ti kaubasanyo, tapno saan nga alaen ti nasantoan a disso ti amin nga apit, ti bukel nga inmulayo ken ti apit ti kaubasan.
10 You shall not plow with an ox and a donkey together.
Masapul a saanyo a pagkaduaen a pagarado ti baka ken ti asno.
11 You shall not wear clothes of wool and linen woven together.
Masapul a saanyo a pagrutapen nga ikawes ti lupot a de lana ken lino.
12 You shall make yourselves fringes on the four corners of your cloak with which you cover yourself.
Masapul a mangaramidka kadagiti baruyboy iti upat a suli ti kagay a pangkawesmo iti bagim.
13 If any man takes a wife, and goes in to her, hates her,
Kas pangarigan a mangasawa ti maysa a lalaki, kaiddaenna ti babai, kalpasanna ket kagurana isuna,
14 accuses her of shameful things, gives her a bad name, and says, “I took this woman, and when I came near to her, I didn’t find in her the tokens of virginity;”
ket akusaranna isuna iti nakababain a banbanag ken perperdianna ti dayawna, ket kunaenna, 'Innalak daytoy a babai, ngem idi dimmennaak kenkuana, awan ti nasarakak a pammaneknek a birhen isuna.'
15 then the young lady’s father and mother shall take and bring the tokens of the young lady’s virginity to the elders of the city in the gate.
Masapul ngarud a mangala ti ama ken ina ti babai iti pammaneknek iti kinabirhenna ket ipanda kadagiti panglakayen iti ruangan ti siudad.
16 The young lady’s father shall tell the elders, “I gave my daughter to this man as his wife, and he hates her.
Masapul nga ibaga ti ama ti babai kadagiti panglakayen, 'Intedko ti anakko a babai a kas asawa daytoy a lalaki, ket ginurana isuna.
17 Behold, he has accused her of shameful things, saying, ‘I didn’t find in your daughter the tokens of virginity;’ and yet these are the tokens of my daughter’s virginity.” They shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.
Kitaenyo, inakusaranna isuna kadagiti nakababain a banbanag ket kinunana, “Awan nasarakak a pammaneknek ti kinabirhen iti anakmo a babai”—ngem daytoy ti pammaneknek ti kinabirhen ti anakko a babai.' Ket iyaplagdanto ngarud ti lupot iti sangoanan dagiti panglakayen iti siudad.
18 The elders of that city shall take the man and chastise him.
Masapul nga alaen dagiti panglakayen dayta a lalaki iti dayta a siudad ket dusaenda isuna;
19 They shall fine him one hundred shekels of silver, and give them to the father of the young lady, because he has given a bad name to a virgin of Israel. She shall be his wife. He may not put her away all his days.
ket masapul a pagmultaenda isuna iti sangagasut a siklo ti pirak, ket itedda dagitoy iti ama ti babai, gapu ta pinerdi ti lalaki ti dayaw ti maysa a birhen ti Israel. Masapul nga agbalin isuna nga asawana; saanna a mabalin a papanawen isuna bayat ti amin nga al-aldawna.
20 But if this thing is true, that the tokens of virginity were not found in the young lady,
Ngem no pudno daytoy a banag, a saan a nasarakan ti pammaneknek iti kinabirhen ti babai,
21 then they shall bring out the young lady to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her to death with stones, because she has done folly in Israel, to play the prostitute in her father’s house. So you shall remove the evil from among you.
masapul ngarud nga irruarda ti babai iti ruangan ti balay ti amana, ket batoen isuna dagiti lallaki iti siudadna agingga a matay, gapu ta nakaaramid isuna iti nakababain a banag iti Israel, nagtignay a kas balangkantis iti balay ti amana; ket ikkatenyonto ti dakes kadakayo.
22 If a man is found lying with a woman married to a husband, then they shall both die, the man who lay with the woman and the woman. So you shall remove the evil from Israel.
No naduktalan ti maysa a lalaki a makikakaidda iti maysa a babai nga asawa ti sabali a lalaki, masapul ngarud nga agpadada a matay, ti lalaki a makikakaidda iti babai, ken ti babai; ket ikkatenyonto ti dakes kadakayo.
23 If there is a young lady who is a virgin pledged to be married to a husband, and a man finds her in the city, and lies with her,
No adda iti maysa a babai a birhen a naitulag a maiyasawa iti maysa a lalaki, ket nasarakan isuna ti maysa a lalaki iti siudad ket nakikaidda kenkuana,
24 then you shall bring them both out to the gate of that city, and you shall stone them to death with stones; the lady, because she didn’t cry, being in the city; and the man, because he has humbled his neighbor’s wife. So you shall remove the evil from among you.
ipanmo ida nga agpada iti ruangan ti siudad, ket batoem ida aginggana a matayda. Masapul a batoem ti babai, gapu ta saan isuna a nagpukkaw, uray no adda isuna iti siudad. Masapul a batoem ti lalaki, gapu ta kinaiddana ti asawa a babai ti kaarrubana; ket ikkatenyonto ti dakes kadakayo.
25 But if the man finds the lady who is pledged to be married in the field, and the man forces her and lies with her, then only the man who lay with her shall die;
Ngem no masarakan ti maysa a lalaki idiay talon ti babai a naitulag a maiyasawa, ket no gammatanna isuna ket kaiddaenna isuna, ket ti laeng lalaki a nangkaidda kenkuana ti masapul a matay.
26 but to the lady you shall do nothing. There is in the lady no sin worthy of death; for as when a man rises against his neighbor and kills him, even so is this matter;
Ngem awan ti masapul nga aramidem iti babai; awan ti basol a maikari iti pannakatay ti babai. Ta daytoy a kaso ket kasla iti panangdarup ti maysa a lalaki iti kaarrubana ket papatayenna isuna.
27 for he found her in the field, the pledged to be married lady cried, and there was no one to save her.
Ta nasarakanna isuna idiay talon; nagpukkaw ti babai a naitulag a maiyasawa, ngem awan ti mangisalakan kenkuana.
28 If a man finds a lady who is a virgin, who is not pledged to be married, grabs her and lies with her, and they are found,
No masarakan ti maysa a lalaki ti maysa a birhen a babai a saan a naitulag a maiyasawa, ket no gammatanna isuna ket kaiddaenna isuna, ket no nasukalan ida,
29 then the man who lay with her shall give to the lady’s father fifty shekels of silver. She shall be his wife, because he has humbled her. He may not put her away all his days.
masapul ngarud a mangted ti lalaki a nangkaidda kenkuana iti lima pulo a siklo ti pirak iti ama ti babai, ket masapul nga agbalin isuna nga asawana, gapu ta imbabainna isuna. Saanna a mabalin a papanawen isuna bayat ti amin nga al-aldawna.
30 A man shall not take his father’s wife, and shall not uncover his father’s skirt.
Masapul a saan nga alaen ti maysa a lalaki ti asawa ti amana a kas kukuana; masapul a saanna nga alaen dagiti karbengan ti panagasawa ti amana.
