< 2 Corinthians 10 >
1 Now I Paul, myself, entreat you by the humility and gentleness of Christ, I who in your presence am lowly among you, but being absent am bold toward you.
Etiya ami Paul nije Khrista laga niche aru norom hoi kene apnikhan ke anurodh kori ase - jun apnikhan laga majote thakile dorpok hoi kene thake, hoile bhi usorte nathakile ami bhoi nakori jai!
2 Yes, I beg you that I may not, when present, show courage with the confidence with which I intend to be bold against some, who consider us to be walking according to the flesh.
Hoilebi ami apnikhan pora morom mangi ase, ami jitia usorte ahibo moi laga mon dangor kori kene bhoi nalagikena nathakilebi hobo, eneka hoile bhi ami bhabi ase kunba usorte ami biya paikena bhoi nakoribo, jun khan amikhanke bhabi ase jineka amikhan mangso hisab te berai thake.
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh;
Kilekoile amikhan mangso bhitor te thaki kene beraile bhi, amikhan mangso hisab te lorai nakore.
4 for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds,
Kilekoile amikhan laga lorai laga hathiar khan gaw mangso nimite nohoi, hoilebi Isor laga takot pora takot dhuri kene thaka khan ke tanikena niche girai dibole laga ase.
5 throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,
Misa-misi bhabona khan ke niche kori diye, aru sob dangor saman khan ke juntu nije ke uporte uthai thake Isor laga gyaan bhirodh te aru amikhan pora sob bhabona ke bandi kene Khrista laga kotha mani bole nimite kori diye.
6 and being in readiness to avenge all disobedience when your obedience is made full.
Aru amikhan taiyari kori kene ase, kotha namana khan ke bodla lobole, jitia apnikhan Khrista laga kotha mana to pura hoi jabo.
7 Do you look at things only as they appear in front of your face? If anyone trusts in himself that he is Christ’s, let him consider this again with himself, that even as he is Christ’s, so we also are Christ’s.
Apnikhan samankhan laga bahar phine sai ase? Jodi kunba manu biswas kori ase tai Khrista laga ase koile, taike nije etu aru bhi bhabibole dibi, kele koile, jineka tai Khrista laga ase, eneka amikhan bhi Khrista laga ase.
8 For even if I boast somewhat abundantly concerning our authority, which the Lord gave for building you up and not for casting you down, I will not be ashamed,
Kilekoile ami adhikar thaka laga phutani korile bhi etu amikhan laga kaam nimite ase, juntu Malik he amikhan ke dise hika bole nimite, aru biya kori bole nimite nohoi, ami sorom kori bole nalage,
9 that I may not seem as if I desire to terrify you by my letters.
Ta te ami eneka dikhibole nalage jineka ami apuni khan ke chithi khan pora bhoi dikha bole kosis kori ase.
10 For, “His letters”, they say, “are weighty and strong, but his bodily presence is weak, and his speech is despised.”
Kilekoile, apuni kunba khan koi, “Tai laga chithi khan bhari thake aru joborjosti kore, kintu tai gaw pora to komjur ase, aru tai laga kotha eku daam nai.”
11 Let such a person consider this, that what we are in word by letters when we are absent, such are we also in deed when we are present.
Utuke eneka bhabibole dibi, jineka amikhan nijor gaw pora nathakile bhi chithi laga kotha te ase, eneka he amikhan kaam te bhi ase.
12 For we are not bold to number or compare ourselves with some of those who commend themselves. But they themselves, measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves with themselves, are without understanding.
Kilekoile amikhan nijorke utu kunba logote mila bole bhoi lage jun khan nijor laga kaam ke bhal koi thake. Taikhan kunkhan nijor majote kaam khan ujon kore, aru majote nijorke tulona kori thake, taikhan to dimag nai.
13 But we will not boast beyond proper limits, but within the boundaries with which God appointed to us, which reach even to you.
Hoilebi amikhan, utu jinis khan nimite phutani nakoribo juntu amikhan nimite bisi hoijai, hoilebi Isor pora kiman tak kori bole dise etu hisab te he koribo, juntu apuni khan usorte bhi ponchise.
14 For we don’t stretch ourselves too much, as though we didn’t reach to you. For we came even as far as to you with the Good News of Christ,
Kilekoile amikhan ke dikena thaka kaam ke paar kori kene janai kitia amikhan apnikhan logote ahise, amikhan naha nohoi, kele koile Khrista laga susamachar nimite apnikhan usor tak ahise.
15 not boasting beyond proper limits in other men’s labors, but having hope that as your faith grows, we will be abundantly enlarged by you in our sphere of influence,
Amikhan ke diya kaam paar kori kene dusra laga kaam te phutani kora nohoi, kintu, amikhan laga asha thaka to, jineka apuni khan laga biswas to dangor hoi thakibo, amikhan laga kaam apnikhan majote dangor hoi thakibo,
16 so as to preach the Good News even to the parts beyond you, not to boast in what someone else has already done.
apuni khan ke paar hoi kene napuncha jaga khan te susamachar laga kotha khan janai dibo nimite - aru dusra manu khan kaam kori kene rakha jaga khan te nijor hathte loi kene phutani nakoribo.
17 But “he who boasts, let him boast in the Lord.”
“Hoilebi tai jun naam untcha kori ase, taike Probhu bhitor te naam untcha kori bole dibi.”
18 For it isn’t he who commends himself who is approved, but whom the Lord commends.
Kilekoile taike namanibo, jun nijor pora he nijor laga kaam bhal ase koi, hoilebi tai he hobo jun laga kaam Probhu pora bhal ase kobo.
