1 Chronicles 29
1 David the king said to all the assembly, “Solomon my son, whom alone God has chosen, is yet young and tender, and the work is great; for the palace is not for man, but for Yahweh God.
౧తరువాత రాజైన దావీదు సంఘంతో “దేవుడు కోరుకున్న నా కొడుకు సొలొమోను ఇంకా అనుభవం లేని చిన్నవాడే. కట్టే ఈ ఆలయం మనిషి కోసం కాదు. ఇది దేవుడైన యెహోవా కోసం గనుక, ఈ పని చాలా గొప్పది.
2 Now I have prepared with all my might for the house of my God the gold for the things of gold, the silver for the things of silver, the bronze for the things of bronze, iron for the things of iron, and wood for the things of wood, also onyx stones, stones to be set, stones for inlaid work of various colors, all kinds of precious stones, and marble stones in abundance.
౨నేను చాలా ప్రయాసపడి నా దేవుని మందిరానికి కావలసిన బంగారపు పనికి బంగారం, వెండి పనికి వెండి, ఇత్తడి పనికి ఇత్తడి, ఇనుప పనికి ఇనుము, కర్ర పనికి కర్ర, గోమేధికపు రాళ్ళు, చెక్కుడు రాళ్ళు, వింతైన రంగులున్న అనేక రకాల రాళ్ళు, చాలా విలువైన అనేక రకాల రత్నాలు, తెల్ల పాల రాయి విస్తారంగా సంపాదించాను.
3 In addition, because I have set my affection on the house of my God, since I have a treasure of my own of gold and silver, I give it to the house of my God, over and above all that I have prepared for the holy house:
౩ఇంకా, నా దేవుని మందిరం మీద నాకున్న మక్కువతో నేను ఆ ప్రతిష్ఠిత మందిరం నిమిత్తం సంపాదించిన వస్తువులు కాకుండా, నా సొంత బంగారం, వెండి, నా దేవుని మందిరం నిమిత్తం నేను ఇస్తున్నాను.
4 even three thousand talents of gold, of the gold of Ophir, and seven thousand talents of refined silver, with which to overlay the walls of the houses;
౪గదుల గోడల రేకు అతకడం కోసం బంగారపు పనికి బంగారం, వెండి పనికి వెండి, పనివాళ్ళు చేసే ప్రతి విధమైన పనికి ఆరువేల మణుగుల ఓఫీరు బంగారం, పద్నాలుగు వేల మణుగుల స్వచ్ఛమైన వెండిని ఇస్తున్నాను.
5 of gold for the things of gold, and of silver for the things of silver, and for all kinds of work to be made by the hands of artisans. Who then offers willingly to consecrate himself today to Yahweh?”
౫ఈ రోజు యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్టితంగా, మనస్పూర్తిగా ఇచ్చేవాళ్ళు ఎవరైనా ఉన్నారా?” అన్నాడు.
6 Then the princes of the fathers’ households, and the princes of the tribes of Israel, and the captains of thousands and of hundreds, with the rulers over the king’s work, offered willingly;
౬అప్పుడు పూర్వీకుల ఇళ్ళకు అధిపతులూ, ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల గోత్రపు అధిపతులూ, సహస్రాధిపతులూ, శతాధిపతులూ, రాజు పని మీద నియామకం అయిన అధిపతులూ కలసి
7 and they gave for the service of God’s house of gold five thousand talents and ten thousand darics, of silver ten thousand talents, of bronze eighteen thousand talents, and of iron one hundred thousand talents.
౭మనస్పూర్తిగా దేవుని మందిరపు పనికి 188 మణుగుల బంగారం, 10,000 మణుగుల బంగారపు నాణాలు, 375 మణుగుల వెండి, 675 మణుగుల ఇత్తడి, 3, 750 మణుగుల ఇనుము ఇచ్చారు.
8 People with whom precious stones were found gave them to the treasure of Yahweh’s house, under the hand of Jehiel the Gershonite.
౮తమ దగ్గర రత్నాలున్న వాళ్ళు వాటిని తెచ్చి యెహోవా మందిరపు గిడ్డంగులకు అధిపతిగా ఉన్న గెర్షోనీయుడైన యెహీయేలుకు ఇచ్చారు.
9 Then the people rejoiced, because they offered willingly, because with a perfect heart they offered willingly to Yahweh; and David the king also rejoiced with great joy.
౯వాళ్ళు పూర్ణమనస్సుతో యెహోవాకు ఇచ్చారు గనుక ఆ విధంగా మనస్పూర్తిగా ఇచ్చినందుకు ప్రజలు సంతోషపడ్డారు.
10 Therefore David blessed Yahweh before all the assembly; and David said, “You are blessed, Yahweh, the God of Israel our father, forever and ever.
౧౦రాజైన దావీదు కూడా ఎంతో సంతోషపడి, సమావేశం అందరి ఎదుటా యెహోవాకు స్తోత్రాలు చెల్లిస్తూ “మాకు తండ్రిగా ఉన్న ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల దేవా, యెహోవా, నిరంతరం నువ్వు స్తోత్రానికి అర్హుడవు.
11 Yours, Yahweh, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty! For all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, Yahweh, and you are exalted as head above all.
౧౧యెహోవా, భూమ్యాకాశాల్లో ఉన్న సమస్తం నీ వశం. మహాత్యం, పరాక్రమం, ప్రభావం, తేజస్సు, ఘనత నీకే చెందుతాయి. యెహోవా, రాజ్యం నీది. నువ్వు అందరిమీదా నిన్ను అధిపతిగా హెచ్చించుకొన్నావు.
12 Both riches and honor come from you, and you rule over all! In your hand is power and might! It is in your hand to make great, and to give strength to all!
౧౨ఐశ్వర్యం, గొప్పతనం, నీ వలన కలుగుతాయి. నువ్వు సమస్తం ఏలే వాడవు. బలం, పరాక్రమం నీ దానాలు. హెచ్చించేదీ, అందరికి బలం ఇచ్చేదీ నువ్వే.
13 Now therefore, our God, we thank you and praise your glorious name.
౧౩మా దేవా, మేము నీకు కృతజ్ఞత, స్తుతులు చెల్లిస్తున్నాం. ప్రభావం గల నీ పేరును కొనియాడుతున్నాం.
14 But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly as this? For all things come from you, and we have given you of your own.
౧౪ఈ విధంగా మనస్పూర్తిగా ఇచ్చే సామర్ధ్యం మాకు కలగడానికి నేను ఏమాత్రం వాణ్ణి? నా ప్రజలు ఏమాత్రం వాళ్ళు? అన్నీ నీ వలనే కలిగాయి గదా? నీ దానిలో నుంచి కొంత మేము నీకిచ్చాం.
15 For we are strangers before you and foreigners, as all our fathers were. Our days on the earth are as a shadow, and there is no remaining.
౧౫మా పూర్వీకులందరిలా మేము కూడా నీ సన్నిధిలో అతిథులంగా, పరదేశులంగా ఉన్నాం. మా భూనివాస కాలం ఒక నీడ లాంటిది. శాశ్వతంగా ఉండేవాడు ఒక్కడూ లేడు.
16 Yahweh our God, all this store that we have prepared to build you a house for your holy name comes from your hand, and is all your own.
౧౬మా దేవా యెహోవా, నీ పవిత్ర నామ ఘనత కోసం మందిరం కట్టించడానికి మేము సమకూర్చిన ఈ వస్తువులన్నీ నీ వల్ల కలిగినవే. ఇదంతా నీదే.
17 I know also, my God, that you try the heart and have pleasure in uprightness. As for me, in the uprightness of my heart I have willingly offered all these things. Now I have seen with joy your people, who are present here, offer willingly to you.
౧౭నా దేవా, నువ్వు హృదయాన్ని చూస్తూ, నిజాయితీ ఉన్నవాళ్ళను ఇష్టపడుతున్నావని నాకు తెలుసు. నేనైతే నిజాయితీగా ఇవన్నీ మనస్పూర్తిగా ఇచ్చాను. ఇప్పుడు ఇక్కడున్న నీ ప్రజలు కూడా మనస్ఫూర్తిగా నీకు ఇవ్వడం చూసి సంతోషిస్తున్నాను.
18 Yahweh, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Israel, our fathers, keep this desire forever in the thoughts of the heart of your people, and prepare their heart for you;
౧౮అబ్రాహాము, ఇస్సాకు, ఇశ్రాయేలు అనే మా పూర్వీకుల దేవా యెహోవా, నీ ప్రజలు హృదయపూర్వకంగా సంకల్పించిన ఈ ఉద్దేశాన్ని నిత్యం కాపాడు. వాళ్ళ హృదయం నీకు అనుకూలంగా ఉండేలా చెయ్యి.
19 and give to Solomon my son a perfect heart, to keep your commandments, your testimonies, and your statutes, and to do all these things, and to build the palace, for which I have made provision.”
౧౯నా కొడుకు సొలొమోను నీ ఆజ్ఞలకు, నీ శాసనాలకు, నీ కట్టడలకు లోబడుతూ, వాటినన్నిటినీ అనుసరించేలా నేను కట్టదలచిన ఈ ఆలయం కట్టించడానికి అతనికి నిర్దోషమైన హృదయం ఇవ్వు” అన్నాడు.
20 Then David said to all the assembly, “Now bless Yahweh your God!” All the assembly blessed Yahweh, the God of their fathers, and bowed down their heads and prostrated themselves before Yahweh and the king.
౨౦ఈ విధంగా అన్న తరువాత దావీదు “ఇప్పుడు మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవాను స్తుతించండి” అని ప్రజల సమావేశం అంతటితో చెప్పినప్పుడు వాళ్ళందరూ తమ పూర్వీకుల దేవుడైన యెహోవాను స్తుతించి యెహోవా సన్నిధిలో రాజు ముందు తల వంచి నమస్కారం చేశారు.
21 They sacrificed sacrifices to Yahweh and offered burnt offerings to Yahweh on the next day after that day, even one thousand bulls, one thousand rams, and one thousand lambs, with their drink offerings and sacrifices in abundance for all Israel,
౨౧తరువాత వాళ్ళు యెహోవాకు బలులు అర్పించారు. తరువాత రోజు, దహనబలిగా వెయ్యి ఎద్దులను, వెయ్యి పొట్టేళ్లను, వెయ్యి గొర్రె పిల్లలను, వాటి పానార్పణలతో పాటు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులందరి సంఖ్యకు తగినట్టుగా అర్పించారు.
22 and ate and drank before Yahweh on that day with great gladness. They made Solomon the son of David king the second time, and anointed him before Yahweh to be prince, and Zadok to be priest.
౨౨ఆ రోజు వాళ్ళు యెహోవా సన్నిధిలో ఎంతో సంతోషంతో అన్నపానాలు పుచ్చుకున్నారు. దావీదు కొడుకు సొలొమోనుకు రెండో సారి పట్టాభిషేకం చేసి, యెహోవా సన్నిధిలో అతన్ని పరిపాలకుడిగా, సాదోకును యాజకునిగా, అభిషేకించారు.
23 Then Solomon sat on the throne of Yahweh as king instead of David his father, and prospered; and all Israel obeyed him.
౨౩అప్పుడు సొలొమోను తన తండ్రి దావీదుకు బదులుగా యెహోవా సింహాసనం మీద రాజుగా కూర్చుని వర్ధిల్లుతూ ఉన్నాడు. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులందరూ అతని ఆజ్ఞకు లోబడ్డారు.
24 All the princes, the mighty men, and also all of the sons of King David submitted themselves to Solomon the king.
౨౪అధిపతులందరూ, యోధులందరూ, రాజైన దావీదు కొడుకులు అందరూ రాజైన సొలొమోనుకు లోబడ్డారు.
25 Yahweh magnified Solomon exceedingly in the sight of all Israel, and gave to him such royal majesty as had not been on any king before him in Israel.
౨౫యెహోవా సొలొమోనును ఇశ్రాయేలీయులందరి ముందు ఎంతో ఘనపరచి, అతనికి ముందుగా ఇశ్రాయేలీయులను ఏలిన ఏ రాజుకైనా దక్కని రాజ్యప్రభావం అతనికి అనుగ్రహించాడు.
26 Now David the son of Jesse reigned over all Israel.
౨౬యెష్షయి కొడుకు దావీదు, ఇశ్రాయేలీయులందరి మీద రాజుగా ఉన్నాడు.
27 The time that he reigned over Israel was forty years; he reigned seven years in Hebron, and he reigned thirty-three years in Jerusalem.
౨౭అతడు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులను ఏలిన కాలం నలభై సంవత్సరాలు. హెబ్రోనులో ఏడు సంవత్సరాలు, యెరూషలేములో ముప్ఫై మూడు సంవత్సరాలు అతడు ఏలాడు.
28 He died at a good old age, full of days, riches, and honor; and Solomon his son reigned in his place.
౨౮అతడు వృద్ధాప్యం వచ్చినప్పుడు ఐశ్వర్యం, ఘనత కలిగి, మంచి పండు వృద్ధాప్యంలో మరణించాడు. అతని తరువాత అతని కొడుకు సొలొమోను అతనికి బదులుగా రాజయ్యాడు.
29 Now the acts of David the king, first and last, behold, they are written in the history of Samuel the seer, and in the history of Nathan the prophet, and in the history of Gad the seer,
౨౯రాజైన దావీదు సాధించిన విజయాలు ప్రవక్త సమూయేలు రాసిన చరిత్రలోను, ప్రవక్త నాతాను రాసిన చరిత్రలోను, ప్రవక్త గాదు రాసిన చరిత్రలోను ఉన్నాయి.
30 with all his reign and his might, and the events that involved him, Israel, and all the kingdoms of the lands.
౩౦అతని పరిపాలన చర్యలు, అతని విజయాలు, అతనికీ, ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకూ, ఇతర రాజ్యాలన్నిటికీ జరిగిన పరిణామాల గూర్చి వారు రాశారు.
