< Titus 2 >

1 But say the things which fit sound doctrine,
Koma iwe uziphunzitsa zogwirizana ndi chiphunzitso choona.
2 that older men should be temperate, sensible, sober minded, sound in faith, in love, and in perseverance,
Phunzitsa amuna achikulire kuti akhale osaledzera, aulemu wawo, odziletsa, okhwima mʼchikhulupiriro, mʼchikondi ndi mʼkupirira.
3 and that older women likewise be reverent in behavior, not slanderers nor enslaved to much wine, teachers of that which is good,
Chimodzimodzinso, phunzitsa amayi achikulire kuti akhale aulemu mʼmakhalidwe awo, asakhale osinjirira anzawo kapena zidakwa, koma akhale alangizi abwino.
4 that they may train the young wives to love their husbands, to love their children,
Tsono atha kulangiza amayi achichepere kukonda amuna awo ndi ana awo.
5 to be sober minded, chaste, workers at home, kind, being in subjection to their own husbands, that God’s word may not be blasphemed.
Kuwaphunzitsa kukhala odziletsa ndi oyera mtima, osamala bwino mabanja awo, okoma mtima, ndi ogonjera amuna awo. Choncho palibe amene adzanyoze mawu a Mulungu.
6 Likewise, exhort the younger men to be sober minded.
Momwemonso, uwalimbikitse amuna achichepere kuti akhale odziletsa.
7 In all things show yourself an example of good works. In your teaching, show integrity, seriousness, incorruptibility,
Pa zonse iwe mwini ukhale chitsanzo pa ntchito zabwino. Pa chiphunzitso chako uwonetsa kuona mtima ndi kutsimikiza mtima kwako.
8 and soundness of speech that can’t be condemned, that he who opposes you may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say about us.
Phunzitsa choonadi kuti anthu asapeze chokutsutsa, motero wotsutsana nawe adzachita manyazi chifukwa adzasowa kanthu koyipa kuti atinenere.
9 Exhort servants to be in subjection to their own masters and to be well-pleasing in all things, not contradicting,
Phunzitsa akapolo kuti azigonjera ambuye awo mu zinthu zonse ndi kuwakondweretsa. Asamatsutsane nawo
10 not stealing, but showing all good fidelity, that they may adorn the doctrine of God, our Savior, in all things.
kapena kumawabera, koma adzionetse kuti ndi odalirika, motero pa zochita zawo zonse adzaonetsa ubwino wa chiphunzitso cha Mulungu, Mpulumutsi wathu.
11 For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men,
Pakuti chisomo cha Mulungu chimene chimapulumutsa chaonekera kwa anthu onse.
12 instructing us to the intent that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we would live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present age; (aiōn g165)
Chisomo chimatiphunzitsa kukana moyo osalemekeza Mulungu komanso zilakolako za dziko lapansi. Ndipo chimatiphunzitsa kukhala moyo odziletsa, olungama ndi opembedza Mulungu nthawi ino, (aiōn g165)
13 looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ,
pamene tikudikira chiyembekezo chodala; kuonekera kwa ulemerero wa Mulungu wathu wamkulu ndi Mpulumutsi, Yesu Khristu,
14 who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity and purify for himself a people for his own possession, zealous for good works.
amene anadzipereka yekha chifukwa cha ife kutiwombola ku zoyipa zonse ndi kudziyeretsera yekha anthu amene ndi akeake, achangu pa ntchito yabwino.
15 Say these things and exhort and reprove with all authority. Let no one despise you.
Tsono zimenezi ndi zinthu zomwe uyenera kuphunzitsa. Uziwalimbikitsa anthu ndi kuwatsutsa komwe. Uzichita zimenezi ndi ulamuliro wonse. Wina aliyense asakupeputse ayi.
