Romans 6
1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
၁ထိုသို့ မှန်လျှင်၊ အဘယ်သို့ ပြော ရမည်နည်း။ ကျေးဇူး တော်ပွားများ စေခြင်းငှာ အပြစ် တရားကို ကျင့် ၍ နေရမည်လော။
2 May it never be! We who died to sin, how could we live in it any longer?
၂ထိုသို့မ နေ ရ။ အပြစ် တရားမှ စုတေ့ သောသူ တို့ သည် ထိုတရား ၌ အဘယ်သို့ ရှင် ရဦး မည်နည်း။
3 Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?
၃ယေရှု ခရစ် ၌ ဗတ္တိဇံ ကိုခံသောသူရှိသမျှ တို့သည် အသေခံ တော်မူခြင်း၌ ဗတ္တိဇံ ကိုခံကြသည်ဟု သင်တို့ မ သိသလော။
4 We were buried therefore with him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we also might walk in newness of life.
၄ထိုကြောင့် ၊ အသေခံ တော်မူခြင်း၌ ဗတ္တိဇံ ကို ခံသောအားဖြင့် ၊ ထိုသခင် နှင့်အတူသင်္ဂြိုဟ် ခြင်းကို ခံကြ၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ခရစ်တော် သည် ခမည်းတော် ၏ ဘုန်း တန်ခိုးအားဖြင့် သေခြင်းမှ ထမြောက် တော်မူသည်နည်းတူ ၊ ငါ တို့သည်လည်း အသစ် သောအသက် ၌ ကျင်လည် ရကြသတည်း။
5 For if we have become united with him in the likeness of his death, we will also be part of his resurrection;
၅တနည်းကား ၊ အသေခံ တော်မူခြင်း၏ ပုံ သဏ္ဌာန်ကိုဆောင် ၍၊ ထိုသခင်နှင့်အတူငါတို့သည် စိုက်ပျိုး လျက်ရှိသည် မှန်လျှင် ၊ ထမြောက် တော်မူခြင်း၏ ပုံသဏ္ဌာန်ကိုဆောင်၍ စိုက်ပျိုး လျက်ရှိကြလိမ့်မည်။
6 knowing this, that our old man was crucified with him, that the body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be in bondage to sin.
၆ထိုမှတပါး၊ ငါ တို့၏လူ ဟောင်း သည် ထို သခင်နှင့်အတူလက်ဝါးကပ်တိုင် မှာ အသေသတ်ခြင်းကို ခံပြီဟု ငါတို့သိ ကြ၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ငါ တို့သည် နောက်မှအပြစ် တရား၏အစေ ကို မ ခံစေခြင်းငှာ၊ အပြစ် တရား၏ ကိုယ် ကို ဖျက်ဆီး မည်အကြောင်း တည်း။
7 For he who has died has been freed from sin.
၇သေ သောသူ သည်အပြစ် တရား၏ လက်မှ လွတ် လျက်ရှိ၏။
8 But if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him,
၈ခရစ်တော် သည် သေ ခြင်းမှထမြောက်သောအခါ ၊ သေခြင်းနှင့် အစဉ်ကင်းလွတ်တော်မူ၏။
9 knowing that Christ, being raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no longer has dominion over him!
၉သေ ခြင်းတရားသည် နောက်တဖန်ကိုယ်တော် ကို မ အုပ်စိုး ရသည်ကို ထောက်သော်၊ ငါတို့သည် ခရစ်တော် နှင့်အတူသေ လျှင်၊ ထိုသခင်နှင့်အတူရှင်လိမ့်မည်ဟုသဘော ရှိကြ၏။
10 For the death that he died, he died to sin one time; but the life that he lives, he lives to God.
၁၀ခရစ်တော်သည် အသေခံ တော်မူရာမှာ၊ အပြစ် တရားကြောင့် တကြိမ် သာခံ တော်မူ၏။ အသက် ရှင်တော်မူရမှာ၊ ဘုရားသခင့် အဘို့ ရှင် တော်မူ၏။
11 Thus consider yourselves also to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
၁၁ထိုနည်းတူ သင် တို့သည် အပြစ် တရားနှင့် ဆိုင်သောအရာ၌ကား၊ အသေ ဖြစ်သည်ဟူ၍၎င်း၊ ဘုရားသခင် နှင့်ဆိုင်သောအရာ၌ကား၊ ငါတို့သခင် ယေရှု ခရစ် အားဖြင့် အသက် ရှင်သည်ဟူ၍၎င်း၊ ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ် ထင်မှတ် ကြလော့။
12 Therefore don’t let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts.
၁၂ထိုကြောင့် ၊ သင် တို့၏သေ တတ်သော ကိုယ်ခန္ဓါ ၏တပ်မက် ခြင်းအလိုသို့ လိုက် ရသည်တိုင်အောင်၊ အပြစ် တရားသည် ထိုကိုယ်ခန္ဓါ ၌ အစိုး မ ရစေနှင့်။
13 Also, do not present your members to sin as instruments of unrighteousness, but present yourselves to God as alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.
၁၃သင် တို့၏ကိုယ်အင်္ဂါ များကို ဒုစရိုက် လက်နက် ဖြစ်စေ၍၊ အပြစ် တရားအား မ ဆက် ကြနှင့်။ သေ ခြင်းမှ ထမြောက်၍ အသက် ရှင်သောသူကဲ့သို့ ၊ ဘုရားသခင် အား ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ် ဆက် ကြလော့။
14 For sin will not have dominion over you, for you are not under law, but under grace.
၁၄ကိုယ်အင်္ဂါ များကိုလည်း သုစရိုက် လက်နက် ဖြစ်စေ၍၊ ဘုရားသခင် အားဆက်ကြလော့။ သင်တို့သည် ပညတ် တရားလက် ၌မ ရှိ ၊ ကျေးဇူး တရားလက် ၌ရှိသောကြောင့် အပြစ် တရားသည် သင် တို့ကို မ အုပ်စိုး ရ။
15 What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? May it never be!
၁၅ထိုသို့ဖြစ်လျှင် အဘယ်သို့ နည်း၊ ငါတို့သည် ပညတ် တရားလက် ၌မရှိ ကျေးဇူး တရားလက် ၌ရှိသောကြောင့် ၊ ဒုစရိုက် ကို ပြုရမည် လော။ ထိုသို့မ ပြု ရ။
16 Don’t you know that when you present yourselves as servants and obey someone, you are the servants of whomever you obey, whether of sin to death, or of obedience to righteousness?
၁၆အကြင်သူ၏အထံ၌ အစေခံ ကျွန်ဖြစ်ခြင်းငှာ သင်တို့ဝင် ၍ အစေခံ၏၊ ထိုသူသည်သေ ခြင်းနှင့် ယှဉ်သော အပြစ် တရားဖြစ်စေ၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် ရာသို့ ရောက်ခြင်းနှင့် ယှဉ်သော နားထောင် ခြင်းတရားဖြစ်စေ၊ သင်တို့၏သခင်ဖြစ်သည်ကို မ သိ ကြသလော။
17 But thanks be to God that, whereas you were bondservants of sin, you became obedient from the heart to that form of teaching to which you were delivered.
၁၇သင်တို့သည် အပြစ် တရား၏ ကျွန် ဖြစ် ဘူးသော်လည်း ၊ ယခုတွင်ခံ ခဲ့ပြီးသော ဩဝါဒ နည်း ဥပဒေသစကားကို စေတနာစိတ် နှင့် နားထောင် ကြသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ကျေးဇူး တော်ကြီးလှပေ၏။
18 Being made free from sin, you became bondservants of righteousness.
၁၈သင်တို့သည် အပြစ် တရား၏ လက်မှ လွတ် ကြပြီဖြစ်၍ ၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရား၏ ကျွန် ဖြစ်ကြ၏။
19 I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh; for as you presented your members as servants to uncleanness and to wickedness upon wickedness, even so now present your members as servants to righteousness for sanctification.
၁၉ထိုသို့ ငါဆိုသော်၊ သင် တို့ဇာတိ ပကတိအတိုင်း ဉာဏ်နည်း သောကြောင့် ၊ လောကီ ဝေါဟာရအားဖြင့်ဆို သတည်း။ သင်တို့သည် မိမိ တို့ ကိုယ်အင်္ဂါ များကို အဓမ္မ အလိုငှာ ညစ်ညူး ခြင်းတရား၊ အဓမ္မ တရား၌ သွင်း ၍ ကျွန် ခံစေဘူးသည်နည်းတူ ၊ ယခု မှာ ကိုယ်အင်္ဂါ များကိုသန့်ရှင်း ခြင်းအလိုငှာ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရား၌သွင်း ၍ကျွန် ခံစေကြလော့။
20 For when you were servants of sin, you were free from righteousness.
၂၀သင်တို့သည် အပြစ် တရား၏ ကျွန် ဖြစ် စဉ် ကာလ ၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရား၏လက်မှ လွတ် ကြ၏။
21 What fruit then did you have at that time in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death.
၂၁ယခု သင်တို့ရှက်ကြောက် သော ထိုအကျင့် တို့ကို ကျင့်စဉ်အခါ၊ အဘယ် အကျိုး ကိုရ ကြသနည်း။ ထိုသို့သောအကျင့်သည် သေ ခြင်း၌ လမ်းဆုံး သတည်း။
22 But now, being made free from sin and having become servants of God, you have your fruit of sanctification and the result of eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
၂၂ယခု မူကား ၊ သင်တို့သည် အပြစ် တရား၏ လက်မှ လွှတ် ၍၊ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ကျွန် ဖြစ်ကြသည်နှင့်အညီ၊ သန့်ရှင်း ခြင်းအကျိုး ကိုရ ကြ၏။ အဆုံး ၌ လည်း ထာဝရ အသက် ကို ရကြလိမ့်မည်။ (aiōnios g166)
