Psalms 22
1 For the Chief Musician; set to “The Doe of the Morning.” A Psalm by David. My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my groaning?
हे परमेश्वर, हे परमेश्वर, तपाईंले मलाई किन त्याग्नुभएको? तपाईं किन मलाई बचाउनबाट त्यति धेरै टाढा र मेरा वेदनाका शब्दहरूबाट टाढा हुनुहुन्छ?
2 My God, I cry in the daytime, but you don’t answer; in the night season, and am not silent.
हे मेरा परमेश्वर, दिनको समयमा म पुकारा गर्छु, तर तपाईंले जवाफ दिनुहुन्न र रातको समयमा पनि म शान्त छैन ।
3 But you are holy, you who inhabit the praises of Israel.
तापनि तपाईं पवित्र हुनुहुन्छ । इस्राएलको प्रशंसामा तपाईं राजाझैं विराजमान हुनुहुन्छ ।
4 Our fathers trusted in you. They trusted, and you delivered them.
हाम्रा पुर्खाहरूले तपाईंलाई भरोसा गरे । तिनीहरूले तपाईंमा भरोसा गरे र तपाईंले तिनीहरूलाई बचाउनुभयो ।
5 They cried to you, and were delivered. They trusted in you, and were not disappointed.
तिनीहरूले तपाईंमा पुकारा गरे र तिनीहरूलाई बचाइयो । तिनीहरूले तपाईंमा भरोसा गरे र निराश भएनन् ।
6 But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised by the people.
म एउटा कीरा हुँ र मानिस होइन, मानिसहरूले अपमान गरेको र मानिसहरूद्वारा अवहेलित भएको छु ।
7 All those who see me mock me. They insult me with their lips. They shake their heads, saying,
मलाई देख्ने सबैले मलाई गिज्याउँछन् । तिनीहरूले मेरो खिसी गर्छन् । तिनीहरूले मलाई हरेर आफ्नो टाउको हल्लाउँछन् ।
8 “He trusts in the LORD. Let him deliver him. Let him rescue him, since he delights in him.”
तिनीहरू भन्छन्, “त्यसले परमप्रभुमा भरोसा गर्छ । परमप्रभुले नै त्यसलाई बचाऊन्, किनकि त्यो उहाँमा नै खुसी हुन्छ ।”
9 But you brought me out of the womb. You made me trust while at my mother’s breasts.
तपाईंले मलाई गर्भबाट ल्याउनुभयो । मैले आमाको दूध खाँदा नै तपाईंले मलाई तपाईंमा भरोसा गर्ने बनाउनुभयो ।
10 I was thrown on you from my mother’s womb. You are my God since my mother bore me.
गर्भैदेखि मलाई तपाईंमा सुम्पिएको छ । म आफ्नो आमाको गर्भमा हुँदादेखि नै तपाईं मेरा परमेश्वर हुनुहुन्छ
11 Don’t be far from me, for trouble is near. For there is no one to help.
मबाट टाढा नहुनुहोस्, किनकि कष्ट नजिकै छ । मलाई सहायता गर्ने कोही पनि छैन ।
12 Many bulls have surrounded me. Strong bulls of Bashan have encircled me.
धेरै साँढेहरूले मलाई घेर्छन् । बाशानका बलिया साँढेहरूले मलाई घेर्छन् ।
13 They open their mouths wide against me, lions tearing prey and roaring.
गर्जने सिंहले आफ्नो शिकार च्यातेझैं, मेरो विरुद्धमा तिनीहरू आफ्ना मुख चौडा खोल्छन् ।
14 I am poured out like water. All my bones are out of joint. My heart is like wax. It is melted within me.
पानीलाई झैं मलाई खन्याइँदैछ र सबै मेरा हाडहरूले ठाउँ छोडेका छन् । मेरो हृदय मैनझैं भएको छ । मेरो अन्तरकरणमा त्यो पग्लिन्छ ।
15 My strength is dried up like a potsherd. My tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth. You have brought me into the dust of death.
माटोको भाँडोको खपटोझैं मेरो बल सुकेको छ । मेरो जिब्रो मेरो तालुमा टाँसिन्छ । तपाईंले मलाई मृत्युको धूलोमा सुताउनुभएको छ ।
16 For dogs have surrounded me. A company of evildoers have enclosed me. They have pierced my hands and feet.
किनकि कुकुरहरूले मलाई घेरेका छन् । खराब गर्नेहरूको हुलले मलाई घेरा लगाएका छन् । तिनीहरूले मेरा हातहरू र खुट्टाहरू छेडेका छन् ।
17 I can count all of my bones. They look and stare at me.
म आफ्ना सबै हाड गन्न सक्छु । तिनीहरू हेर्छन् र मलाई आँखा तर्छन् ।
18 They divide my garments amongst them. They cast lots for my clothing.
मेरो लुगा तिनीहरूले आपसमा बाँड्छन् । मेरो लुगाको निम्ति तिनीहरूले चिट्ठा हाल्छन् ।
19 But don’t be far off, LORD. You are my help. Hurry to help me!
हे परमप्रभु, टाढा नहुनुहोस् । हे मेरो बल, मलाई सहायता गर्न चाँडो गर्नुहोस् ।
20 Deliver my soul from the sword, my precious life from the power of the dog.
मेरो प्राणलाई तरवरबाट र मेरो जीवनलाई जङ्गली कुकुरहरूका पञ्जाबाट बचाउनुहोस् ।
21 Save me from the lion’s mouth! Yes, you have rescued me from the horns of the wild oxen.
मलाई सिंहको मुखबाट बचाउनुहोस् । जङ्गली साँढेहरूका सिङ्हरूबाट मलाई बचाउनुहोस् ।
22 I will declare your name to my brothers. Amongst the assembly, I will praise you.
तपाईंको नाउँ म आफ्ना भाइहरूलाई घोषणा गर्नेछु । सभाको माझमा म तपाईंको प्रशंसा गर्नेछु ।
23 You who fear the LORD, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, glorify him! Stand in awe of him, all you descendants of Israel!
तिमी जसले परमप्रभुको भय मान्छौ, उहाँको प्रशंसा गर । तिमी सबै याकूबका सन्तानहरू हो, उहाँको आदर गर । ए इस्राएलका सारा सन्तान हो, उहाँको भयमा खडा होओ ।
24 For he has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted, neither has he hidden his face from him; but when he cried to him, he heard.
कष्टमा परेका व्यक्तिको कष्टलाई उहाँले घृणा वा अवहेलना गर्नुभएको छैन । तिनीबाट परमप्रभुले आफ्नो मुहार लुकाउनुभएको छैन । जब कष्टमा परेको व्यक्तिले उहाँमा पुकारा गरे, तब उहाँले सुन्नुभयो ।
25 My praise of you comes in the great assembly. I will pay my vows before those who fear him.
तपाईंको कारणले म ठुलो सभामा प्रशंसा गाउनेछु । उहाँको भय मान्नेहरूका सामु म आफ्नो भाकल पुरा गर्नेछु ।
26 The humble shall eat and be satisfied. They shall praise the LORD who seek after him. Let your hearts live forever.
थिचोमिचोमा परेकाहरूले खानेछन् र तृप्त हुनेछन् । परमप्रभुको खोजी गर्नेहरूले उहाँको प्रशंसा गर्नेछन् । तिमीहरूका हृदयहरू सदा जीवित रहून् ।
27 All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the LORD. All the relatives of the nations shall worship before you.
पृथ्वीका सबै मानिसहरूले सम्झनेछन् र परमप्रभुतिर फर्कनेछन् । जातिहरूका सबै परिवार तपाईंको सामु घोप्टो पर्नेछन् ।
28 For the kingdom is the LORD’s. He is the ruler over the nations.
किनकि राज्य परमप्रभुकै हो । उहाँ नै जातिहरूका शासक हुनुहुन्छ ।
29 All the rich ones of the earth shall eat and worship. All those who go down to the dust shall bow before him, even he who can’t keep his soul alive.
पृथ्वीका सबै समृद्ध मानिसहरूले भोज गर्नेछन् र आराधना गर्नेछन् । धूलोमा झरिरहेका सबैले उहाँको सामु दण्डवत गर्नेछन्, जसले तिनीहरूको आफ्नो जीवनको रक्षा गर्न सक्दैनन् ।
30 Posterity shall serve him. Future generations shall be told about the Lord.
आउने पुस्ताले उहाँको सेवा गर्नेछ । तिनीहरूले अर्को पुस्तालाई परमप्रभुको बारेमा भन्नेछन् ।
31 They shall come and shall declare his righteousness to a people that shall be born, for he has done it.
तिनीहरू आउनेछन् र उहाँको धार्मिकताको बारेमा भन्नेछन् । उहाँले जे गर्नुभएको छ सो तिनीहरूले अझै नजन्मेका मानिसहरूलाई भन्नेछन् ।
